Mastoiditis is a disorder of the middle ear. Inflammation of the middle ear involves the mastoid cells of the temporal bone. Mastoiditis is generally a complication of otitis media. This is due to the connection between the middle ear and the mastoid air cells. This research method begins by searching articles on Google Scholar, PubMed and NCBI within the year range determined by the researcher and using the keywords Mastoiditis, Mastoiditis Diagnosis, Mastoiditis Management. The results of this study found that the diagnosis of mastoiditis can be made by history, physical examination and supporting examinations. Treatment that can be done in mastoiditis depends on the severity of the infection and its complications. administration of antibiotics, incision and drainage of mastoid abscess and mastoidectomy are the management of mastoiditis  

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.

Titanium has been utilized as an implant material because of its mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. However, there are some issues in using titanium for medical implants such as particle release that could be toxic to the native environment. Therefore, it is necessary to find safer substitute materials such as natural polymers, which are found to be great in biocompatibility and less toxic. In this paper, we discussed the safety characteristics such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, and mechanical properties for both materials. The source of information was gathered through online databases, PubMed, using keywords such as titanium, 3D bioprinting, and implant, and further screened with biocompatibility, mechanical characteristics, gelatin, fibrin, cellulose, alginate, agarose, silk, in-vitro and in-vivo. Journal publications that did not discuss biocompatibility, biodegradability, mechanical qualities, could not be opened, and were not research articles were excluded. The 9 journals were selected based on the inclusion, title, and abstract. It can be concluded that natural polymers could be a titanium alternative based on its safety characteristics. Further studies are required to do more research about their safety to be used as medical implant material.     

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is used as an important issue for both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this UHC is to protect the health budget for the community so that their needs and welfare can be met. UHC is given to all people, whether they are able or not economically able. One of the reasons why Indonesia's health quality is still not good is the cost of health services which are considered expensive. Therefore, the UHC program in Indonesia is quite important to deal with this problem. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing UHC in improving health services in Indonesia. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar and Pubmed to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 and a total of 6 journals have been collected. Based on the six related journals, the results show that UHC appears to be effective in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. Universal Health Coverage System (UHC) Plan The UHC system has been modified by the government to meet the conditions and goals of a professional, efficient, effective and long-term National Health Coverage. the embodiment of UHC goals carried out by Indonesia, namely the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) which is a concrete step embodiment of the National Social Security System (SJSN).

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blended Learning as an online and mixed learning strategy by analyzing various research studies related to Blended Learning obtained from the Google Scholar database. The method used in this study is a method with a library approach or what is known as a literature study from research articles for 2020-2022. Article selection is carried out through the process of identification, screening, and eligibility. So that 10 articles are relevant to the objectives and problems of the literature study. Based on the literature study that has been carried out, the results show that the use of Blended Learning by utilizing several digital technology-based applications as learning support can be said to be effective for increasing literacy skills, critical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the collection development process is carried out in the library in particular. This study uses a qualitative research design. This shows that collection development is an important and vital activity in the library. There is no library without collections, both print, non-print and electronic collections to meet their various information needs. Library collection development is very important for library growth, therefore it needs to be continuously evaluated to assess their strengths and weaknesses. This process will lead to the removal of material that is no longer relevant. Given the shortage of books in libraries and based on the premise that no library is independent, libraries engage in inter-library lending or sharing of resources. E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

Writing this article is based on the fact that there are still many Christian leaders today who abuse their leadership without seeing the context of their faith in God's love. Therefore the purpose of writing this scientific work is how readers can emulate Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John, the method used in writing this article is qualitative analysis through literature study by analyzing how Jesus' leadership example is very relevant for today's Christian leadership, which can be taken through books, articles. Bible and journal. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the leadership that Jesus did cannot be denied and doubted for today's Christian leaders, because he proved that he had shown how to be a quality leader even though Jesus himself could master what he wanted but not with Jesus who always humble.

This investigation aims to learn more about love and hatred in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. In collecting the data, the writer used primary and secondary sources. The primary source is the play, Romeo and Juliet. The secondary sources are books, the internet, and some relevant articles. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The result shows that human beings are born to love each other. However, in Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare portrays not only love but also hatred that destroys the lives of human beings who are falling in love with each other. Shakespeare portrays a couple who are not allowed to continue their love relationship because their families are against each other. They are not allowed to meet each other because the families hate each other. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of improving students' mathematical communication skills with Realistic Mathematics Education approach. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. The subject of this research is the most published articles in published journals about mathematical communication skills through Realistic Mathematics Education approach to junior high school students. Based on the findings from 5 journals, it was found that students' mathematical communication improved better in students who studied with Realistic Mathematics Education approach compared to students who studied with conventional learning. Realistic Mathematics Education approach can improve students' ability to describe, understand, and represent mathematical ideas contained in pictures, tables or diagrams. So, Realistic Mathematics Education approach is one approach that can improve students' mathematical communication skills at the junior high school level with effect size score of 1,158 in the large effect category.

Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees. This can increase employee confidence, commitment, and involvement in achieving organizational goals. In addition, transformational leaders also have the ability to develop employee potential and strengthen the working relationship between employees and leaders.

Tax is the biggest source of income for a country in funding the State Budget (APBN). The very large number of MSMEs in Indonesia have a very large potential for levy revenue, so that public authorities must boost levy revenue from MSMEs. However, a significant problem that must be addressed is that the majority of business actors are not registered as taxpayers and do not pay. The purpose of this study is to explain efforts so that business people know more about how to pay their taxes. The preparation of this conceptual article uses a literature review approach. Data collection was carried out by searching and collecting literature sourced from journal articles which were then presented using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that efforts to increase the awareness of MSME actors in paying taxes can use a strategy in the form of outreach about taxation, updating the tax service system, transparency in the management and utilization of tax funds, and making policies or sanctions for MSME actors who do not comply with tax payments.

This study aims to determine the design of e-business strategies, especially in the culinary field in the Home Industry. Currently,many small and medium entrepreneurs use internet technology to increase their competitive advantage in selling culinary businesses. One popular strategy is the use of e-business, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram to improve the performance of business operations. However,to implement an e-business strategy, sellers needa model that can attract customers so that they can generate profits. In this study the authors used a theoretical approach which only describes theories as a basis for thinking and literary methods in which this research method retrieves data from a collection of articles, journals and books from all forms of related sources. The author obtains results from research showing that E-Bussines Home Industry is able to generate promising profits and can compete and innovate to produce new products and have high selling value for the progress of Home Industry businesses, especially in the culinary field,now and in the future.

Along with the growing public awareness of personal and environmental health, lipa sabbe products with natural colors are increasingly popular. Natural dyes are advantageous because they do not need to be imported, are safe for human health during the manufacturing process, do not pollute the environment, and are safe. Although synthetic dyes are easier to use, they are harmful to health, produce hazardous waste, pollute the environment, and are made from imported materials. This study aims to determine the types of plants that can be used as natural dyes for lipa sabbe. Qualitative methods with literature studies sourced from journals, books, or other related scientific articles are used in this research. The results showed that natural dyes in lipa sabbe became one of the Science Learning Resources with natural dyes including extracts from cocoa shell waste, coconut fiber waste, oil palm shell waste, rambutan peel waste, mangosteen peel waste, guava leaf waste, mango leaf waste and avocado leaf waste is plantation waste that can be used as a natural lipa sabbe dye. This study intends to investigate the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Impact measures in several studies that examined the relationship between the influence of motivation on student learning outcomes were analyzed using a meta-analysis procedure. Empirical data were collected using electronic search engines such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and national journal URLs. The effect size is used as a starting point for data analysis. A systematic review of research findings in Indonesia's national e-journal was used, with 18 articles selected as a sample that met the criteria. The results of calculating the combined effect size obtained a p-value of less than 0.001 and an estimated value of 0.825. A meta-analysis study found that motivation and learning outcomes had a significant relationship, with the strength of the relationship in the high category. The variance of the studies analyzed is also very high, with I2 test results far exceeding 50%, implying that this study is heterogeneous, with a significant estimate value in the SMK subgroup category (estimated value 1,031) with a p-value of 0.001 and the SMP subgroup (estimated value 1.186) with a p-value of 0.005.

Corruption is an act of misappropriation or abuse that can harm the state for personal gain. Corruption is the enemy of society because it is carried out by people who are irresponsible and this robs people of their rights. This research discusses how the government authority over corrupt practices in state administrative law and the role of state administrative law in efforts to prevent corrupt practices in government. The type of this research is normative jurdicial research with a descriptive approach. The secondary data sources in this research are observations in books, articles, journals, and other documents. Validation of this data using source triangulation techniques, and analyzed with inductive qualitative techniques. This research concludes that government authority is closely related to state administrative law because this law plays an important role in realizing good and clean governance, especially from corruption. The government can create an authority by implementing a closed system policy. To prevent the entry of outsiders and help strengthen government regulation. The role of state administrative law in corruption practices can be in the form of optimizing leadership, improving administration, increasing the integrity and synergy of the bureaucracy, as well as strengthening legal awareness regarding corruption in the community.

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

The purpose of this research is to systematically review the literature published ini past 42 years on behavioural biases in investment decision making. This paper highlights the major gaps in the existing studies on behavioural biases. It also aims raise specific questions for future research. The design of this research employ systematic literature review (SLR) method in the present study. The prominence research is assessed by studying the year of publication, journal of publication, country of study, types of statistical method, data collection technique and content analysis on literature on behavioural biases. The present study is based on 41 selected articles published in peer review journals between 1980 and 2022. The result show that much of the existing literature on behavioural biases indicates the limited research in developed economies in this area, the dominance of the primary data on data collection technique, the lack of empirical research on individuals who exhibit herd behaviour, the dominance theory used in the existing literature on behavioural biases in investment decision making is prospect theory.
