Through A Literature Review, This Article Evaluates The Effectiveness Of Various Types Of Physical Activities Such As Rhythmic Gymnastics, Running, Swimming, And Ball Games. The Conclusion Of This Study Emphasizes That Well-Designed Sports Programs Not Only Improve Physical Fitness But Also Support The Development Of Children's Motor, Social, And Emotional Skills. Recommendations For The Implementation Of Effective Sports Programs Are Provided Based On The Findings Of The Existing Literature Review.

The presence of the State Administrative Courts Judiciary as an administrative law enforcement institution for justice seekers, often encounter obstacles to the implementation/execution of judgments. The decision in question is in the context of the fictitious lawsuit is negative where the nature of the decision is already in Kracht. The Goes to Campus program is a program that provides insight into various aspects of campus life, such as available study programs, academic environment, career prospects, and direct experience of the lecture atmosphere to students. The purpose of the evaluator's role is to transmit the Goes to Campus program to the effectiveness of school programs using the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model (GOEM), which focuses on achieving program objectives. The results of the study indicate that this program is relevant and has a positive impact on students' understanding of the world of lectures. The implication of this study is the need to develop similar programs with adjustments to student needs and the implementation of more mature strategies.

Enforcement of criminal law in animal protection in Indonesia is increasingly becoming an important concern in line with increasing public awareness regarding animal rights. Even though Indonesia has a number of laws and regulations that regulate the protection of animals, such as Law no. 18 of 2009 concerning Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, in reality violations of animal rights still often occur, both in the form of physical violence and animal exploitation. This research aims to examine the extent to which criminal law in Indonesia can provide effective protection for animals, as well as the obstacles faced in its implementation. The focus of this research includes analysis of existing legal regulations, including Law no. 41 of 2014 concerning Forestry, as well as an evaluation of the effectiveness of criminal law enforcement in tackling acts of violence against animals. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and legal analysis to dig deeper into how legal protection for animals is implemented in practice, as well as the obstacles faced by law enforcement officials. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into the importance of stricter and more effective law enforcement, as well as provide recommendations for improving animal protection through policy adjustments and increasing public awareness.

This study aims to analyze security vulnerabilities and mitigation on the crowdo.co.id website using the OWASP Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP) tool, which is a web application security testing tool. High-level security attacks have increasingly risen alongside the advancement of information technology, making vulnerability testing crucial to ensure the integrity and security of information systems. This research involved scanning the crowdo.co.id website to identify various vulnerabilities, including those listed in the OWASP Top 10. The research process encompassed active and passive scanning, data analysis from the scans, and the formulation of mitigation strategies for each identified vulnerability. The findings revealed that the website had 14 detected vulnerabilities, consisting of 1 high-priority vulnerability, 3 medium-priority vulnerabilities, 7 low-priority vulnerabilities, and 3 additional informational alerts. The security dimensions tested included potential XSS attacks, SQL Injection, and other deficiencies that could jeopardize user data. Based on these results, recommended mitigations include code improvements, enhanced security configurations, and the implementation of additional preventive measures. This study concludes that while the website’s security is in the medium category, further improvements are necessary to reduce vulnerability risks. Through this approach, the study provides significant contributions to enhancing web application security.

Educational policies in Islamic educational institutions have an important role in realizing educational goals that are in accordance with Islamic values. This research discusses how educational policies are formulated and implemented in the context of Islamic educational institutions, as well as the various challenges faced during this process. Using descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach in several Islamic educational institutions, this research identifies main challenges such as limited human resources, lack of in-depth understanding of policies, and difficulties in balancing national policies and Islamic values. The research results show that successful implementation of education policies requires effective management support, competence of teaching staff, and synergy between government, schools and society. By overcoming these challenges, Islamic educational institutions can improve the quality of education and ensure that the policies implemented are in line with the vision of Islamic education.

Christian religious education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation, where Christian Religious Education Teachers (PAK) bear a significant responsibility in instilling Christian values. This study aims to investigate the role of professional ethics in the implementation of the PAK teacher's code of ethics and how it can enhance the quality of Christian religious education, particularly in building positive teacher-student relationships. The methodology employed in this study is qualitative analysis with a hermeneutical approach, examining the text of the code of ethics and professional ethics based on Christian values. The findings of the study indicate that professional ethics is not merely an additional moral guideline, but a deeper foundation for understanding and applying the code of ethics in various situations. Professional ethics assists PAK teachers in maintaining integrity, professional honesty, and creating a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, this study discovered that the integration of professional ethics and the code of ethics can enhance the accountability of PAK teachers and overall improve the quality of education. The conclusion of this study affirms that the application of professional ethics grounded in Christian values is paramount for PAK teachers in fulfilling their duties, enabling them to shape a younger generation with noble character and a Pancasila spirit. This study contributes to the development of Christian religious education in Indonesia by emphasizing the importance of ethics in the teaching profession, creating a positive learning environment that supports students' spiritual growth.  

