Community service activities to provide training on preparing financial reports at the Yasmin Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama Cooperative Center, Lampung Province. Activity methods include material presentation, discussion, training and mentoring. series of activities: presenting material on preparing financial reports, the aim of this training socialization is that it is hoped that the central management of the Yasmin PW Fatayat NU cooperative, Lampung Province, can prepare financial reports every month.

Anxiety among adolescents is a growing concern due to its significant impact on their mental and physical well-being. Providing anxiety education in schools can be a crucial step in imparting understanding and stress management strategies to teenagers. This activity aims to conduct an anxiety education program for 10th-grade students at Kalam Kudus II Senior High School, Jakarta. The program is implemented using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, comprising four stages. The planning stage involves identifying objectives, analyzing needs, planning the content, and scheduling the sessions. Subsequently, in the execution stage, 10th-grade students are given education on anxiety and stress management through presentations and group discussions. Demonstrations and practice of stress management techniques are provided to enable students to apply the skills taught. Upon completing the program, an evaluation is conducted to assess students' understanding of the material and their application of stress management techniques in their daily lives. Feedback from students is collected to evaluate the effectiveness of the activity and identify areas for improvement in future sessions. This initiative is expected to benefit 10th-grade students at SMA Kalam Kudus II, Jakarta, in coping with anxiety and stress during their adolescent years. The education program aims to enhance their understanding of anxiety and equip them with valuable skills for stress management. Ultimately, it is hoped that these teenagers will be better prepared to face life's challenges and achieve improved mental well-being  

This research explores the importance of studying English minimal pairs of vowels and their impact on language learners' pronunciation skills. The discussion highlights the significance of differentiating vowel sounds through the analysis of minimal pairs, which consist of words sharing consonant sounds but differing in vowel articulation. By focusing on specific minimal pairs such as [iː] / [ɪ], [æ] / [ʌ], [ɑ:] / [ɔ], [ɛ], and [ɒ], learners can refine their ability to recognize and produce the distinct vowel sounds accurately. Mastering these minimal pairs enhances phonemic awareness, enabling learners to differentiate between similar vowel sounds, thereby improving overall pronunciation accuracy. Furthermore, the study of minimal pairs contributes to word differentiation, listening skills, and spelling and reading proficiency. It empowers learners to grasp the subtle nuances in vowel pronunciation, thereby enhancing their ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.

Community service activities to provide knowledge about MSME tax preparation and reporting training. this activity was carried out on May 3 2023. The method of activity is with presentation of material, discussion, training and evaluation. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presented material on the Basic Principles of Imposing Final MSME Income Tax, tax incentives provided by the government to MSME actors, Calculation and Payment of MSME Final Income Tax, and Reporting of MSME Income Tax and Tax Sanctions. The result of this community service activity is that activity participants are capable of making and reporting MSME taxes

The implementation of a realistic mathematical approach to learning the material of Pythagoras's theorem is carried out to encourage students to understand the material through everyday life so that the problems in the classroom gradually end in the secondary school. A realistic mathematical approach is an approach to learning mathematics that involves students to be more active by discussing in solving a problem or issue by connecting to daily life. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 2 Medan. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting from 2 meetings. after learning on cycle II by performing improvements from cycle I. Improvement is the planning of the student activity sheet that emphasizes the solution of issues with steps or indicators of problem-solving ability, because there are still many students who are not accustomed to the steps to solve problems. As for other improvements, namely planning activities in real life, in the 2nd cycle students solve the real problems of everyday life that students do. The researchers also provide motivation and reinforcement in learning to students to be active in group discussions and presentation of group work results to other groups, so that the interest of students in learning mathematics increases.

This research is intended to examine and analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights in dealing with the law in the assimilation process. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type with a normative method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using review literature originating from statutory regulations, official records or treatises related to the discussion of a law. In addition, data collection was also carried out from several previous studies. The results of the study show that the current implementation is already under way but not yet fully in accordance with the principles of child protection. In addition, the fulfillment of the assimilation right given to correctional students should prioritize the provision of assimilation in the form of educational activities outside the fostering institution. This is so that children can adapt to the school environment when they finish serving their sentence.    

