   ABSTRAK Studi kasus ini berkaitan dengan siswa SMAS Budi Satria yang mengalami kehilangan motivasi diri terhadap karir dan pekerjaan di masa depan. Fenomena ini menjadi perhatian serius pihak sekolah, karena berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan akademik dan psikologis para siswa tersebut. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang pilihan karir berarti bahwa siswa tersebut mungkin tidak memiliki pemahaman yang cukup tentang berbagai pilihan karir yang tersedia di dunia nyata. Mereka mungkin tidak tahu apa yang mereka minati atau memiliki bakat khusus di bidang tertentu, sehingga sulit bagi mereka untuk menemukan motivasi dan tujuan dalam mempersiapkan masa depan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan hilangnya motivasi diri siswa SMAS Budi Satria terhadap karir dan pekerjaan di masa depan. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang masalah ini, diharapkan sekolah dapat menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan membantu mereka merencanakan masa depan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMA Budi Satria masih sangat membutuhkan bimbingan perencanaan karir untuk masa depannya walaupun hanya sedikit permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa dalam memilih karir untuk masa depannya, namun pihak sekolah harus ekstra ekstra dalam memberikan pembinaan agar siswa di SMA Budi Satria dapat bersaing di masa depan. Karena negara ini juga akan sangat membutuhkan generasi muda untuk dapat meningkatkan potensi yang ada di negara ini agar kita semua dapat terus berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu.

The construction in a country essentially to give the welfare live of society. The current growth in Indonesia has been achieved by one of the batik industrialization sectors. Batik becomes an industrial potential that can be developed as an form of creative economic growth and thus become a village development community empowerment activity. This inscription to know how effectively empowering societies are in rural development, especially in development at Kampoeng Batik Jetis. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result indicated that the empowerment of communities taken are as follows 1) Skill, encompass education and training; 2) Market access, accessibility acquire raw materials and other supporting materials in improving the production processes, implicate UMKM exhibition to expand market access, and facilitate intellectual property rights; 3) Capital access, comprise capital facilitate.

In this era of modernization, many changes have occurred in human life, so it is very important to teach religious education in schools with the aim of contributing to the morale of students who are increasingly far from God's truth. Therefore, education must rest on the four pillars, viz. know, learn to do, learn to live together and learn to be yourself. What is very important in competency development is the curriculum as a learning tool. In this case, the curriculum is considered to be able to solve various problems of the nation, especially in the field of education, by training students, planning, implementing and evaluating the education system in an effective, efficient and effective manner.

Perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS) di rumah adalah kegiatan berbasis pengetahuan diri yang dilakukan oleh setiap anggota keluarga dengan tujuan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pencegahan penyakit dan meningkatkan kesehatan keluarga. Salah satu indikator PHBS dalam rumah tangga adalah penggunaan jamban sehat oleh keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui gerakan PHBS serentak pada rumah tangga di Dusun Cung Belut, Desa Semen, Kecamatan Paron, Kabupaten Ngawi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan jamban, stimulasi sederhana jamban dan pembentukan kerangka STBM. Populasi sasaran adalah warga Dusun Cung Belut sebanyak 142 Somah. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang jamban sehat, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang jamban sehat meningkat 75%, jumlah warga yang siap membuat jamban sehat sebanyak 6 orang dengan konsep stimulasi, terbentuklah kabinet STBM muda yang beranggotakan 15 orang anak. Kesimpulan gerakan PHBS serentak dalam rumah tangga efektif mengatasi permasalahan PHBS di Dusun Cung Belut, Desa Semen, Kecamatan Paron, Kabupaten Ngawi.