The cross – border fintech payment industry faces many cybersecurity issues, including the possibility of data theft, fraud and low efficiency due to reliance on conventional intermediaries. Based on decentralized and cryptgrahpic system, blockchain technology can improve the security and efficiency of cross – border payments. The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of blockchain affects the transparency, speed and cost of transactions. Using literature studies and case analysis, it was found that blockhain technology can reduce the risk of fraud by making institutions transparent and immutable. In addition, it allows for automated payments through smart contracats, scalability, regulation and technology adoption are some of the challenges that still hinder its implementation. The results of the study show that blockchain is an innovation strategy that has the potential to transform payments across the fintech sector, but it requires synergy between technology, policy and industry players for optimal implementation.  

Agriculture plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy and food security, with subsidized fertilizers being a vital component in supporting productivity and the quality of harvests. The subsidized fertilizer policy, as regulated in Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024, aims to ensure the targeted distribution of fertilizers. However, issues related to distribution and the misuse of subsidized fertilizers remain significant challenges. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer distribution policy in Jombang Regency based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research gathered data through interviews with informants, observations, and documentation at the Agriculture Office of Jombang Regency. The findings show that although the e-RDKK system has improved farmers' access to subsidized fertilizers, administrative barriers and distribution delays remain major issues. Uneven distribution coverage and the misallocation of fertilizers in several areas reduce the policy's effectiveness. Improvements in distribution management and stricter supervision are necessary to ensure the sustainability of the agricultural sector and food security in Jombang Regency. The distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Jombang Regency needs to be improved through more intensive education for farmers and simplification of administrative procedures.

Business disputes are increasing in Indonesia along with the growth of economic relationships. Litigation is often perceived as time-consuming and costly, making Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) a more efficient and relationship-friendly alternative. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and opportunities in implementing ADR for business dispute resolution in Indonesia, based on the legal framework provided by Law Number 30 of 1999. The research employs a normative legal approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through literature reviews of legal regulations, academic literature, and journal articles. The findings reveal that although ADR holds significant potential for resolving business disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, its implementation faces several challenges. The primary obstacles include the lack of awareness among business actors about ADR's benefits, the perception that ADR lacks the legal authority compared to litigation, and the limited quality of mediators and arbitrators. The study also highlights the importance of enhancing the capacity of ADR practitioners through continuous training and educating business actors to build trust in this method. By addressing these challenges, ADR is expected to become the primary choice for resolving business disputes, fostering a conducive business environment, and supporting long-term economic growth in Indonesia.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in shaping the character of students in Indonesia, especially at higher health education institutions such as STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa. This article aims to explore the role of PAI learning in building student character and identify the challenges faced in its implementation. This research used a qualitative method with a field study approach, involving 30 students from the Nursing, Public Health and Midwifery Study Programs. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that the majority of students consider PAI learning to be very important, although there are challenges related to the relevance of the material and teaching methods used. PAI learning is proven to have a positive impact on student character, however the application of these values ​​in everyday life still faces obstacles. These findings emphasize the importance of improvements in the PAI curriculum and teaching methods to increase its effectiveness in forming superior student character and integrity.

The aim of this research is the implementation of Surah Al-Ma'un values ​​education in shaping the social character of students at SDN Grogol Selatan 09 South Jakarta. This research method uses descriptive curative with a field research approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was Islamic religious teachers and grade 5 and grade 6 students. The sample for this research was 30 people. Based on the research results, social interaction activities such as infaq activities carried out at SDN Grogol Selatan 09 can have an influence and impact on the social care character of students. With this habituation, students are able to develop values, attitudes and behavior that can radiate morals or character. The most important thing is that the key to changing the younger generation for the better is social character education, so that it can ensure that students have good character and personality in the future.

