Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. The ISP network is a national and international scale network so that customers can be connected globally. There are many factors that must be considered in selecting an ISP, making choosing an ISP a difficult task. Factors that influence ISP selection include cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. ISP providers offer a variety of advantages that make it difficult for customers to choose the right provider. The method applied in determining ISP providers is the AHP method used for weighting criteria while the WASPAS method is used for evaluating ISP providers with the criteria of cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. The rating process using the WASPAS method uses four assessment criteria, namely cost with a weight of 0.54, bandwidth with a weight of 0.38, coverage area with a weight of 0.05 and type of connection with a weight of 0.03. The final results of the ranking show that ISPs with low cost, large bandwidth and wide coverage areas will make these ISPs the best choice, this is because the criteria for cost, bandwidth and coverage area have high weight. Conversely, ISPs with high costs and small coverage areas will be the worst choices in the ranking list.

In general, the determination of supervisors at a university is determined by the department. The determination of supervisors is more on random factors or students who determine lecturers without considering the lecturers' expertise in the research to be carried out. The procedure for determining supervisors in this way will cause problems such as less than optimal results of the final assignment because the supervisor is not exactly selected. The final task supervisor has an important role because it has the responsibility to ensure that students are able to prepare the final assignment properly so that the final assignment is ready to be tested and qualified. In an effort to overcome the problem of inaccurate selection of supervisors, recommendations can be made based on expertise or research that has been carried out by supervisors using the con tent - based filtering method.

The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The way this system works is that if the room temperature is >38 degrees Celsius, the blower/fan will turn on, and will turn off if the temperature is 40%, the artificial window will open and will close if the humidity is

This study aims to identify, analyze and mitigate the risks of work accidents at PT Dewa Ruci Agung. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very important to be implemented by every company. Prevention of work accidents can be done by knowing the existing risks, one of which is through the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. The data collection method used in this study uses primary and secondary data. From the results of the study it was found that there were 15 potential hazard risks including the Lifting Process of moving blocks/goods using a crane, the Cutting Process lifting material and placing it on the cutting machine, preparing the cutting machine, the Grinding Process lifting material and placing it in the grinding area, preparing grinding tools, Fitting Process and Working at Height plate installation process, Main Engine (ME) Overhaul Process, New metal seat removal process (ME) using manual tools, Removal process (ME) with Chain block, Cylinder liner (ME) removal process with chain block, Process Welding, Sandblasting and Painting Process, Zinc Anode Process, B3 Waste Disposal Process. Based on the results of the risk analysis, risk identification is then carried out using the HIRADC method which is most likely to reduce the level of risk severity. The risk identification proposed by the researcher is that it is recommended that every worker carrying out the task wear PPE in accordance with the provisions given by the company and the person in charge of the company's K3. Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

The performance of members of the People's Representative Council (DPR) in carrying out their duties is often criticized. Either because of his policies or because of his personality which is considered less effective. Therefore it is necessary to test whether there is an influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of the people's representative council (DPR) with work stress as an intervening variable in Aceh Province. This study uses economics, this research is verification. This research refers to the first rule, so the researcher determines the number of samples using the maximum likelihood estimation method of 81 respondents. The results of the study show that motivation has a very large influence on the performance of the Aceh Province DPR. Because with the motivation of the DPR, they will have enthusiasm in working and carrying out the assigned tasks. In addition, organizational culture also has a very large influence on the performance of the Aceh Provincial Parliament. Because with relevant habits in carrying out their duties. Then the work that has been set will be easier to do. So it can be concluded that motivation and organizational culture have a very large influence on the performance of the Aceh DPR.

Corona virus disease 2019 or Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is a respiratory tract infection caused by a type of corona virus. Another name for this disease is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-COV2). In just a few months, the spread of this disease has spread to various countries, both in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. The increase in the number of Covid-19 cases is increasing because it spreads so quickly, Covid-19 spreads and can infect a person regardless of age, therefore a communication strategy is needed to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 by the central government, regional governments and the government village. The importance of this communication strategy in tackling the corona virus is to minimize and prevent the spread of the virus in affected areas.Panjeng Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency, is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In communicating with the Panjeng village community, the Covid-19 Task Force has an effective communication strategy in carrying out the process of handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy of the Covid-19 task force in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Panjeng Village. In this study, researchers used communication strategy theory according to Mintzberg and Waters, regarding the stages of communication strategy, namely communication strategy planning, communication strategy implementation, and communication strategy evaluation. The research method used in writing this thesis is using a descriptive qualitative research method and the type of research in the field, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher analyzed the data using the reduction method, data presentation, and verification (conclusion) to obtain the expected data.

