This research is research using deductive and inductive methods and a quantitative approach. This method starts with a theoretical framework, expert views, or researchers' descriptions based on their experience, and then turns into cases and recommended solutions to obtain justification or evaluation in the form of empirical data in the field. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method using a computer program, namely the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) software version 22. Research results (1) Principal Leadership Development: It is necessary to carry out a leadership development program for school principals so that they can develop effective leadership skills. School principals need to be able to inspire and motivate their teachers to improve the quality of their teaching and performance. (2) The government and educational institutions need to pay special attention to maintaining and improving learning support facilities in schools. Facilities such as learning facilities, laboratories, libraries, technology and other infrastructure must be improved so that teachers can provide more effective teaching. (3) Teachers also need to be empowered through training and professional development programs. Teachers need to be given opportunities to develop their teaching skills and adopt innovative and effective teaching methods. Leadership is a process that influences structured group activities to achieve common goals," because a leader has the authority to focus the performance of his members so that they can achieve the goals they want to achieve.

e lack of public knowledge of the accounting profession. Even though as long as the business world and offices still exist, the ability and skills in accounting are still needed. The accountant profession is a problem not only because of technological developments but also because of the lack of socialization and promotion related to the output of accounting majors, so that students experience confusion in determining their interests and expected profession. In the digital era, there are concerns that the accounting profession may no longer be needed in the business world. This opinion is based on the perception that more affordable, fast, and accurate accounting software can replace the role of accountants, causing challenges for this profession. Therefore, the socialization of the accounting profession can be used as an opportunity from the threats that will be faced in the future. Socialization is given in the form of lectures, questions and answers and discussions from discussions that are carried out one day considering the busy learning of XII grade vocational students. The results of this socialization were that the participants were very enthusiastic about the material presented because the speakers delivered the material with light language adapted to today's gen Z children, participants could listen to the material well and followed by a question and answer session. The final evaluation was a positive response and good enthusiasm from the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta along with the teachers of the socialization.

Creative graphic design training for PKK mothers in Gebanganom Waton Village aims to improve the skills and productivity of PKK members through the use of modern design technology. This article evaluates the training conducted, which covered the basics of graphic design, the use of design software, and practical applications in daily activities. The training was designed to empower PKK mothers in creating promotional materials, community documents, and attractive visual designs. The results of the training showed significant improvements in the design skills of participants, as well as improvements in the efficiency and quality of their work output. This article also discusses the challenges faced during the training and provides recommendations for the implementation of similar training programs in the future, to further support the development of local communities through digital skills

Soft skills are non-technical abilities that make a person able to interact and work effectively with others. This study aims to analyze the relationship between student activities of Internships and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) on improving student soft skills using the Apriori method in data mining analysis. this research uses RapidMiner analysis tools to analyze data collected from a total of 539 student data from all over Indonesia, the best association rule has been formed (best rule) which provides information about improving the soft skills of MSIB students. Tests were conducted by determining the minimum support value of 3% (0.03) and the minimum confidence of 30% (0.3). and resulted in 106 association rules. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the best rule of 2 itemsets has a support of 39% and a confidence of 67%, the best rule of 3 itemsets has a support of 13% and a confidence of 81%, the best rule of 4 itemsets has a support of 6% and a confidence of 82%, and the best rule of 5 itemsets has a support of 3% and a confidence of 100%.  After analyzing data using the Apriori method and RapidMiner application on 539 MSIB student soft skills data, it was found that there was a significant relationship between MBKM activities followed by students and the improvement of their soft skills and these findings also show that the less frequent value is set, the more data can be processed, as well as the minimum support value and confidence value, where the smaller the value determined, the more association results will be issued.

The learning process at the Merdeka Campus is one manifestation of student-centered learning which is very essential. Learning on the Independent Campus provides challenges and opportunities for developing innovation, creativity, capacity, personality and student needs, as well as developing independence in seeking and finding knowledge through the realities and dynamics of the field such as ability requirements, real problems, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, performance demands, targets and achievements. Through a well-designed and implemented independent learning program, students' hard and soft skills will be strongly formed.In the series of introductions to new students, the MBKM team was asked to be a resource for introducing MBKM to new students. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge to new students regarding MBKM. There are several benefits that students can get by participating in MBKM activities, one of which is additional competency skills outside campus, learning experiences outside campus and recognition of a maximum of 20 credits for MBKM activities so that they can speed up graduation. Students and students have the skills desired by industry.