In adolescence vulnerable to the influence of drugs. In these adolescents drugs can be introduced through association. Teenagers are also in a phase of searching for identity where they are curious. At this time they also began to be less supervised by their parents. This is because drugs have an unfavorable impact on mental and physical health as well as adolescents where teenagers are still of school age. so it is very important to conduct legal counseling regarding drug abuse to adolescents. So it is necessary to know the meaning of drugs, types of drugs, routes of drug use, the basic laws of drug abuse, and what are examples of drug abuse. The teaching method uses the focuser method, brainstorming, ranking exercises, group discussion forums, critical thinking, question and answer. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the law regarding drug counseling to teenagers in Cimindi. Apart from that, it is also to add insight to teenagers and so that teenagers can convey it back to the people around them. So that legal counseling can be useful for many people. So that legal counseling regarding narcotics can be a preventive measure to deal with drug cases in adolescents. This legal counseling activity was carried out for Cimindi youth, especially for hangout youth, youth organizations, and futsal children.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of blended learning in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) at SMAN 2 Sukabumi. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PPKn teachers and students, observation of the learning process, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of blended learning at the school. The results show that the implementation of blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi has been meticulous and well-coordinated. PPKn teachers integrate various digital media and e-learning platforms to present learning materials and assignments. Interaction between teachers and students is enhanced through online discussion forums and video conference meetings. Blended learning provides flexibility for students, allowing them to access materials independently and learn at their own pace. However, challenges faced in the implementation include limited internet access in certain areas and adjustments for students new to online learning. This research offers valuable insights into blended learning in PPKn at SMAN 2 Sukabumi and provides implications and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of blended learning in citizenship education. By leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods, blended learning can empower students to become more independent and engaged learners, even in challenging circumstances.

The purpose of this study is to describe the types of metaphors, namely, anthropomorphic, animalistic, and synesthetic as well as the meaning in the text of the ri Kajang tide as the embodiment of the local culture of the Kajang people. This research was conducted for about two months in the Kajang Ammatoa Area, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the use of figurative language in the text of the ri Kajang tide, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that there are various forms of figurative language found in the text of the ri Kajang ri. contained in the text of the tide ri kajang. The findings related to figurative language metaphor and the meaning of the text of the ri kajang pair are as many as 13 data. There are four data of anthropomorphic metaphors, five data of animal metaphors, and four data of synesthetic metaphors.

Community service activities to provide knowledge about assisting in the preparation of financial reports at UD. Palwa group. This activity was carried out on May 4 2023 to May 11 2023. The method of activity is by presenting material, discussions, training and mentoring. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presents material on preparing financial reports, the practice of making financial reports manually and digitally, solicits participant feedback regarding the quality of the training including material understanding, activity benefits and activity implementation satisfaction.  

This thesis aims to: 1) find out the implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 2) to find out about programs of Islamic religious and moral education activities at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 3) to find out strategies for strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 4) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that: 1) The implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo is carried out almost every day and routinely, as a habituation activity to shape the character of students with noble character. 2) Programs to strengthen the learning of Islamic religious education and morals consist of routine daily programs, namely: congregational prayers, weekly routine programs, namely: Friday prayers, women's affairs, religious literacy every Friday morning, and KKI activities (Islamic study groups), and programs annual routine, namely: Maulid Nabi, isro' Mi'raj, and Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. 3) Strategies carried out by the school in increasing student motivation using various models of methods, including lectures, discussions and questions and answers, and through pamphlets and social media. 4) The supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals make the benchmark for the success of activities carried out in schools.

This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

Gadgets have an important role in human life. In addition, the gadget also has a negative impact on its users. This negative impact is caused by use not in accordance with the actual function, especially children. The purpose of this service activity is 1) to provide information about children's cognitive development, 2) to provide information regarding technological developments and their impact on child development, and 3) to provide information on the impact of gadgets on children's development and solutions for dealing with children who are addicted to gadgets. The methods used in this dedication are lectures, discussions, problem solving solutions. This dedication activity was carried out at Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor Elementary School. The results of this dedication show that the participants were enthusiastic and active in discussion activities during the activity.

Desa Bendosari Kecamatan Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal merupakan desa yang mempunyai potensi sebagai desa wisata, hal ini didukung dengan adanya hamparan hutan pinus, air terjun , lingkungan alam yang asri serta tersedianya makanan asli yang dapat dijadikan buah tangan. Agar  dapat menjadi desa  wisata maka desa Bendosari harus mampu menyusun rencana desa wisata dan membentuk lembaga yang akan mengelola desa wisata tersebut. Untuk menunjang tersusunnya rencana desa wisata  Bendosari dan terbentuknya lembaga pengelola desa wisata  Bendosari maka tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari FISIP UNTAG Semarang mengadakan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) di desa tersebut.  Bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fokus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pendampingan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan cara FGD pada hari Jumat tanggal 18 Juni 2022 dengan materi perencanaan, kelembagaan dan Perencanaan desa wisata. Selanjutnya selama 6 bulan dilakukan pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana dan penyusunan kelembagaan desa wisata. Kegiatan pendampingan ini berhasil membentuk suatu organisasi sadar wisata yang diberi nama Kelompok Sadar Wisata Bendosari. Kelompok Sadar wisata Bendosari ini telah berhasil menyusun dokumen rencana desa wisata “Air Terjun Jeglong”.