Transformasi struktural pada sektor industri mengacu pada perubahan fundamental dalam komposisi, organisasi, dan operasi industri sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi, kebutuhan pasar, dan perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Konsep transformasi struktural ini melibatkan proses transformasi yang luas dalam struktur industri yang ada, termasuk pergeseran dalam jenis industri yang mendominasi, perubahan dalam rantai pasokan, dan adaptasi terhadap inovasi baru. Salah satu konsep transformasi struktural yang penting adalah diversifikasi industri. Diversifikasi mengacu pada pengembangan dan ekspansi kegiatan produksi dan bisnis ke sektor-sektor baru. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperluas portofolio produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan, atau dengan masuk ke industri yang berbeda secara keseluruhan. Diversifikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada satu sektor atau pasar tertentu, dan menciptakan sumber pertumbuhan baru untuk perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi atau hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar logistik halal di Indonesia dapat terlaksana atau tercapai secara efektif dalam lingkup logistik global. Adapun untuk metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan (literature review) yang dimana menjelaskan fenomena dan data serta penelitian terdahulu, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari permasalahan yang ada secara lebih akurat dan jelas dari fakta-fakta yang ada. Untuk hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat beberapa hal penting yang dapat menjadi pendorong kesuksesan Logistik Halal di Indonesia yang diantaranya yaitu 1) Dukungan pemerintah untuk mendorong perkembangan Logistik Halal dengan memperketat kebijakan mengenai sertifikasi halal 2) Memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan manajemen pengetahuan yang berperan meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai. 3) Pengembangan Lanjutan dalam hal teknologi meliputi pengembangan sistem pelacakan seperti penambahan sistem sensor DNA dan sertifikasi di pergudangan, distributor, dan penjual, serta sertifikasi di penyedia produk hingga penjual ditambah dengan penerapan sistem logistik lima titik pembelian untuk inovasi berkelanjutan dan pengurangan biaya.

This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

This research has the purpose of finding out that tourism development can also be said to be a process in order to improve and improve something that already exists. Tourism development can be in the form of development, maintenance and preservation of plants, infrastructure and other facilities. Three main principles in sustainability development: 1) Ecological Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is in accordance with the existing ecological, biological, and diverse ecological processes. 2) Social and Cultural Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out has a positive impact on the life of the surrounding community and is in accordance with the culture and values that apply to the community. 3) Economic Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is economically efficient and that the resources used can survive for future needs.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh perkembangan industri esports terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan industri esports berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui beberapa aspek seperti peningkatan pendapatan, terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru, peningkatan penerimaan pajak, dan peningkatan pariwisata. Namun, terdapat pula beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan industri esports seperti kurangnya regulasi yang jelas, minimnya dukungan pemerintah, dan kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah meningkatkan regulasi dan dukungan dalam pengembangan industri esports serta meningkatkan investasi dalam infrastruktur yang dapat mendukung perkembangan industri ini.

This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives. 

Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market.

Pendidikan vokasi mengutamakan keterampilan siswa, menekankan pembelajaran langsung, dan menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran teoritis secara lebih efektif. Untuk memenuhi kompetensi mereka di bidang jaringan komputer, banyak Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (TKJ) memfasilitasi siswa bekerja menggunakan peralatan jaringan secara langsung. Sayangnya cara ini tidak terlalu efisien untuk mengajar di Laboratoriun Jaringan, terutama jika ukuran kelasnya sangat besar ataupun terkendala keterbatasan peralatan/ sarana jaringan komputer.  Tujuan dari kegiatan "Pengabdian Masyarakat Dosen Pulang Kampung IPB" yang dilaksanakan di SMKS 5 Bhinneka Karya Boyolali ini adalah memberikan pilihan praktis dan murah untuk melakukan kegiatan praktikum jaringan komputer dengan cara membuat "Laboratorium Jaringan Virtual". Solusi yang diberikan telah membantu mengatasi masalah keterbatasan perangkat keras dan aksesibilitas yang ada di laboratorium jaringan. Laboratorium Jaringan Virtual memberi siswa kemampuan untuk menerapkan instance virtual perangkat jaringan secara nyata.

Community service programs have been implemented at the head of the Muhammadiyah Sawit Boyolali branch. The purpose of the community service program is to plan the development of da'wah through the development of Muhammadiyah business charity  within the PCM Sawit Boyolali company. From the results of discussions held by the service team and management of the PCM Branch Leadership, it was agreed that the development of Muhammadiyah business charity was realized by planning the PCM Multipurpose Building. The problem that arises is that the land that will be used as the location for the construction of the Multipurpose Building is not yet available. The effort made is to invite all company residents to participate in the construction building. From the joint efforts of the Muhammadiyah Sawit branch leader, Boyolali received waqf land from company residents in the PCM Sawit environment. With the waqf land from the company's residents, the problems faced related to the location of the building placement have been solved.  