This Community Partnership Program (PkM) activity was carried out at SLB Nurul Ikhsan Ngadiluwih Kediri. The service location is approximately 12 km from the PSDKU campus of Dian Nuswantoro University, Kediri. In the current era, almost all students are required to be able to master technology, especially information technology. Students' mastery of technology is used to support learning activities and improve skills. One of the software technologies used to support educational activities is Microsoft Office Basic, namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point. Special Education or Special Schools (SLB) are schools intended for children with special needs to receive basic services that can help them gain access to education. SLB is an educational institution that provides education to children with special needs so that it can be used as a provision for the child's future growth and development. Nurul Ikhsan SLB was founded by a private foundation, namely the Nurul Ikhsan Education Foundation, located in Ngadiluwih Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency, East Java. One of the visions, missions and goals of SLB Nurul Ikhsan is that students are equipped according to their type of ability, with the aim that SLB graduates have high basic social characteristics, have knowledge, skills and independence as the basis needed to continue their studies to the next level of education. higher level, working in society, socializing and being able to develop themselves in accordance with the principles of lifelong education. Through this training activity, it is intended to provide insight and additional skills to Nurul Ikhsan SLB students to explore and practice directly operating Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.

Computer network training at SMKN 5 Surabaya is an activity that aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in the field of computer networks. This training is usually given to students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ). The material taught in computer network training at SMKN 5 Surabaya includes: Introduction to computer networks, network topology, network addressing, implementation of the training using a blended learning approach, which combines theoretical and practical learning. This method has proven effective in improving students' conceptual understanding and technical skills. (Garrison and Vaughan, 2008) state that this approach is able to answer challenges in vocational education by combining the advantages of face-to-face and online learning. In addition, collaboration with industry through internship programs provides students with valuable practical experience, which strengthens their readiness to enter the world of work. (Anderson and Solis 2018) reveal that industry involvement can increase the relevance and quality of vocational education. However, this research also identifies several challenges that need to be overcome to ensure sustainability and improve the quality of training. One of the main challenges is limited resources, especially in terms of equipment and software which are always evolving. Continued investment and professional training for teachers is key to overcoming this challenge. (Smith and Ragan 2005) emphasize the importance of professional development for teachers in maintaining educational quality. With continued commitment from all parties, computer network training at SMKN 5 Surabaya is expected to continue to provide significant benefits for students and industry.

Proficiency in computer networking and cybersecurity has become very important, especially with the increasing need for human resources in this sector. However, the availability of experts remains scarce due to the complexity of technology, demands for extensive knowledge and skills, and limitations in education and training. The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programme initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia offers a solution through independent study to improve student competencies. This programme aims to provide learning flexibility, encourage independent learning, and improve student’s technical skills and soft skills. This article discusses efforts to improve interdisciplinary student competencies in computer networking and cybersecurity through the MBKM independent study programme, especially through Magang Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB). As a Programme Assistance Lecturer (DPP), the author used a qualitative approach with a case study method involving students from various study programmes. The results of the activities show that the MSIB programme has a positive impact on improving student competencies across disciplines, both in technical skills such as network configuration and security analysis, as well as in the development of soft skills such as time management, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The rapid advancements in technology have increased the demand for more efficient and effective training programs, especially in the technology sector. This study explores the impact of Virtual Reality (VR)-based training programs on employee skill development and job satisfaction, comparing them to traditional training methods. A controlled group experiment was conducted with employees from various departments such as IT, software development, and customer service. Participants were randomly assigned to either a VR-based training program or a traditional training program. Data was collected using pre- and post-training surveys to measure changes in employee skills and job satisfaction, as well as interviews to gather qualitative insights into employee experiences. The results revealed that VR training significantly enhanced employee engagement, skill acquisition, and overall job satisfaction. VR-based training allowed employees to engage in practical, hands-on tasks in a controlled, immersive environment, leading to higher motivation and a greater sense of accomplishment. In comparison, traditional training methods did not yield the same level of improvement in engagement or skill development. The study also identified several challenges associated with implementing VR training, including high initial costs, technical limitations, and the learning curve for employees adapting to VR environments. Despite these challenges, the findings suggest that VR training offers substantial benefits in enhancing employee competencies and job satisfaction. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating VR into employee development strategies, especially in technology industries, and proposes further research to explore the long-term impacts and scalability of VR training across different industries.

