More precisely, before implementing CSR, it should be adapted to local situations and conditions in Indonesia. This will really help the implementation of CSR so that it is not misused, especially in advancing the quality of human life in Indonesia.

With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).

The success of this program serves as an example for similar initiatives elsewhere and inspires further efforts in empowering early childhood.

This research aims to determine the effect of budget participation and responsibility accounting on managerial performance at KSP. Chief of Staff Hiro Heling. The type of research used in this research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Kopdit Hiro Heling, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 45 people. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection methods, namely questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially budgetary participation variables had an effect on managerial performance variables, responsibility accounting variables had an effect on managerial performance variables and budgetary participation and accountability accounting variables had an effect on managerial performance.

The problems that occur in this study are the low activities and learning outcomes of Civics content, because learning is one-way, students have difficulty understanding the material, lack of activities that build a sense of cooperation, confidence and responsibility, lack of activities that require students to think critically, lack of student involvement actively in learning and the lack of learning activities that can develop student creativity. Efforts to overcome these problems are by using the PBL learning model, Hands On Activity and Talking Stick. The purpose of this research is to increase student learning activities and outcomes. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Telaga Biru 6 Banjarmasin, which consisted of 30 students consisting of 12 boys and 18 girls. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of PTK and using qualitative data obtained through observing the activities of educators and students, while quantitative data through student learning outcomes from individual written test results. These results show that the acquisition of educator activities at meeting IV obtained a score of 31 in the "Very Good" category. Student activity reaches 97% and learning outcomes have reached an indicator of success, namely ≥81. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using a combination of Problem Based Learning, Hands On Activity, and Talking Stick can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

This study generally aims to describe (1) how the principal's policy planning is in improving school facilities and infrastructure (2) how is the implementation of the principal's policy in improving school facilities and infrastructure (3) how is the evaluation of the principal's policy in improving facilities and school infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were students of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the madrasa head of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the teachers of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the KTU of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School and the student affairs department and curriculum of the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School. Al emigrated. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with credibility, transferability, dependability and certainty. The results of this study indicate (1) Principal Policy Planning in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH, compiling a list of needs, estimating costs, compiling priority scales and preparing a procurement plan. (2) Implementation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. Implementation of the principal's policy regarding facilities and infrastructure is the second step after planning in management, carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, distribution, utilization, maintenance. And (3) Evaluation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Facilities and Infrastructure and Learning Achievement at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. a) The evaluation of facilities and infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH is the responsibility of the principal and representatives of the facilities and infrastructure sector through supervision, b) input and processes, c) products and results of facilities and infrastructure.

This study discusses the legal responsibility of children against perpetrators of serious crimes. The question of the extent to which children can be held accountable for their criminal acts has been controversial in the juvenile justice system. Some countries apply a strict legal system, where children can be subject to the same sanctions as adults, while other countries adopt a rehabilitation and reintegration approach. The impact of the approach applied to the legal responsibility of children as perpetrators of serious crimes can affect the future of these children. An approach that focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration provides opportunities for children to find recovery and a second chance in society. However, an approach that promotes punishment can potentially harm children and hinder their rehabilitation process. In this context, it is necessary to have a balanced and comprehensive approach in treating children as perpetrators of serious crimes. Protection of children's rights, moral development and an approach that is based on the best interests of the child must be the cornerstone of the juvenile justice system.

This study aims to determine civil liability related to default in article 7 letter f of law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection at PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu, as well as to know and understand the process of resolving disputes related to this default through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), namely dispute resolution outside the court. This type of research is a normative-empirical research, namely research conducted by conducting field research, and using a quantitative approach to primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes interviews with the parties concerned, namely PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu as a provider of transportation services and service users (consumers) and secondary data includes a search of the literature as a support for the main data. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the responsibility of the Freight Forwarding Services of PT. Hj. Warni Niode is based on Article 7 letter F of Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely the provision of compensation for compensation for traded services, has proven to be not optimal, PT. Hj. Warni Niode does not provide compensation in accordance with the amount of losses suffered by PT. Sari Jasa. Therefore, PT. Hj. Warni Niode was declared in default because it was not in accordance with what had been agreed upon and mutually agreed upon. The solution sought is a settlement through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), especially mediation, as an efficient and fair way of resolving disputes between PT. Hj. Warni Niode and PT. Sari Jasa to avoid time-consuming litigation.

The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. Basically Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is manifested in the social role of a company or Limited Liability Company (PT) towards the company's internal environment, namely the welfare of its workers' lives. The existence of a level of welfare for workers is one way or strategy that can increase the participation of workers, motivation and loyalty of the workers. This problem is included in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and in addition to the Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment (UUPM) Article 34, namely "companies that invest in are required to implement CSR" to create conditions that are harmonious, balanced and in accordance with the environment, norms, and culture, as well as the Law that regulates the Social Security System and which establishes the Employment Social Security Administering Agency as an institution that regulates all labor guarantees for all Indonesian people, namely BPJS employment. The purpose of this writing is; 1). Providing a form of CSR responsibility to the company for the welfare of the workers; 2). Implement sanctions given to companies if they do not carry out CSR responsibilities to employees. This method uses writing in the form of normative legal methods or in legal research literature from the results of a study, there is one main thing that can be concluded. Namely, there are several rules that regulate corporate social responsibility, there is a law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), an investment law and a social security law. a requirement for CSR that has the potential to cause multiple interpretations in practice, because not all laws that have regulated and contain rules that are subject to sanctions in it.