Quantum-Inspired Algorithms (QIAs) combine principles of quantum computing with classical evolutionary strategies to address complex optimization problems. This research explores the potential of QIAs in improving optimization processes, particularly in combinatorial and multi-objective optimization scenarios. The study focuses on the application of Quantum-Inspired Genetic Algorithms (QIGAs) and Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithms (QIEAs), assessing their effectiveness in solving classical problems like the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Through computational simulations, the research compares the time convergence and solution accuracy of QIAs against traditional classical algorithms. The findings demonstrate that QIAs achieve faster convergence rates and higher-quality solutions, with accuracy levels reaching 98-99% of the global optimal solutions, while significantly reducing computational time. These results underline the advantages of QIAs in solving large and complex optimization problems, making them a promising alternative to traditional algorithms. Additionally, QIAs excel in avoiding local minima, a common pitfall of classical methods, due to their ability to explore the solution space more efficiently through quantum principles like superposition and interference. The implications of this study suggest that QIAs can be a valuable tool for tackling real-world optimization challenges, with potential applications in fields such as finance, logistics, telecommunications, and energy management. The research also indicates the necessity for further improvements in quantum-inspired algorithms' scalability and hardware integration, particularly for larger, more intricate optimization problems, to fully realize their potential in practical industrial applications.

This study aims to, (1) describe the process of developing news text teaching materials based on the Filmorago application, (2) describe the form of developing news text teaching materials based on the Filmorago application, and (3) describe the feasibility of teaching materials for news texts based on the Filmorago application. The development of teaching materials for news texts based on the Filmorago application uses the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono, with stages of potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, revision and trial stages. The validation stage includes material expert lecturers and expert lecturers. The sample of this study was 37 grade VIII students of Dharma Patra Pangkalan Brandan Private Junior High School using the Purpossive Sample technique. Data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire sheet validating material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Research shows that products from Filmorago application-based news text teaching materials get research results with "Very Good" criteria with an average of 90%, with results from material experts of 90% with "Very Good" criteria and results from media experts of 82% with "Very Good" criteria so that teaching materials are suitable for use in the learning process. The results of the product trial received an assessment from teachers of 96% with the criteria of "Very Good" and a student assessment of 90% with the criteria of "Very Good".

Bonggolan Small Industry is one of the leading products of Sidayu District, Gresik Regency which still requires further product development. The purpose of this study is to determine the Leading Product Development Strategy of Small Industry Bonggolan Sidayu District, Gresik Regency to increase its competitiveness so that it is known by the wider community. This study used descriptive analysis method through the results of Observation and Interview. The data analysis used is a SWOT analysis carried out to analyze internal and external factors of entrepreneurs in industrial estates. The results of this study show that there are 4 strength factors, 4 weakness factors, 5 opportunity factors and 4 threat factors so that 8 strategies can be formulated in developing superior products of the Bonggolan Small Industry, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency so that it can compete with other products and be known by the wider community.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang tergolong cepat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dengan seperti itu pengembangan dan perluasan tehnologi di Indonesia terus berkembang dan semakin canggih. Di era industri 4.0 perkembangan tehnologi memperngaruhi dunia perindustrian, dalam perindustrian kecanggihan teknologi yang saling berkaitan berkaitan seperti mesin-mesin yang sudah bergerak otomatis dari pengerjaan awal hingga akhir. Dengan seperti adanya pengembangan teknologi industri-industri yang berdiri dapat menghemat waktu dalam proses peroduksi. Hasil penelitian dan anlisa ini, dapat dinyatakan bagaimana sebuah industri menyikapi dan mengikuti perkembangan tehnologi dan apa konsekuensinya baik bagi perusahaan maupun karyawan.

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

This research aims to ; 1) To find out how the Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) are conducted; 2) To find out what the professional competence of Indonesian language teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle School is. 3) To determine the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. The research subjects were 45 Indonesian Language Teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation questionnaires. The research results show that Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) activities reached 87%. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire data which reached 87%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. Meanwhile, research results on teacher professional competence reached 86%, this is proven by the results of questionnaire data which reached 86%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. The influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle School. The calculation results obtained a value of rxy = 0.838 which is between (0.800 - 1.000). Thus, rcount is greater than rtable at the 5% significance level and 1% significance level (0.294 < 0.380 < 0.838), this means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the correlation analysis value shows that the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools is 70.2%.  

This research is motivated by the effect of securities on financial market development and investment preparation. Securities have a role to determine how to develop financial markets. Talking about securities cannot be separated from trade transactions, because the birth of securities is intended to improve, facilitate and secure transactions in the world of commerce. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research on how securities can be used in developing financial markets and preparing for investment. This research method through the collection of case studies and data from previous journals. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of securities can regulate and control financial markets through existing laws.
