In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values ​​of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

Residential is a place to live or everything related to a place to live and in a narrow sense can be interpreted as a residential area or residential building. In connection with the quality of residential facilities, employee satisfaction is an important aspect in improving the quality of the provided residential facilities. If the satisfaction of the residential facilities provided to employees is not met, the employees will feel uncomfortable and will sue the plantation of PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. Analyze the level of employee satisfaction with the quality of the residential provided by the plantation to its employees is The purpose of this study. One of the efforts to find out the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities is to use the C4.5 algorithm classification, where Dataset is obtained through the Questionnaire technique that will be given to employees at PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. As for the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities in terms of aspects (1) water facilities, (2) electricity facilities, (3) kitchen conditions, (4) bedroom conditions, (5) toilet conditions in dwellings inhabited by PTPN IV Unit plantation employees Marjandi. Data processing is assisted using Microsoft Excel software and to validate study data using a rapidminer tool. It is hoped that this research can provide solutions or become a reference for plantations to improve the quality of residential facilities provided to PTPN IV Marjandi Unit employees..

This study aims to determine how much influence work competence, job placement, and incentives have on employee performance at PT XY. The object of this research is employees who work at PT XY. The tool used for data collection in this study is a questionnaire with a Likert scale from point 1 to 5. This study uses non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 100 respondents, namely employees who work at PT XY. The method used in this research is quantitative method with description analysis. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SMARTPLS 4 application through two sub models (outer model and inner model). Outer model consists of convergent validity, discriminant validity, averange variance extracted (AVE), and Cronbach's Alpha. While the inner model consists of model feasibility test, variance inflation factor (VIF), path coefficients, and total direct effect. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, and incentive.

Opportunities for crime in the digital business world include various forms of threats, such as system hacking, theft of personal data, financial fraud, and other criminal acts that can harm companies and damage consumer trust. Digital business is a business activity that in its implementation utilizes technology as a medium, either when creating or in a series of marketing activities. In an effort to deal with opportunities for crime in the world of e-business, companies must prioritize information security, strict policy implementation, education and training for employees, as well as partnerships with security and government agencies. This research uses a qualitative literature study method by obtaining secondary data through published journal articles with the question "Are there many opportunities for crime in the utilization or use of e-business?". Based on this, it is clear that there are still many opportunities for crime in the digital business world and continue to occur, where the crimes that often occur are fraud, hacking, as well as cybercrime and cyberfraud.

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

A good company is one that takes care of its employees. If employees feel uncomfortable working in the company, it can cause the risk of employee turnover intention in a company. A high turnover intention rate can hinder the achievement of company goals. Supriadi, Trang, and Rogi (2021:1217) explain that turnover intention is a situation where employees of an organization have plans to leave their jobs, or the tendency for employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs according to their own choice. In the novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of an employee who is tired of working from a company and wants to Resign from the company immediately. From the novel, the researcher aims to analyze the factors that cause the turniver intention of company employees in the novel using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people and behavior that has been observed (Moleong, 2018: 4). The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers found that there are 4 factors that cause turnover intention in the novel, namely workload, job satisfaction, unsupportive leadership style, and compensation. The conclusion of this study is that a company cannot run without employees, therefore to achieve the goals of the company, it is important for companies to pay attention to the condition of their employees so that employees can work as much as possible and reduce the risk of turnover intention in the company.

Education and Training (DIKLAT) plays a vital role in developing individuals, especially in terms of improving employee performance. Studies have shown that TRAINING plays an important role in increasing employee performance. Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on PT SOS Indonesia Employee Job Satisfaction. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data The analytical methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the main data sources in qualitative research are words and actions. Words and actions are sources of data obtained from the field by observing or interviewing, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the work culture of employees at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta Branch which includes the types of culture that exist, important elements of culture, cultural influences and current cultural analysis. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the culture at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta branch adheres to Adhocratic Culture, which is a combination of the words 'Ad hoc' and bureaucracy.Therefore, organizations with an adhocracy culture are flexible and not hampered by bureaucratic procedures and policies. Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. The novel The Last Shoe tells the story of the life of a father named Pak Marwan. The character Pak Marwan in the novel The Last Shoe is the main character of the story. Mr, Marwan is a shoe craftsman whose name is known as the “father of shoes”. Pak Marwan opened a shoe business and made the name of his village known to many people. This type of research is qualitative research which aims to understand social phenomena, including the phenomenon being studied. The descriptive method of analysis is to describe the facts followed by content analysis. The data in this research is in the form of discourse related to the object of research is the novel The Last Shoe by Toni Tegar Sahidi. The primary data source in this research is the next of the novel The Last Shoe. Data collection techniques use heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The results of this research are to find out the characterizations contained in the novel The Last Shoes by Toni Tegar Sahidi, namely responsible, hardworking, business style, and teaching employees to be independent.

This research aims to create Community Public Service Application programs and to help people carry out services using Web-based Public Service Administration service applications in South Prabumulih District. This research uses descriptive research type. The type of data taken is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used in this research is the Water Fall Method, and the System Design Auxiliary Tool.

This research uses a descriptive method by applying literature reviews from previous research. The data used uses secondary data. The data obtained is then processed by relating the issue of the influence of business combinations in PT. GoTo with references and other real sources. The objects of this research are the Gojek and Tokopedia companies. The results of the analysis obtained are that GoTo is the largest technology-based company in Indonesia.
