The problems that occurred at MAN 1 Gorontalo City are closely related to the construction work contract agreement whose object is dormitories as one of the programs of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which is intended for every school with madrasa status throughout Indonesia. Based on the data, it turns out that work that is already 30% in progress can be canceled because unexpected things happen, such as high rainfall in Gorontalo in September 2021 which resulted in work not being able to continue for some time. Apart from that, it turned out that 80% of the workers used by the contractor were Javanese and because the conditions and atmosphere at that time were still during the pandemic, the workers from Java could not go back to Gorontalo because the island of Java was in lockdown status. This is the reason why the Head of Development of Man 1 Dormitory, Gorontalo City, canceled the work contract because of the contract being castrated, in this case there was a target that was not achieved due to the condition of the workers, weather, and so on.

The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which fasting material is taught in class VIII junior high school. This research uses the literature study method, in which data is collected from the fiqh teacher's book and student book in the class. The data obtained were then analysed and presented. The results showed that the material on fasting in the fiqh textbooks of grade VIII students was still lacking in depth and breadth. Today's students, often referred to as the digital generation, tend to be more interested and responsive to interactive and visual learning media. However, traditional teaching methods that tend to be monotonous are often unable to fulfil students' learning needs and interests. Therefore, innovation in learning approaches is necessary. One of the innovative solutions in learning media development is the use of graphic design applications such as Canva. With its user-friendly features, Canva allows teachers to create more dynamic and interesting teaching materials, which in turn can increase students' motivation and understanding of the values taught in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti. The development method or R&D using the ADDIE model is a learning design model that provides an organised process in the construction of teaching materials that can be used in both face-to-face and online learning. The use of learning media that suits students' needs not only increases their attention to the lesson, but also provides a comprehensive learning experience, reinforces a thorough understanding of the material, and encourages students' active involvement in the learning process. Thus, students have greater opportunities to develop their creativity and potential in a supportive learning environment. Learning media plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes by providing an engaging and efficient teaching-learning process. It allows students to understand the subject matter more easily, increases learning efficiency in accordance with the learning objectives, and improves their concentration and motivation.

Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral   and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.