This research investigates how organizational culture influences cadets' perceptions of empowerment training and shapes their leadership styles within the transportation management sector in Jakarta. Through qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with cadets from diverse work environments—collaborative and hierarchical—the study explores the differential impacts of organizational culture on leadership development. Findings reveal that cadets in collaborative environments perceive empowerment training more positively, citing benefits such as teamwork, decision-making autonomy, and mentorship. These cadets tend to exhibit transformational leadership styles characterised by motivation, adaptability, and team empowerment. In contrast, cadets in hierarchical environments often adopt transactional leadership styles focused on task compliance and adherence to hierarchical structures. The study highlights the importance of tailored training programmes that accommodate diverse leadership styles and cultural contexts within transportation management education. Recommendations include integrating soft skills development, establishing mentorship programmes, and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance training effectiveness. By addressing these dynamics, educational institutions can better prepare cadets for leadership roles in dynamic professional environments, contributing to sectoral advancement and sustainability.

One way to contact clients, develop real-time connections with them, and ultimately win their pleasure is by using digital resources through digital marketing. With the use of digital marketing tools, this study aims to ascertain how entrepreneurial marketing affects marketing performance in Semarang, Indonesia. The research population The Area Sampling approach and the Stratified Random Sampling Technique were the two steps of the sampling approach used in this investigation. Path analysis using Smart-PLS software was the method of hypothesis testing adopted. The findings demonstrated that entrepreneurial marketing significantly and favorably affects marketing performance as well as digital marketing skills. Additionally, the performance of marketing is positively and significantly impacted by digital marketing skills. Nonetheless, there is less chance that digital marketing will act as a mediator in the connection between marketing performance and entrepreneurial marketing. Practically speaking, in order to sustain marketing performance, MSMEs must keep enhancing their skills and honing the application of entrepreneurial marketing strategies

Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improves the quality of life and human dignity. To date, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). Education in Indonesia has undergone curriculum changes 11 times. Starting from after independence until the latest in 2021-2022. This research aims to compare the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at State Elementary School 064037 and understand the differences between the two in improving the quality of education. The method used is qualitative research with a content analysis and narrative analysis approach. In-depth content analysis is carried out on written and printed information from mass media to identify message characteristics objectively and systematically. Data was collected through interviews and reviewing controversial mass media news. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum, which has only been implemented in grades 1 and 4, gives students greater freedom in the use of knowledge, both inside and outside school, and encourages teacher and student creativity. In contrast, the 2013 Curriculum balances soft skills and hard skills in an integrative manner but still places educators as the main assessors of student abilities. Observations show that the Merdeka Curriculum encourages students to play an active role in learning, with educators acting as facilitators. This change in curriculum leads to a more student-centric approach, where students receive active feedback regarding their self-evaluation. These findings confirm that the Merdeka Curriculum promotes more independent and participatory learning compared to the 2013 Curriculum.

This study aims to explore the application of GeoGebra software in improving students' mathematical communication skills. GeoGebra, as a visualization and interactive tool, is considered to be able to help students understand mathematical concepts more deeply and effectively. This literature study collects and analyzes various studies that have been conducted on the use of GeoGebra at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. The results of the study show that the use of GeoGebra can improve students' mathematical communication skills, both in written and oral form. Students who use GeoGebra tend to have an easier time describing and explaining mathematical concepts, as well as being more actively involved in discussions and problem-solving. In addition, GeoGebra also helps to increase students' motivation to learn and provide a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience. The conclusion of this study shows that GeoGebra is an effective tool to be used in mathematics learning to improve students' mathematical communication skills.

Interactive teaching materials are learning materials that are presented in an interactive form between students and technological systems such as software, applications or websites. Interactive teaching materials are different from conventional teaching materials which are only printed materials or audio-visual materials because they have the ability to interact with students and can be accessed online or offline. The aim of creating interactive educational materials is to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process to be more effective and efficient. Interactive educational materials can help educators manage learning, increase student engagement, and improve learning outcomes. Apart from that, interactive educational materials can also help students increase learning motivation, increase access to information, and improve their ability to communicate with educators. The benefits of using interactive teaching materials for educators are improved classroom management, increased student engagement, and improved learning outcomes. For students, interactive educational materials can improve critical thinking skills and increase the ability to adapt to technological changes. The use of interactive educational materials can also improve communication with educators and increase access to broader and specific information. Interactive teaching materials have great potential in improving the quality of the teaching and learning process and increasing students' abilities in many aspects. Therefore, interactive teaching materials must be an integral part of an effective and efficient learning strategy.

