This study aims to determine the ability to understand biographical texts for class X students of SMK N 1 Lumban Julu in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a two group post-test design. The sample in this study were students of class X RPL 1 which consisted of 30 students and students of class X RPL 2 with a total of 30 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score of the ability to understand biographical texts of the experimental class students was 84.2 belonging to the good category while the average value of the control class was 59.03 belonging to the sufficient category and did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. Based on the t test, it was obtained a significance level value of α = 0.05 with dk = N-1 = 29, so that a ttable value of 2.045 was obtained. Thus it is concluded that tcount > ttable, namely 8.446 > 2.045 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Quick On the Draw learning model on the ability to understand biographical texts for class X students of SMK N 1 Lumbanjulu in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

The low student learning outcomes are caused by a lack of ability to understand concepts and many students are not serious about working on questions, so that learning is not optimal and effective. Therefore, the general aim of this research is to describe the influence of TGT type cooperative learning based on badeglar media on the conceptual understanding of class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research uses a pre-experimental method, namely comparing the results of the pretest and posttest with the research population being all class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School and the sample used in this research is the population itself. Data was collected using test techniques with test sheet research instruments. The data is processed according to parametric statistical calculations. The results of this research prove that the use of TGT type cooperative learning based on counting funnel media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The average percentage of student learning outcomes using t-test calculations where tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.277 > 1.740. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, in other words there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest

Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

The second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination plays a crucial role in enhancing protection against viral infection and strengthening the body's immune response. However, challenges remain in its implementation, including low public participation and limited awareness of the benefits of full vaccination. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination, including participation rates, encountered barriers, and increased public awareness. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test survey before and after vaccination education. The results indicate a significant increase in public understanding and participation after the educational intervention. Therefore, educational and socialization strategies should be continuously reinforced to optimize COVID-19 vaccination coverage.

Patient safety during intraoperative procedures is a top priority in nursing services in the operating room. However, patient and family understanding of intraoperative nursing management is still limited, which can have an impact on patient readiness before undergoing surgery. This community service activity aims to improve patient and family knowledge about the important role of intraoperative nursing in maintaining patient safety. The method used is an educational approach through interactive counseling delivered directly to patients and families in the pre-operative room. The material includes patient safety standards, the role of nurses during surgical procedures, and the importance of effective communication between the medical team, patients, and families. Evaluation was carried out by comparing the level of understanding before and after education using a simple questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, seen from changes in patient attitudes and readiness to face surgical procedures. Appropriate and easy-to-understand education has been shown to be effective in supporting active participation of patients and families, as well as encouraging the creation of a safer surgical environment.

This study discusses the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husbands and wives during the period of syiqoq from the perspective of Islamic law. Syiqoq, which refers to deep conflicts between husband and wife, poses a significant challenge in married life. The purpose of this research is to analyze how Islamic law regulates the fulfillment of rights and obligations during conflict and to offer solutions for its resolution. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review methods, analyzing fiqh literature, fatwas from Islamic scholars, and other primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that despite ongoing disputes, fundamental rights such as maintenance, protection, and housing must still be provided, and obligations like communication and consultation are essential for resolving conflicts. The role of hakam as a third party mediator is also identified as an effective mechanism for resolving syiqoq. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for couples and Islamic legal institutions in addressing marital conflicts fairly and in accordance with Islamic principles while strengthening the understanding of family law dynamics in a modern context.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need professional assistance

Fear of dental care is a common problem that can hinder people's access to optimal dental health services. In Panakkukang District, Makassar City, this phenomenon often causes delays or avoidance of dental care, which ultimately has the potential to worsen the community's dental and oral health conditions. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. The methods used in this study involve providing education to the community through dental health counseling, as well as the application of psychological techniques such as relaxation and desensitization techniques to help overcome fear. Education is delivered through socialization activities at various strategic points in Panakkukang District, while psychological techniques are applied in clinical situations and in community-based simulations. The results of the study showed that this approach significantly reduced the level of fear of dental care among the local community. Participants reported increased knowledge about the importance of dental care and decreased anxiety levels when having to undergo dental care procedures. In conclusion, the approach that combines community education with psychological interventions has proven effective in reducing fear of dental care in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be implemented in other areas to improve community access to better dental health services.