This study aims to determine the effect of extroverted and introverted personalities on speaking skills. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method (expo facto), with a comparative causal design. The objects in this study were students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. The total population is 238 students, the sample size is 15%, namely 36 students. Accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there were 55.6% or 20 students with introverted personalities and 44.4% or 16 students with extroverted personalities. The results of the mean scores of students' speaking skills show that students with introverted personalities have better speaking skills scores than students who have extroverted personalities. The mean score of students with introverted personalities is 15.65 while the average score of students with extroverted personalities is 13.25. From the results of hypothesis testing with a one-way ANOVA test, the value of Fcount is 1.655, Ftable 4.13, a significance level of 0.05, so Fcount <Ftable, it is stated that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Based on the results of the above study, it was concluded that there was no influence between extroverted and introverted personality types on students' speaking skills.

The population in this study were all primigravid postpartum patients without complications during the first active phase in the working area of ​​the Halilulik Health Center, Naitimu Village, West Tasifeto District, East Nusa Tenggara, Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 16 people was obtained with a distribution of 8 people for the back rubbing massage treatment using the Power Massager (group 1) and 8 people for the back rubbing massage treatment using the hands (group 2). The results showed that the back rubbing massage treatment using a power massager obtained an average decrease in pain of 2.375, while the treatment of back rubbing massage using hands obtained an average decrease in pain of 1.250, obtained P count of 0.0013 P <0.05, So it can be concluded that back rubbing massage using a power massager is more effective than using hands in reducing pain in primigravida in parturient patients in the active phase 1. In conclusion, back rubbing massage using a power massager is more effective in reducing pain in primigravid patients in labor in the first active phase.

Effective leadership from a school principal is the key to improving the quality and performance of teachers as learning agents in madrasas. This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the leadership behavior of school principals in improving teacher performance at public elementary schools (MIN) 15 Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is the head of the school. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and taken from various literature relevant to the research material. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MIN 15 Binatro, namely: the principal has influenced and mobilized subordinates, the principal determines the tasks of the teachers and provides training so that teacher performance increases, the principal is able to communicate effectively with teachers, principals involve all interested parties in making decisions; (2) Policies that can be implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance, namely: establishing cooperative relationships with teachers, measuring teacher performance by looking at the abilities of their students, and paying attention to the methods teachers use to teach; (3) In improving teacher performance the principal of the MIN 15 Bintaro school seeks to improve the discipline and responsibility of teachers.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking water depots and to find aut the factors that influencer the performance of the Kupang City Health Office. This research is empirical juridikal in nature, namely capturing the legal provisions that apply and what is happening in this case interviews to obtain an overview of data related to research problems. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, namely by choose informants who are considered knowledgeable and trustworthy to be data sources. The results of this study are the influence of tasks and functions of the health office in supervicing drinking water depots, seen from the large number of depots that do not have official business permits. The peformance of the kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking  water depots is not good enough, and there is still a need for improvement in terms of productivity and also the need for member personnel to be equitablein monitoring activities.

This study aims to comprehend the methods used by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority to tackle illegal investments. This is due to the substantial quantity of illegal investments in Indonesia, which can have detrimental impacts on many parties, especially individuals who make these investments. This research employs a normative legal research methodology that takes a statutory approach. The primary and secondary legal materials used are primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the Supervision of the Financial Services Authority against Illegal Investments (UU No. 21 of 2011), and investment-related books and journals, including illegal and OJK investments. The study's findings demonstrate that the Financial Services Authority, as required by Law No. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, has the authority to protect the public's legal rights through public education campaigns, provision of facilities for customer complaints, and handling of illegal investments through the revocation of business licenses or payment. and presented a court case. An Investment Alert Task Force, which was established by the Financial Services Authority, was tasked with monitoring investments in general and illegal investments in particular.

The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.