In the midst of changing needs of educational organizations, leadership training programs, such as Training of Leadership in Educational Management or TRAILER for short, have become essential to equip educational leaders with relevant skills. However, the implementation of this training program requires proper evaluation so that its success can be measured objectively and purposefully. The evaluation model that is suitable for this program is Kirkpatrick. The aim of this research is to analyze participant satisfaction with training methods and materials, analyze increased knowledge and organizational skills, analyze the application of skills in the campus environment and analyze the impact on organizational performance results. This research was conducted using a quantitative method approach and a qualitative method. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was a questionnaire. The research results show that the TRAILER program has succeeded in creating an interactive training environment and supporting the development of student leadership skills.

This study aims to identify the effect of “jellyfish” learning media on numeracy skills for grade II students at SDN 06 Ciputat on multiplication material. Based on initial observation early observations, students had difficulty mastering the concept of multiplication due to monotonous learning procedures and the lack of use of interactive media. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation, challenges, and solutions in applying the Kurikulum Merdeka through the P5 program in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The research was conducted at SMP Tahfidz Assyifa Al Islami Parung using a qualitative approach and field research methodology. Data collection techniques included interviews, documentation, and observation, with data validity tested through triangulation of methods and sources. Data analysis involved data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka through the P5 program in PAI learning began in the fourth week of July in the 2024 academic year, focusing on entrepreneurship for seventh-grade students and democracy for eighth-grade students. However, challenges were identified, including limited teacher understanding and training regarding the P5 program, insufficient supervision from project coordinators, and inadequate module support, as the materials were primarily downloaded from the internet.

Investment regulations have an important role in encouraging economic growth and increasing national competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of investment regulations in Indonesia, especially in the context of attractiveness for domestic and foreign investors. This research method uses a qualitative approach with policy analysis and secondary data. The research results show that although various regulations such as the Job Creation Law have been implemented to facilitate investment, bureaucratic challenges and legal uncertainty are still the main obstacles. This research recommends strategic steps to improve the implementation of investment regulations to strengthen national economic competitiveness.

This research was conducted because it has the aim to analyze the implementation of technology in human resources management. The research applies a qualitative type with a literature study method where researchers collect secondary data gained from various reading materials on the issues discussed. The research found that technological developments produce various kinds of digital applications, one of which is the Human Resources Management System or HRMS that helps company HRDs in carrying out human resources management. It shows that technology has changed the company’s human resources management operations from manual to automated.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and cancer have become urgent global health issues. In recent decades, the incidence of NCDs has continued to increase significantly, creating a huge health burden worldwide. Various factors contribute to the high rate of this disease, and a deep understanding of its background is essential for designing effective prevention strategies. One of the prevention strategies carried out is to conduct education on the prevention of non-communicable diseases with SI CEKIT TINULAR (Non-Communicable Disease Prevention Application).The method used is to create an application that can be used as a guide in preventing non-communicable diseases and socialization to program holders and the community of health service users.Result: availability of the SI CEKIT TINULAR (Non-Communicable Disease Prevention Application) application. and this application is planned to be IPR through the Polindra KI Center and the implementation of socialization for Kertasemaya Health Center program holders.

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of human resource risk management in dealing with employee data security risks in the technology sector. Given the increasing threats to information security, especially in today's digital age, this research uses a qualitative approach with systematic literature analysis of various related articles and studies. The results show that the existence of clear security policies and procedures, regular employee training, the use of appropriate technology, and an organizational culture that supports information security are key factors that influence the effectiveness of risk management. In addition, evaluation and gathering feedback from employees are important elements in adjusting policies to meet evolving security challenges. This research provides recommendations for companies in the technology sector to improve their risk management systems through the integration of comprehensive policies, effective training programs, and the implementation of advanced technology, in order to protect employee data and increase trust within the organization.

The Independent Curriculum is an approach to global education created to provide more freedom for teachers and students in the learning process. In the context of Christian Religious Education (PAK), the Independent Curriculum is needed to increase student activity through the implementation of learning that is more flexible and in sync with the needs and potential of each student. This research aims to explore the role of the Merdeka Curriculum in increasing students' activeness in PAK learning. Through a more student-centered approach and encouraging active participation, the Independent Curriculum is needed to create a more enjoyable, creative and productive learning atmosphere. The results of this research show that the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in PAK can increase student activity, both in terms of emotional, intellectual and social involvement. Thus, the Independent Curriculum not only places freedom in learning, but is also the key to creating a progressive and effective learning atmosphere.