Post-Cesarean Section (CS) patients often experience anxiety that can hinder the recovery process. Limited time for health workers to provide comprehensive education is one of the main factors causing a lack of patient understanding of post-CS care. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of providing video-based education and interactive sessions in reducing anxiety in post-CS patients. The methods used include socialization, video-based training, direct practice, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed an increase in patient understanding and compliance with post-CS care and a significant decrease in anxiety levels. Video-based education has been shown to be effective in helping patients understand recovery procedures better and reducing dependence on analgesics. Therefore, the implementation of similar education methods is recommended in health services to improve the quality of recovery in post-CS patients

Shivering after cesarean section is one of the common side effects of spinal anesthesia that is often overlooked but can cause significant discomfort, even increasing the risk of postoperative complications such as increased oxygen consumption and impaired recovery. This community service program aims to improve understanding in both patients and health workers regarding the importance of effective shivering management through health education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, action simulation, and evaluation of the level of understanding before and after educational activities. The results showed an increase in patient knowledge from 50% to 85% after education, and a decrease in the incidence of shivering from 70% to 30% after implementation of the intervention. These findings indicate that educational interventions and promotive-preventive approaches play an important role in improving the quality of postoperative care, especially in patients undergoing cesarean section. Therefore, the active involvement of health workers in providing health information and non-pharmacological pain management is essential to prevent and overcome shivering optimally.

The lack of open communication within the family, both from parents and children, indirectly facilitates deviant behavior in adolescents, especially in the case of premarital sex. One of the consequences of this behavior is an unwanted pregnancy (KTD). Pregnancy under the age of 20 has a significant impact on increasing maternal mortality, both in Indonesia and worldwide. Through this community service activity, it aims to increase adolescents' understanding of premarital sex by involving a total of 40 respondents. Evaluation during this activity showed that all respondents understood the counseling material. With this counseling program, it is hoped that students can increase their understanding of the effects of pregnancy and take preventive steps to avoid pregnancy.

God created human being and endowed with a conscience. Conscience has a very important role to guide humans to make the right decisions. Through help of conscience, humans are able to know what is good and do it. One of the questions to be answered in this article what are the states of conscience in order to make a good and right decision. This paper uses a qualitative approach through literature studies using various theological point of view and reflection. From this research, it was found that human’s existence as a creation has conscience to enables humans to make good and right decisions. Humans are expected to be able to use intention properly and responsibly. In making a right decision, humans need to analyze, evaluate, species and make choices with freely and responsibly. The Holy Spirit plays a significant role for guiding to make a decision. Conscience is a practical decision of the mind that can help to make wise decision. Conscience can also be mistaken because of a lack of knowledge and understanding, and there is a neglect of conscience. As a result, the decisions taken are not in accordance with God's will. Realizing the importance of the role of conscience in determining decisions, it is necessary to develop a conscience. Conscience is the most secret human core, personal and being a holy sanctuary as place where human being in silent with God.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri di Kabupaten Blora. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri Kabupaten Blora dengan sampel 100 karyawan.. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistic. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 4,680. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 15% terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif -19,1%, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif 14.5%, beban kerja meiliki pengaruh positif 37% dan kepuasan kerja memliki pengaruh positif sebesar 51%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,703 atau 70,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 70,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,297 atau 29,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini..    

Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ternak ruminansia, salah satunya adalah kambing. Jumlah ternak kambing di Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2020 mencapai 41.190 yang tersebar di seluruh kecamatan yaitu 16 kecamatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemetaan sebaran populasi ternak kambing di Kabupaten Sidoarjo menggunakan SIG. Informasi sebaran ternak kambing bermanfaat untuk mempercepat pengelolaan informasi sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu data spasial berupa peta administrasi, peta kedalaman laut, dan data sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menghasilakan output berupa peta sebaran ternak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dimana dapat memberikan informasi sebaran ternak kambing per kecamatan pada tahun 2018 dan 2020. Data sebaran ternak kambing di seluruh kecamatan menunjukkan fluktuatif. Terdapat tiga kecamatan yang selalu konsisten dalam jumlah sebaran ternaknya yang tinggi yaitu Kecamatan Tarik, Krian, dan Balongbendo. Ketiga kecamatan tersebut jauh dari pusat kota dan memiliki kepadatan penduduk di bawah 2500 penduduk/km2. Tingkat kepadatan penduduk kurang memungkinkan tersedianya lahan yang lebih luas. Faktor lain yang menjadi pendukung dalam pengembangan ternak adalah ketersediaan aliran sungai yang cukup banyak, karena akan menunjang ketersediaan hijauan sebagai bahan pakan ternak.

Penelitian dan analisi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh sebuah bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh dari, rasio lancar (current ratio) dan rasio cepat (quick ratio) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling, Teknik sampling yang diguunakan adalah tenik sampling jenuh, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi liinier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasi yaitu, laporan keuangan PT Aneka Tambang Tbk periode 2015-2022 per triwulan, secara keseluruhan jumlah sampel selama 8 tahun terakhir sebanyak 31 sampel. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T menunjukkan bahwa Rasio lancar (current ratio) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Syariah dan Rasio cepat (quick ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Syariah pada PT Aneka Tambang Tbk yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2015-2022.

Shopee is an e-commerce which is known for frequently changing brand ambassadors with the aim of attracting consumers from all classes and ages. Furthermore, another effort which is made by Shopee is that improve the quality of its products in order to attract more consumers. The aim of this study is that to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and perceptions of product quality on purchase intention with the subject of student of the Shopee application users. This study used quantitative methods. Moreover, the samples in this study were 107 students who used Shopee application who were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intention with a sig value. 0.301 (p>0.05). However, there is an effect of perceived product quality on purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a Sig. 0.00 (p<0.05). Both of them can simultaneously influence the purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a large influence seen from the R square coefficient of 36.6% so that the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on purchasing decisions among Tokopedia e-commerce users. This study uses a quantitative research design with data collection techniques in the form of purposive sampling. The subjects in the study totaled 174 respondents who were users of the e-commerce application Tokopedia who had made at least one purchase aged 17-60. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 3.126 > 1.973 t table. Brand image variable also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the tests that have been carried out obtained t count of 18.362 > 1.973 t table

Kode Dari Indeks Idx High Dividend 20 Adalah Idxhidiv20 Yang Pertama Kali Diluncurkan Pada Tanggal 17 Mei 2018. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Dengan Mengambil Populasi Dari Nilai Profitabilitas Dan Dividen Indeks Idx High Dividend 20 Yang Merupakan Salah Satu Indeks Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif Dengan Menggunakan Data Sekunder Dari Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Non Probability Sampling Dengan Jenis Purposive Sampling Pada Indeks Idx High Dividend 20 Dengan Tahun Penelitian 2014 - 2021. Metode Analisis Data Yang Digunakan Adalah Uji Beda Wilcoxon Dengan Bantuan Software Spss. Hasil Analisis Menunjukkan Bahwa Nilai Signifikansi Dari Hasil Uji Beda Menggunakan Wilcoxon Adalah Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) Bernilai > 0,05 Maka H0 Diterima Dan Ha Ditolak Yang Berarti Tidak Ada Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Untuk Nilai Profitabilitas Dan Dividen Perusahaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Tergabung Dalam Indeks Idx High Dividend 20. Hal Tersebut Menandakan Perusahaan Yang Tergabung Dalam Indeks Idx High Dividend 20 Dapat Menjadi Pilihan Investor Dalam Berinvestasi Saham Untuk Mengoptimalkan Keuntungan Yang Didapatkan.

A living lab is an open innovation ecosystem in a real-life environment that uses an iterative feedback process across innovation lifecycle approaches to create sustainable impact. Living lab is an area that is projected to become a field laboratory and workshop center that accommodates all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to become Ecoedutourism. This analysis resulted in the design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) farm area. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the Farm area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).
