This research work aims at evaluating the importance of the introduction of spelling as a vocabulary strategy for students in the teaching of English as a foreign language at senior high school level, and how this can be a beneficial tool as input for the acquisition of new vocabulary, then a helpful means to produce a correct writing. To attain such an aim, the researcher administered a pre-test and a post-test. The former was intended to determine the pre-instructional knowledge of the graphic form of words, whereas the latter was aimed at finding out whether the spelling strategy implemented during instruction was effective in enhancing the subjects’ ability to write with less spelling mistakes. The test was interposed by two sequential lessons. The results of this innovative investigation have confirmed the hypothesis which states that if we train students to pay a careful attention to the form of words this would help them to spell them and write correctly. The learners under investigation proved to have learnt most of the vocabulary items of the proposed text.

A cooperative is a joint business entity operating in the economic sector, whose members are generally those from a weak economy who join voluntarily and on the basis of equal rights, are obliged to carry out a business aimed at meeting the needs of its members. The problem in this thesis is to find out the development of cooperative regulations in Indonesia based on Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, the Roles and Responsibilities of Cooperative Management and Members in the Distribution of Remaining Business Results in Thrifty Village Unit Cooperatives. The formulation of the problem that will be discussed in this thesis is: 1) What are the responsibilities of cooperative management both outside and inside the cooperative based on Law No. 25 of 1992? 2) What is the position of members in the cooperative accountability system? 3) What is the legal review of the implementation of loan agreements at the Thrifty Village Unit Cooperative? The type of research in preparing legal writing is normative legal research or library legal research. The purpose of normative legal research is research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. These materials are then arranged systematically, studied and then conclusions are drawn regarding their relationship to the problems studied. Based on Article 34 of Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, the responsibility of cooperative administrators as cooperative managers for cooperative losses is responsible both jointly and individually bear the losses suffered by the cooperative if the losses suffered by the cooperative are caused by intention or negligence by the cooperative management. This is closely related to the obligations imposed on cooperative management which must be based on good faith. In this case, the management of the economical village unit cooperative did not provide accountability as regulated in the Law. The role of supervisors in supervising the work of cooperative management is considered less than optimal, because they still lack knowledge and ability regarding the duties and authority for which they are responsible.

This research aims to describe the short story writing ability of class IV students at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar through the Problem Based Learning model and to describe the effective Problem Based Learning learning model applied in writing short stories for class IV students at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar. This research uses the one group pretest-posttest design research method. The population in this study were all students in class IVA and class IVB at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar. The sampling technique used is a data source retrieval technique with certain considerations with experimental class and control class samples. The instrument used is a test instrument in the form of essay questions to measure students' short story writing results using the Pretest - Posttest. Based on the research results, it shows that students' ability to write short stories after using the Problem Based Learning learning model in the experimental class is in the high category, namely a posttest result of 90.42. Meanwhile, the average score of the control class posttest results was in the low category, 72.50. It is proven in the management results of the hypothesis that Sig (2. Tailed) = 0.000, meaning that H_0 is rejected because Sig (2. Tailed) < α or (0.000 < 0.05). H_1 is accepted because Sig (Tailed) > α or (0.596 > 0.05). In the analysis of the T Sig <t_tabel or (0.596 <1.746) test, it is concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that there is significant effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model in learning to write short stories for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar.

It is expected that UMKM will become a leading economic sector in order to achieve its building goals. This is due to the fact that UMKM is one of the few businesses that can thrive in challenging economic conditions. Due to this, in order for UMKM to be able to continue, UMKM has to have sound financial management practices. The first is having accurate financial knowledge and the ability to create financial reports that are needed to formulate business strategies that will eventually emerge. The financial performance of East Sudimara Culinary MSME in Ciledug, Tangerang does not reflect a sound financial performance. One of the aims of this research is to identify students' writing skills taught by the Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual (SAVI) learning model in expository texts written by students in class X SMA N 14 Medan. Another aim is to find out how the problem-based learning model (PBL) and the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual) learning model have an impact on the exposition text. This research involved all students in class X SMA N 14 Medan, with a simple random sample, consisting of 36 students in class X-1 and 36 students in class X-2. A two-group post-test experimental method was used and the research instrument was an expository text writing test. The "t" test data is used to test the hypothesis. The results show that students' ability to write expository texts using the PBL learning model is in the fair category with an average score of 70.36, while their ability with the SAVI learning model is in the very good category with an average score of 89.36. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test show that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because tcount is greater than ttable, namely 9.82 is greater than 1.934. Thus, it can be concluded that the expository text writing skills of class X SMA N 14 Medan students are greatly influenced by the use of the SAVI learning model.

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the effect of the jurisprudential inquiry learning model on the ability to write editorial texts. The population of this study was all class XII of SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa, totaling 7 classes. The sample was taken with no more than 40 students per class, so class XII Science 2 had 35 students as the experimental class and class XII Science had 34 students as the control class. The instrument used is a test of the ability to write editorial texts. Data measurements were carried out twice, namely measurements in the experimental class and the control class. From the data processing, it shows that the ability to write editorial texts in class .05, standard deviation 13.15. This can be seen in the normality test, the jurisprudential inquiry learning model is Lcount < Ltable namely 0.205 < 0.337. Then in the conventional learning model Lcount < Ltable, namely 0.192 < 0.319. Because Lcount is smaller than Ltable, the two data above are said to be normally distributed. Likewise, the results of the data homogeneity test are Fcount < Ftable , namely 0.54 < 0.56, so the data comes from a homogeneous population. After testing normality and homogeneity, hypothesis testing was carried out, obtained tcount > ttable  with hypothesis test results of 6.35 and significance a = 0.05 and df = 35+34-2 = 67, so at the 5% level we obtained ttable = 1.99601. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable , namely 6.35 > 1.99601, so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that the jurisprudential inquiry learning model is more influential in improving the editorial text writing skills of class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa.
