According to the large Indonesian dictionary, effective means "able to bring results, successful in use" about efforts or actions. Can mean "already in effect" about laws or regulations. In the service sector, the human element plays a very important role in establishing relationships with consumers because the success of the company is determined by whether or not consumers are satisfied with the services provided. One of the service sectors engaged in fulfilling service needs is KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group). KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The obstacles that arise can be overcome properly due to the quality of work, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and good utilization of working time so as to create a sense of satisfaction from the congregation.

The impact of the development of information technology today on various aspects of global life. Although modern technology provides great benefits, the article highlights the ethical and moral challenges faced, especially by children and adolescents. Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

The aim of this research is to explore how Law Number 11 of 2012 regulates the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and how juvenile criminal responsibility is regulated in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia. By applying normative juridical research methods, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The Juvenile Criminal Justice System aims to achieve practical progress in efforts to optimally protect children, who are considered valuable assets for the future of the nation and state. Legal protection for children is defined as legal protection measures for various freedoms and human rights of children, as well as interests related to their welfare. 2. Criminal liability for minors who are involved in violating the law in accordance with the provisions regulated in the Criminal Code and Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Children who are involved in criminal acts can still be held accountable, subject to criminal threats determined by the Criminal Code. The penalty for children is set at half the maximum penalty imposed on adults. It is important to note that life sentences and the death penalty are not applied to children in this context  

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Providing incentives in an effort to improve employee performance at the travel tour company PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel which has been running, (2) How incentives should be given in an effort to improve the performance of PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include direct interviews with company leaders and employees, observation and documentation. The research results show (1) The incentive system provided by the company to its employees is in the form of material and non-material incentives in the form of bonuses, social security, awards, work training and joint holidays. Meanwhile, the things that drive employee performance and motivation are employee quality, employee quantity, and employee attendance or discipline. The results of this research are that providing incentives can increase work enthusiasm in increasing achievement, increase loyalty, discipline and responsibility for the position, and most importantly can improve employee performance, (2) By looking at the results of the analysis which shows that the program The incentives implemented by PT. The presidential election in Indonesia is an important moment for citizens, including Christians, who cannot escape the influence and spiritual direction of pastors. Although the Bible does not directly address modern presidential elections, its moral principles provide a foundation for pastors to provide guidance to their congregations. Through an understanding of the Bible, pastors can guide their congregations to consider moral values in choosing leaders, in accordance with the principles of justice, truth, and responsibility to others and God. Pastors not only lead spiritually, but also as moral counsellors who instil spiritual and civic responsibility. They also serve as prayer warriors, guiding the selection of leaders with character and responsibility, according to biblical principles. The moral responsibility of leaders, peace, unity, and reconciliation are the focus of pastors' guidance to their congregations. Pastors are expected to provide an understanding of the ideal leader, in accordance with biblical principles. This study explores the role of pastors in Indonesia's presidential election from a biblical perspective, highlighting their moral responsibility, voting based on biblical principles, and their role in promoting peace and unity amidst political differences.    

In developing business management, it is committed to exploring Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a way to improve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices, both internally such as company employees and external parties such as stakeholders and the wider community. Recent research focuses on the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR), green human resource management (GHRM), and green innovation on corporate sustainability. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the implementation of GHRM and CSR for corporate sustainability which refers to strategies and practices designed by a company to provide long-term benefits for all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers and the community around the company's business activities. as well as marketing mix combinations in the business world. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers obtained the information needed by conducting direct interviews with the management of the Ananda Farma pharmacy. The process of collecting information in this study went through the first stage, by conducting a literature audit related to studies on GHRM and CSR. This study reveals that companies that invest in CSR activities in developing countries can significantly improve their performance and contribute to the overall welfare of society. In conclusion, this research also highlights the importance of CSR in meeting the needs of vulnerable communities in developing countries and highlights the importance of business practices in increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and corporate social responsibility.    

Children with special needs are special children, some of them still need help from other people to carry out their daily activities. But of course children with special needs are trained and accustomed to being independent. There are many Sufistic values ​​contained in daily actions, including in the process of forming emotional independence in crew members. The aims of this research include: to determine the emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically. This research uses field methods (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were obtained through the process of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the founder, several teachers and several students. The results of this research show that: emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically at SLBN Muara Bungo. In delivering it through activities outside the classroom and inside the classroom by first providing an example and motivation to the child then the child will practice periodically and do it with the help of other people first and then be left to do whatever they can on their own. This is a form of independent behavior for children with special needs. (ABK) includes emotional independence, namely controlling one's own emotions, and the effectiveness of instilling Sufistic values ​​in forming emotional independence for children with special needs (ABK), including repentance, responsibility, trust and patience, even though independence is still with the help of other people.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning physics courses in universities. This research is a literature study by taking references from several journals and library sources with a narrative presentation to see the effectiveness of online learning in universities. As educators, lecturers utilize various learning media and digital applications which are expected to be integrated into the student learning experience and still  refer  to  learning  outcomes  in  the  semester learning  plan  (RPS).  Physics is a compulsory subject.  Online learning in physics courses at universities is indeed quit good, but has obstacles to understanding the physics material taught  by lecturers, including the learning provided is more dominant in theory and practicum activities are not optimally implemented.  So that the effectiveness of online learning of physics courses in universities can be categorized as quite effective because the results are not optimal.