This paper aims to investigate the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Ships. Eastern Fair at PT. pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. Pursuant to Article 16 Paragraph (1) Letter a of Law Number 2 of 2014 Concerning the Position of Notary Public which emphasizes the obligation of a notary to act in a trustworthy, honest, thorough, independent, impartial and safeguarding the interests of the parties involved in legal actions, however in practice sometimes it is used by appearers by falsifying the minutes of the GMS so that the notary becomes the suspected perpetrator of a crime. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the legal consequences of the deed of meeting decision statements related to the falsified GMS minutes. The method used in this research is normative juridical research in the form of library law materials or secondary data with sources of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The research approach used is statutory, conceptual, analytical and case approaches as well as legal material analysis techniques carried out with systematic and grammatical legal interpretations. The results of the study show that the legal consequences of the deed of meeting decision regarding the falsified GMS minutes resulted in the deed becoming null and void and the aggrieved parties had to file a civil suit to the court to cancel the deed. In this case the notary cannot be held criminally responsible if a loss arises for one of the parties, because the deed is a partij acte which is entirely based on the statements and statements of the parties which are already in draft form, the notary only writes it into an authentic deed, so the minutes of the GMS are falsified be the responsibility of the appearers.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline. Factors and factors that hinder and support the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This research was carried out in Takalar, where it was at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency, which took place from May 27 2023 to July 27 2023. The method of collecting data in this study used interviews, documentation and observation. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. The results of research conducted by researchers, that the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Principal's Managerial Competence in Improving Teacher Discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This is very important for teacher independence through various forms of training, namely with the guidance and motivation of the Principal towards the teacher and also from the awareness of the teacher himself in developing the mandate and responsibility as educators who should be an example, a role model for their students, self-discipline training so that Principals, fellow teachers and students can carry out their obligations wholeheartedly, namely arriving on time, being disciplined from various aspects of the school environment so as to create an effective and time-disciplined school. Work agreement for a certain period of time (PKWT) is one of the provisions that underwent changes after the enactment of the Cipta Kerja Law where there was a provision for compensation for PKWT workers and the PKWT period was changed to a maximum of 5 years. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of PKWT in Radiant Utama Company and to find out about the company's responsibility to PKWT workers related to compensation after the Cipta Kerja law.This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The result of this research is the implementation of PKWT at PT. Radiant Utama, after the enactment of the Cipta Kerja Law, the implementation of the PKWT is in accordance with what is stipulated in the Cipta Kerja Law and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for a Certain Time. But PKWT at PT. Radiant Utama there are several weaknesses related to not being listed in the PKWT agreement regarding dispute resolution, the party representing the company PT. Radian in the PKWT agreement was represented by the Human Resources and General Affairs Dept. Head (HR & GA Dept. Head) as the first party. However, it was not explained based on a power of attorney from the Board of Directors of PT. Radiant and Inside.While related to corporate responsibility. then PT. Radiant Utama has carried out its responsibilities as a company to provide compensation as stipulated in Article 16 paragraph 1 of Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021 regarding the amount of compensation. Other company responsibilities that have been carried out are related to providing wages and benefits as well as the company's responsibility to provide Employment Insurance and Health Insurance.

The study of the background with the student at clean-up elementary school has not yet formed his character, it can be seen from the student doing his duty to see his friend, cleaning the class being told by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to describe the independent character education through extracurricular scout activities at devotion nusshal elementary school, which is between 666 and its support factors and constraints. It is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects are principals and extracurricular scouts. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the implementation of extra-curricular scout activities can establish a student's independent character is seen in the self-reliance attitudes of each student based on the regular exercise and camp exercises. To the performance of independent character education in extracurricular activities the self-forming self-help group of self-supporting values includes confidence, responsibility, hard work, being able to make decisions, being able to work alone, and respecting time.

The role of extracurricular activities in the guidance and development of students in elementary schools is very important in providing a holistic and in-depth learning experience outside the ordinary academic environment. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of extracurriculars in fostering and developing students at SD 186 Cipadung and SD Al-Ma'soem. This study uses a qualitative method that produces and processes descriptive data such as interview transcripts. The results of this study show that extracurricular roles instill character values ​​such as hard work, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. In addition, extracurricular roles can develop students' potential interests and talents.

Monitoring nutritional status in 2018 reached 27.5% while the WHO limit was <20%. This means that approximately 8.9 million Indonesian children experience suboptimal growth, or 1 in 3 Indonesian children is stunted. More than one third of children under the age of 5 in Indonesia are below average in height. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the health history of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Responsibilityrjo Health Center. Methodology: The research design used is quantitative research using analytic survey methods with a cohort approach. The population is 3140 and the sample is 355 respondents. Results: The average respondent was 20-35 years old with a percentage of 80%, the education of the most respondents was high school with a total of 220 respondents or 62%. Most of the respondents' occupations were housewives, namely 102 respondents or 28.7% and the highest number of respondents were multigravidas, namely 215 or 60.6%. Health history of mothers during pregnancy with CED as many as 84 respondents (23.7%) and non-SEZ 271 mothers or 76.3% And mothers who experienced mild anemia were 98 mothers or 27.6% and mothers under five who experienced moderate anemia 22 respondents or by 6.2%, there were 135 stunted toddlers with a percentage of 38%, there was no relationship between age and work with stunting with a p value of maternal age of 0.611 and a p value of work of 0.158 and there was a relationship between education and parity most of the respondents were multigravida, namely 215 or 60.6%.