Problem-based learning (PBM) has been proven effective in improving students' active learning and problem-solving skills. This article examines the application of technology-integrated PBM methods as an approach to improving students' writing skills. In this study, learning support software and teacher consultation were used in the development of problem scenarios related to curriculum content. Qualitative research provides detailed and relevant information. The researcher used qualitative research methods because qualitative research provides detailed information about the application of technology-based problem-based learning to improve writing skills. The library learning method consists of activities related to collecting bibliographic information, reading and recording, and managing written materials. Qualitative research uses secondary data obtained from literature reviews such as; References, journals, articles and sources related to the research. The information obtained was analyzed using interpretative analysis. This means that the information collected is interpreted or explained, and the analysis is not just a description, but also a precise explanation and interpretation. This method involves several steps, starting with problem identification, research, collaboration and solution development. This case study made extensive use of secondary education literature as a source of literary material. The results show that students' writing skills improved significantly after applying this approach. The practical implication of the findings is that combining PBM and technology can be an effective strategy to improve students' writing skills.

In the 21st century, technological development is increasingly rapid and tends towards digitalization, when compared to a few decades ago. So, if it is not utilized, it will be something in vain. Using technology-based learning media will facilitate the learning process, so that it can improve the quality of learning and can improve students' mathematical representation skills. One of the technology-based mathematics learning media that can help students in representing mathematical models/problems is GeoGebra Software. The purpose of this research activity is to find out whether the use of GeoGebra software  media can improve students' computational thinking skills in mathematics learning. Improving students' understanding of how to show a model or mathematical problem in graph form or vice versa is one of the benefits of research. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research method is carried out by reviewing journals in a structured manner with predetermined steps. The result of this research activity is that GeoGebra can help students understand the concept of straight line graphs in more detail with a varied and attractive appearance. In addition, for teachers themselves, GeoGebra can be used as a mathematics learning tool to create interactive learning that allows students to explore various abstract mathematical concepts.

Teacher professional development in the digital era is a complex challenge influenced by various interrelated factors. This study aims to analyze the main factors that influence the development of teachers' professional competencies in a digital context. Digital technologies, including internet access, hardware, software, and online learning platforms, are key elements in improving teachers' competencies. Training and professional development that emphasizes the use of technology in learning is essential to prepare teachers for these changes. Support from school leadership and government through policies, programs and incentives also play an important role in supporting teachers to develop digital skills. Adaptive and flexible curricula enable the integration of technology in teaching, while collaboration between schools, teachers, parents and communities creates a supportive environment for teachers' professional development. Teachers' intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and adapt to changes in technology and pedagogy is influential. With good management of these factors, the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes can improve, as well as advance the teaching profession in the digital era.

In the ever-growing digital era, education plays an important role in utilizing technology to improve the quality of learning. Interactive learning videos have become an effective tool in delivering learning material in an interesting and competitive way. However, many kindergarten teachers still face challenges in producing interesting and interactive learning videos due to limited knowledge and skills in using appropriate software. TK Rambutan, teachers realize the importance of updating their skills in integrating technology in the learning process. In this context, the introduction of the Canva application as a tool for creating interactive learning videos is considered a progressive step that can help teachers create more interesting and relevant learning experiences for young children. Using Canva as an intuitive creative platform and the various features it offers, such as templates, graphics and animations, can help TK Rambutan teachers in creating learning video content that is interesting, easy to understand and interactive. Therefore, through this Community Service (PKM), TK Rambutan  teachers aim to explore the potential of Canva in the context of early childhood education and improve their skills in utilizing this application to create a more interesting and effective learning experience for students.

. This study aims to determine the correlation between speed and dribbling skills in futsal games, this study uses a descriptive method with a correlational study. The population used is a futsal extracurricular club and a sample of 30 athletes. The instruments used in this research are speed measurement using a 40 meter run test), agility measurement using the Illinois agility run, and dribbling test. Based on the results of data processing carried out manually and with the help of SPSS 20 software, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship of 0.858 and has an interpretation of the correlation coefficient value that speed has a very strong positive relationship to futsal dribbling skills and has a contribution of 70%. There is a significant relationship of 0.953 and has an interpretation of the correlation coefficient value that agility has a very strong positive relationship to futsal dribbling skills and has a contribution of 85.4%. There is a significant relationship of 0.965 and has an interpretation of the correlation coefficient value that speed and agility have a positive correlation to futsal dribbling skills and have a contribution of 88.5%. The conclusion is that there is a significant correlation between speed, agility and dribbling skills in futsal games.
