The existence of Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) aims to form managed learning media that is centered on empowering local potential in increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community in the economic, social and cultural fields. In developing a community, community participation must be actively linked and participate in processes and activities that exist in society in order to create maximum goals. The feeling of sharing between individuals in social groups will form social solidarity so that a sense of solidarity arises between these individuals. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods using an ethnographic approach, this study aims to find out how forms of solidarity arise between individuals in creating a community. This research is located in Gesang Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The informant himself is the founder, administrator and member of Omah Sinau Gesang. Researchers only took 6 people to be used as informants. The informants that the researchers took consisted of one founder, one administrator, and 4 members from Omah Sinau Gesang. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and observations which were included with the documentation. The results of this study indicate that within a community there is a division of labor as a cause for the emergence of organic solidarity. The data collection process is carried out by downloading the annual financial statements of Islamic commercial banks from the annual financial statements, information on corporate social responsibility disclosures based on the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) consists of 38 items, the zakat variable is measured by 2.5% of the profit before taxes, while the financial performance is seen from the value of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) of each company. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect relationship of the disclosure of corporate social responsibility based on Islamic Social Reporting to financial performance, where zakat is a mediation. Path analysis shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility using ISR has a direct effect on financial performance (P < 0.001; R2 = 0.33), zakat on financial performance also affects financial performance (P < 0.001; R2 = 0.24). The problem in the study carried out is that it provides an understanding regarding student learning in Civics learning which is still not good, especially because the teacher only uses the classroom environment and places more emphasis on taking notes from textbooks. In addition, student participation in asking and answering questions during learning activities is still lacking, which makes them less motivated to learn. Using the Teams Games Tournament approach, this study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes and student involvement in the learning process in class IV SDN Blega 1 unit "GOTONG ROYONG". Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are the four steps of classroom action learning carried out over two cycles. At SDN Blega 1, the research participants were grade IV students. The authors tested, interviewed, and made observations while developing a data collection methodology. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it was found that students learned more about human collaboration in the Civics curriculum. Whereas in Cycle I 44% of students passed the KKM, and 56% of students did not pass, after being given instructions, Cycle II used the Teams Games Tournament approach to carry out learning achievement tests, so that the number of students who passed increased. 32 people or 89%, while the decrease in the number of students who did not pass was 4 people or 11%, and Cycle III increased the number of students who passed by 36 people or with a percentage of 100%. Civics learning outcomes for class IV SDN Blega 1 can be improved through learning activities with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) paradigm.

The problems of Islamic education that are developing in schools today are numerous, one of which is capitalism Islamic education, education that the rights of each individual person are limited by financial ability. That is the high cost of private education, which in fact is an Islamic educational institution that usually has the word Islam behind the name of the school, such as Islamic elementary school, Islamic junior high school and the like. make education has come out of its true purpose. The paradigm of Islamic education does not distinguish between social groups in society, because learning is the right of every individual, everyone has the right to get a school education. It is time for us to implement the "social justice" paradigm, using the "human empowerment approach". approach to placing humans as humans. Humans are not adapted to goods. Humans are independent-autonomous beings, have potential that can be developed and realized. So it's fair that education will be implemented if we are all serious about transforming education with the concept of "humanizing humans".

The constitution contains a number of concepts and standards, as well as provisions that defend and uphold human rights, according to das soll. However, the rules outlined in das sollen do not correspond to reality. Surprisingly, the authorities often ignore backwardness, poverty, and even oppression. Two main objectives that are interesting to be researched by the author in this regard are: to find out the interpretation of the Constitutional Court at stipulation column 28J clause (2) 1945 Composition concerning limitation about human rights and under what circumstances limitation about human rights may be declared unconstitutional by a Constitutional Court.

The Review of the DPR's Check and Balances Constitution on the Prerogative of the President in Appointing State Officials discusses the role of the DPR in limiting the president's prerogative in appointing state officials in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a normative approach with a focus on examining relevant laws and regulations. In practice, there are still deficiencies in the system for appointing state officials in Indonesia, where the DPR is often less active in limiting the president's prerogative and only giving approval without conducting a more in-depth evaluation of candidates for state office. Although efforts have been made to strengthen the mechanism of checks and balances in appointing state officials during President Jokowi's administration, there are still challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome, such as the lack of openness and transparency in the selection of candidates for state officials. Therefore, close collaboration between the government, DPR and civil society is needed in strengthening the check and balance mechanism in the appointment of state officials in Indonesia, in order to create a more transparent, accountable and high integrity appointment system for state officials.

The risk society, also known as the Risk Society, is a term associated with the famous sociologist Ulrich Beck. According to him, we are still in a new era, even in a new form of modernity. There are still many sociological publications that still refer to the main idea of a risk society. The concept of uncertainty follows a societal perspective that develops through a narrow perspective of the risk society regarding environmental hazards. The role of technology is often underexplained in sociological theory. So that technological risk is not taken into account in Beck's risk community concept. There are three basic characteristics that overlap from the first modernity in pursuing society of risk as an important concept. Disaster is an event or phenomenon that has the potential to cause damage resulting in loss of life and cause destruction of property. There are three types of disasters according to their causes. In risk research on sociological discourse, media and communication play a role in the construction of risks that get recognition about risks. Disaster management can be understood as a set of policies to make efforts related to disasters before, during and after a disaster, which include prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, healing and repair through appropriate and effective organizing activities. This can be criticized in two ways, namely, in terms of studies regarding the perspective of a socio-cultural approach to a risk and surveys regarding general risk awareness.

According to Yogendra Kumar, 2021, normal total cholesterol levels in the blood are in the range of 140-200 mg/dl, while high total cholesterol levels are between 200-400 mg/dl. Men aged 40 years and over with high serum cholesterol levels, namely cholesterol > 200 mg/dL and LDL cholesterol > 130 mg/dL, have a high risk of stroke and coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on WHO data for 2015, Yusvita and Shinta (2018) reported that globally there were 17.7 million deaths due to heart and blood vessel disease. Data collection was carried out based on the results of blood cholesterol examination in every man aged 40 to 70 years. This research approach is descriptive. The samples taken amounted to 30 people according to the criteria and are willing to be respondents. This research method uses total sampling. From the results of the study it was found that high total cholesterol levels were > 200 mg/dl at ages 40-55 years with 6 respondents out of 12, while those aged 56-70 years only amounted to 4 respondents out of 8. This shows that the percentage of ages 40-55 and 56-70 is not much different or the same. Total blood cholesterol levels in men aged 40 years to 70 years have normal values or > 200 mg/dl with a percentage of 60% and 40% having high value or > 200 mg/dl from 30 respondents or outpatients who were sampled .
