The study sample included 75 individuals, both males and females, aged between 4 and 67 years, divided into two groups: the first group comprised 50 thalassemia patients, while the control group included 25 healthy individuals. The results indicated a significant effect of thalassemia on the studied variables, as the disease led to increased levels of white blood cells, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, total iron-binding capacity, malondialdehyde, iron concentration, and lipoxygenase enzyme, recording values of 10.9 × 103 cells/mL, 25.36%, 321.84 µg/dL, 721.12 mmol/L, 2788.9 ng/dL, and 226.2 IU/L, respectively. In contrast, thalassemia reduced hemoglobin levels to 8.57 g/L. The gender category significantly affected both malondialdehyde and iron concentrations, while the age category significantly impacted white blood cell levels, total iron-binding capacity, serum iron, and lipoxygenase enzyme. Among the interactions, the most influential factor was found in the group of female patients over 30 years old, who recorded the highest significant concentrations of white blood cells and malondialdehyde, reaching 12.26 × 103 cells/mL and 1090 mmol/L. Conversely, female patients under 15 years showed the highest significant averages for the percentage of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and iron concentration, at 28% and 3270 ng/dL, respectively. Meanwhile, female patients aged 15-30 years exhibited the highest significant concentrations for total iron-binding capacity and lipoxygenase enzyme, at 361.8 µg/dL and 234 IU/L, respectively. Male patients aged 15-30 years recorded the lowest significant hemoglobin concentration, which was 7.33 g/L.

A new snack innovation that is high in albumin and iron content in the form of dumplings uses snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of snakehead fish substitution, the addition of Moringa leaves, the interaction of the two factors on the acceptability of dumplings (color, aroma, taste, texture), as well as the best albumin and iron content of dumplings. This research used an experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design which resulted in 6 treatments. The data collection technique uses a sensory test based on the liking level of 50 untrained panelists. The results of the sensory test data were analyzed using the Two Way Anova Test followed by the Duncan Test to determine significant differences in results, as well as to determine the best dumplings. Based on the results, the acceptability of dumplings only had an effect on texture, and had no effect on color, aroma, taste, either from the substitution of snakehead fish or the addition of Moringa leaves, while the interaction between snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves had no effect on color, aroma, taste and texture. The best dumplings are snakehead fish (100%) and Moringa leaves (20%) with a nutritional value of 4.10 mg albumin and 2.10 mg iron per 100 grams. The conclusion of this research is that substitute snakehead fish dumplings and the addition of Moringa leaves only affect the texture, however, the dumplings can still be consumed by the panelists and are useful for increasing albumin levels and body endurance as well as speeding up wound healing.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands on Employee Resilience, with Job Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on employees of multinational companies in Semarang, utilizing a quantitative approach with regression analysis to evaluate direct, indirect, and interaction effects among the variables. The findings reveal that Authentic Leadership does not significantly influence Employee Resilience directly, though it demonstrates a positive trend, indicating its potential role in creating a supportive work environment for resilience development. Similarly, Organizational Support shows no significant direct effect on Employee Resilience, suggesting that individual perceptions of organizational support may be influenced by other unexamined factors. Job Demands, while having a positive relationship with Employee Resilience, are also not statistically significant, implying that well-managed work demands may positively contribute to resilience without imposing excessive stress.Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable does not significantly explain the relationship between independent variables and Employee Resilience. Additionally, the interaction effects between Job Satisfaction and the independent variables (Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands) are not significant. These findings suggest that while Job Satisfaction remains essential, its mediating or moderating role in this context is limited.Nevertheless, the overall regression model, which incorporates all variables and interactions, is statistically significant (F = 16.369; p < 0.001), indicating that the combination of these factors collectively influences Employee Resilience. This highlights the importance of considering multiple organizational factors to enhance employee adaptability and productivity.

Student character development is one of the main goals of education, especially in madrasas based on Islamic teachings. However, there are still many students who have difficulty internalizing Islamic values in their daily lives. This is influenced by a lack of spiritual understanding, weak self-control, and less than optimal guidance methods. Islamic counseling, which is based on the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith, is a relevant holistic approach to strengthen students' Islamic character through the cultivation of spiritual, intellectual, and social values. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic counseling on students' character building in madrasah, identify the most affected character aspects, and provide recommendations for integrating Islamic counseling services into the Guidance and Counseling program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were collected from students, guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers to explore the experience and impact of Islamic counseling on students' characters, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and empathy. The results showed that Islamic counseling is effective in improving student character, especially in terms of self-control and social interaction. The findings support the importance of integrating Islamic counseling services as part of the educational program in madrasah to achieve more optimal character building. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a structured and effective Islamic counseling program.

The application of digital marketing in the business world requires diverse skills, one of which is the ability to process visual content, such as photography, to make published products more appealing. This need arises because, in the current era of digital technological advancement, people tend to engage in buying and selling activities through online platforms. Consumers are more likely to be attracted to a product if its visual content is presented in a creative and engaging manner. This mentoring program aims to enhance participant’s skills in transforming products into visual content with creative and unique value. The program employs direct mentoring and hands-on practice, following the delivery of foundational photography theory to the trainees. Participants are divided into six groups, each assigned different tasks and photo concepts. This approach encourages teamwork among students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting program. In photography, producing a compelling work requires thorough preparation and a well-thought-out concept to ensure a smooth process and satisfactory results. The outcome of this program demonstrates that students have comprehended the materials provided by the mentors. This is evidenced by active interactions among participants discussing concepts, composition, proper photography techniques, lighting application, shooting angles, and other related aspects.