In this research, the literary detective method is used to explore the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. Through a library research approach, this article presents an in-depth study of human existence in the context of this conflict. The research results discuss the roots of the conflict that began with Israel's declaration in 1948, revealing the growing tension between Jewish claims to Palestinian land and Israeli settlement expansion. The complex discussion also illustrated the application of the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) Principle in the protection of Human Rights (HAM) as well as the international response to the conflict. Apart from examining political and historical aspects, this research highlights the impact of conflict on human existence. These conflicts not only raise questions about human rights and justice, but also have significant psychological and physical forces on the region's populations. This research highlights the complexity of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which requires a deep understanding of many dimensions, including political, social and religious aspects. Joint efforts of the international community are necessary to find sustainable solutions, creating a safe and peaceful environment for all parties involved.

Islamic economics is an economic framework based on the principles of Islamic teachings, combining religious values with sustainable and just economic concepts. Teenagers are a group of people aged 13-17 years. Adolescence is a transition period for humans from children to adults, as we know, Generation Z has experienced a lot of changes, starting from losing a sense of social responsibility because they are busy with individual things, such as constantly playing with gadgets, no longer caring about activities. other social activities and even the surrounding environment. Before this goes too far, we as people who are aware of this must immediately become aware of the changes in our environment, as was done by the residents of Rt 01 in the Ciumbuleuit area, precisely at the Al-hikmah mosque, who started a movement to invite all teenagers who there to take part in several activities at the local mosque and revive the youth mosque movement in this millennial era. Increasing the activities of mosque youth so that they do not abandon activities that were previously very active in carrying out, we are carrying out this activity again to increase activities and advance work programs at the mosque, such as reciting the Koran regularly, welcoming the Isra Miraj event, one of them. To increase youth activities at the mosque again, we need a lot of hands to be able to bring teenagers back to the mosque by holding events at the mosque with things that are fun but still on the right track and not too excessive, then we can start with alternating activities such as doing activities outside the mosque. With so many teenagers taking part in this activity, the surrounding environment will be positively influenced, local residents will also take part in this activity by supporting the various event programs being held.

The article "Literature Review on the Influence of Leadership and Compensation on Motivation and Performance" is a scientific article that aims to develop a research hypothesis about variable interactions that will be used in future research in the field of Human Resource Management. The method used to write this literary review article is library research, which involves collecting information from online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Corporate social responsibility has an impact on employee performance. 2) Motivation affects employee achievement. In addition to these two exogenous variables, there are many other factors that affect the endogeneous variables of motivation and performance, such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and workload.

In addition, the researchers also used interpretation and evaluation. After evaluating "Macbeth," the researcher gives his own view of the work. This data-research method employs a qualitative approach. Research shows that parallels are used in "Macbeth" to predict the direction of the story, build tensions, and develop character. Parallels are used to show changes in character and awareness of responsibility dealt with by Macbeth. The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ​​with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ​​are applied in everyday life.

We hope that this research can provide lessons and additional information to readers. The results obtained are that by implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, the Track Construction Company can avoid the problems that hinder the work on the Sindur toll road project.

PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo is a manufacturing company that produces concrete products and provides services, where the products produced definitely produce a high environmental impact. The application of environmental accounting itself is needed to support the company's operational activities to identify, measure, evaluate and report environmental accounting as control over the responsibility for negative impacts from the company's operational activities. The triple bottom line concept is also a theory that looks not only from the profit aspect but also from the people and planet aspect.  This research aims to find out how environmental accounting is implemented in relation to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve sustainability at PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach.  The data in this research was obtained from observations and interviews by researchers with parties related to the research.  Based on the results of research at PT. Varia Usaha Beton, it is known that the company has implemented environmental accounting, but the recording carried out does not yet have a separate account.  The company has been responsible for managing and minimizing environmental costs to improve company performance, which is related to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve company sustainability through managing waste and the products produced.

This research aims to determine the extent and quality of the implementation of flexibility principles in government agencies regarding the management of BLUD funds. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data sources for this study consist of secondary data obtained from literature reviews, documentation, and scholarly journals, as well as primary data acquired through interviews and observations. The research findings reveal that the implementation of flexibility principles in managing BLUD within government agencies has been conducted effectively by providing transparent information to the public and adhering to the principles of accountability, responsibility, and independence.