Legal counseling can be done through community empowerment which is one of the efforts made by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University in understanding legal knowledge to the community, including about, parents' civil responsibility for post-divorce in Kaaruyaan Village, Mananggu District, Boleoa Regency. Legal prohibition for violations of non-fulfillment of children's rights after divorce often occurs in a number of areas including in some villages where this is caused by ignorance of the community in general and parents are concerned about what are the rights and obligations of parents to children after divorce where the case is mostly dominated by fathers as insurers who have not fulfilled their obligations as fathers,  Especially when the father re-married another woman. So the impact of empowering this legal counseling is the independence and understanding of the community in overcoming their legal problems through community initiatives and creativity and village officials assisted by lecturers in the environment of the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University.  Of course, it requires people who are willing and able and have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to get out of their problems. This paper uses the quality descriptive method, in this case the descriptive analysis will discuss the condition of partners regarding understanding of the law. While quantitative analysis is carried out to calculate the feasibility of legal settlements carried out by partners. The result of this discussion is that with the growing understanding of law, the pillars of justice and expediency must be accompanied by efforts to foster and develop to legal counseling so that it becomes a law-conscious, independent and sustainable society.

Papungan’s one of the villages in Blitar Regency where most of the population are farmers and mostly cultivate rice crops. The effort was made by farmers to meet the needs of the community, but still in limited quantities. From the results of interviews with farmers in Papungan village, they complained a lot because the rice crop was still relatively low, due to the scarcity and high price of fertilizers. By making PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteri) organic nutrients, it is a consortium of bacteria that actively colonize plant roots which play an important role in increasing plant growth, crop yields and land fertility. This study aims to optimize the profitability of rice farming in Pappungan Village. The results of the profit optimization calculation using the Goal Programming method. This study uses primary and secondary dta, and the purpose of this study aims to solve the problem of limited resources optimally with the Goal Programming method. Based on the results of the discussion of calculations using the goal programming method, the conclusion of the optimization of rice crops and applied using LINGO software, obtained optimal results, namely Z = 424.7647 with three goals achieved, among others, the production yield reached 27,640 Kg and the selling price of rice crop production reached Rp 18,000 / Kg with production costs required for rice crop production for per hectare of Rp 61,980,000. For the results of the goal achieved (goal) optimization of crop patterns, Papungan Village farmers are recommended to plant type B rice.

The 1implementation 1of 1charity 1activities 1takes 1place 1in 1several 1stages. 1The 1first 1stage 1is 1the 1design 1stage 1through 1observation 1and 1preliminary 1discussions. 1The 1second 1stage 1is 1the 1implementation 1of 1activities 1in 1the 1form 1of 1technical 1advice 1and 1guidance, 1carried 1out 1through 1presentation 1of 1material 1and 1practice 1of 1calculating 1and 1reporting 1taxes, 1discussions. 1The third stage is monitoring which aims to answer the problems of SMEs in fulfilling their tax obligations independently. An evaluation step follows, the 1purpose 1of 1which 1is 1to 1evaluate 1the 1activities 1implemented. 1The 1positive 1development 1of 1MSME 1development 1is 1not 1in 1line 1with 1the 1level 1of 1government 1tax 1revenue 1in 1this 1sector. 1This 1is 1because 1MSME 1taxpayers 1do 1not 1fulfill 1their 1tax 1obligations. 1April 12022. 1Information 1on 1MSME 1taxes 1and 1fees 1is 1still 1limited. 1Therefore 1it 1is 1necessary 1to 1support 1the 1development 1of 1SMEs 1also 1in 1the 1tax 1sector. 1During 1the 1COVID-19 1pandemic, 1MSME 1mentoring 1courses 1were 1conducted 1virtually. 1This 1training 1aims 1to 1make 1SMEs 1more 1aware 1of 1taxes 1and 1more 1aware 1of 1their 1tax 1rights and obligations. That way, MSME actors will avoid tax sanctions in the future.
