This research analyzes strategies and policy innovations in managing natural resources and renewable energy laws in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the implemented environmental policies, the roles of central and regional governments, and the challenges in their implementation. The results show that Indonesia has implemented various policies and regulations to support sustainable natural resource management. Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management is the main foundation, followed by its derivative rules. However, policy implementation still faces challenges such as land conflicts, environmental degradation, and overexploitation of natural resources. In the context of renewable energy, the government has issued fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to promote its adoption. Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2022 is an example of a policy that provides various tax incentives and licensing facilities for renewable energy projects. This study concludes that Indonesia needs a comprehensive and collaborative approach to address challenges and optimize natural resource management and renewable energy development. Recommendations include simplifying bureaucratic procedures, increasing transparency in procurement processes, and strengthening investment guarantee mechanisms to enhance private sector participation in renewable energy infrastructure development.

Background: Urinary tract stones are the growth of hard, stone-like masses in the human urinary tract. The prevalence of urinary tract stones (BSK) in Indonesia is still not known for certain, but estimates suggest that there are around 170,000 cases of BSK every year. CT Scan is a radiological examination modality for diagnosing urinary tract stones with a sensitivity level of around 95%-100% and a specificity level of around 96%-98% for detecting urinary tract stones, so CT Scan is considered the gold standard in diagnosing this condition. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the management of CT Scan Urography in clinical urinary tract stones in the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar. Method: This research used descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach, the research subjects consisted of 3 radiographers, 1 radiologist, and 1 sending doctor. Data collection was carried out through several stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of research at the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar. The procedure for CT Scan Urography examinations in clinical urinary tract stones is that the patient drinks 750 ml of fresh tea until he feels like he wants to urinate, then the examination is carried out. The role and effect of giving plain tea can increase HU (Hounsfield Unit) density and also speed up diuresis, thereby helping to shorten examination time. The excess caffeine content of plain tea can speed up the process of increasing urine volume, thereby shortening the examination time..

This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.

Divorce between spouses of different nationalities has become an increasingly common phenomenon in the context of globalization. International civil law plays a key role in addressing the legal issues arising from divorce between different nationalities. This article discusses the legal repercussions arising from such divorces, focusing on several important aspects. Determination of the applicable law is a major concern in cases of non-citizenship divorce. The Lex Loci principle is the rule used to determine the law governing divorce, with special considerations regarding both spouses being from different countries. The recognition of divorce in different jurisdictions is an important concern. The process of official recognition of divorce in different countries often requires special procedures and certain requirements. Issues related to child custody become particularly significant if the couple has children together. International civil law considers aspects such as child residence, custody, and child-related decision-making. A valid divorce certificate may be required for various purposes, including a change in marital status in each spouse's country. The process of obtaining a divorce certificate may vary in each spouse's home country. Pensions and inheritance may also be affected by divorce, and the application of international civil law principles is necessary to determine the associated rights.

The Effect Of Use Of Lung Mask Fixation On The Accuracy Of Targeted Irradiation In Lung Cancer Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (Imrt) Technique In The Department Of Radiation Oncology, Jakarta General Hospital. Lung cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in one or both lungs. While normal cells in the lungs usually develop and reproduce to form healthy lung tissue, these abnormal cells actually reproduce more quickly and are never able to become normal lung tissue. As a result, lumps of cancer cells are formed, which are often referred to as tumors. (4) Radiotherapy is a form of therapy that has been proven to be useful in treating cancer. The aim of radiotherapy is to provide safe, accurate and efficient radiation doses to treat various types of cancer and also non-malignant disorders (7). Carrying out radiotherapy for lung cancer involves the use of immobilization devices, one of which is a thermoplastic mask. This mask functions to reduce the patient's body movements, including movements caused by breathing (9). Verification is a critical stage in the radiotherapy process. The purpose of this verification is to ensure that there are no significant differences in the exposure carried out (14). Giving the right dose of radiotherapy radiation is very necessary to achieve successful therapeutic treatment. The accuracy of dosing and the accuracy of the patient's position influence the dose distribution that will be received by the patient. This verification is based on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Human Health Series No. 31 of 2016 with a displacement value of 0.3cm (15). EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device) is an additional device connected to the LINAC (Linear Accelerator) radiotherapy device. EPID functions as a verification tool for radiation dose and geometry which is very important in the radiotherapy process (16). The accuracy of the patient's position during radiation treatment greatly influences the accuracy of the IMRT technique. Before irradiation, verification is carried out using an EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device) to ensure the correct target position on the tumor. This helps measure the x, y, and z axis coordinates along the radiation area before the radiation procedure begins.

There was a clear mission and goal when this law was created. The goals and objectives set are not just the product of legislative ideas but rather goals and targets that can be accepted and supported by the entire community. There are several conditions, namely: these regulations must: (1) be implemented correctly (2) be enforced as intended (3) not deviate from applicable principles and (4) support community goals. This scientific work research is normative legal research (normative juridical). This study examines community involvement in drafting laws discussed in normative juridical research and using the theory of law formation according to Philipus M. Hadjon, Aan Seidman, Robert B. Seidman, and Nalin Abeyserkere, Meuwissen, and Hans Kelsen and Hans Nawiasky. The main characteristic of direct political involvement is direct interaction between citizens and decision-makers, not through representative procedures. If a community-friendly Job Creation Law is to be designed, it must undergo review. Legislative laws are formed in large part by a multitude of elements that are fundamental to both national and state life. The principles of clarity, fairness, and usefulness are usually found in laws created through community involvement and oversight. In contrast, less participatory and adaptable regulations may conflict with principles of social benefit and justice.

Mitral stenosis (MS) is a heart valve disorder in which the mitral valve (located between the left atrium and left ventricle) becomes narrowed or hardened, blocking blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. Coronary angiography (CAG) is an invasive diagnostic technique used to evaluate the condition of the coronary blood vessels in patients with acute transmural myocardial infarction (MI). Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and its role in the management of Severe (MS) Patient preparation involves patient education about procedures, fasting before examination, renal function checks, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Narrowing of the heart's mitral valve is a pathological condition in which this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. Coronary angiography (CAG) plays an important role in clinical evaluation and therapeutic planning. Background: Mitral stenosis (MS) is a heart valve disorder in which the mitral valve (located between the left atrium and left ventricle) becomes narrowed or hardened, blocking blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This can increase pressure in the left atrium and reduce the amount of blood pumped throughout the body. Because MS is associated with increased left atrial pressure and can affect overall cardiac hemodynamics, it is important to understand how this condition may interact with coronary artery pathology. This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Coronary Angiography, Severe Mitral Stenosis Cases. Results: Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and their role in the management of (MS) Severe Patient preparation involves patient education about the procedure, fasting before examination, renal function testing, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) cases has an important role in detecting coronary artery disease.
