The increasing presence of Generation Z (Gen Z) in the banking industry presents unique challenges, especially in highly regulated work environments. Gen Z employees prioritize work-life balance, seek continuous personal and professional development, and expect a more flexible and transparent workplace culture. However, the stringent regulatory requirements in the banking sector impose high job demands, administrative burdens, and intense supervision, which may lead to significant job stress among young employees. This study aims to explore the experiences of Gen Z employees in coping with regulatory pressures in the banking industry and to identify their adaptation strategies to manage workplace stress. Using a qualitative approach, the research investigates how leadership styles, job autonomy, and financial well-being influence Gen Z's stress levels and job satisfaction. Findings indicate that supportive leadership, clear communication, and flexible work arrangements can mitigate stress and enhance employee retention. The study offers practical recommendations for financial institutions to implement employee-centred policies that align with Gen Z's expectations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

This study aims to examine the implementation of a differentiated learning model in improving maritime English language competency among maritime college students in Indonesia. The background of this study is based on the maritime world's need for graduates with good English language competency, especially in professional and technical contexts. The approach used was a mixed method, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods within a classroom action research framework implemented over two learning cycles. Data were collected through English language competency tests, observations, and in-depth interviews. The results showed a significant increase in all aspects of maritime English competency. The highest increase occurred in speaking skills at 44.38%, while the lowest increase was in maritime vocabulary comprehension at 30.25%. After the implementation of the differentiated learning model, 78.33% of students were in the "Good" and "Very Good" competency categories. Although in the initial stages of implementation there were challenges in students' adaptation to learning methods that differ from conventional learning, these obstacles were successfully overcome through a project-based learning strategy. This strategy is considered the most effective because it is able to provide an authentic context and approximate the real conditions in the maritime workplace. Thus, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning model has proven effective in improving students' maritime English language competency. This study recommends the broader implementation of similar models in English language learning programs at maritime institutions.

The high number of work accidents indicates that the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is still not optimal, particularly in the construction industry. Vocational schools (SMK) can foster awareness from an early age through education and training. Students in general are not aware of the potential for workplace accidents yet. K3 education for students from an early age can help provide a beneficial understanding and foster attitudes and habits to apply K3 in their future work environments. The purpose of this program is to provide understanding and basic knowledge of construction K3 to students of SMKN 4 Gowa. The method used to educate students through this K3 learning is lectures and socialization, as well as evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is a crucial factor in improving infant growth and health during the first six months of life. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is often influenced by various maternal factors, including the mother’s occupation. Working mothers frequently face challenges related to time constraints, workplace support, and breastfeeding facilities, which may affect their ability to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Understanding the relationship between maternal occupation and exclusive breastfeeding is essential to improve breastfeeding promotion programs at primary health care levels. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between mother’s occupation and exclusive breastfeeding at the Posi Posi Community Health Center. Methods: This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 30 mothers who had infants aged 6–12 months, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and maternal health records. Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test to examine the relationship between mother’s occupation and exclusive breastfeeding practices. Results: The results showed a statistically significant relationship between mother’s occupation and exclusive breastfeeding practices. The Wilcoxon test analysis obtained a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating that maternal occupation significantly influenced the provision of exclusive breastfeeding at the Posi Posi Community Health Center. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between mother’s occupation and exclusive breastfeeding. Working mothers tend to experience more barriers in providing exclusive breastfeeding compared to non-working mothers. Strengthening workplace support, breastfeeding-friendly policies, and continuous health education is recommended to improve exclusive breastfeeding coverage.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

This study investigates the relationship between personal family conditions and job satisfaction, as family conditions are a significant factor influencing employee productivity and work-life balance. The research focuses on tax auditors at the Primary Tax Office in Pangkalan Kerinci, who exhibit diverse demographic profiles, including age, family status, and number of children. Using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ-13), the study examines four dimensions of job satisfaction: work environment, work-life balance, social relationships, and job achievement. Employing a quantitative survey method, the study sampled all 10 tax auditors through total sampling. Data analysis included validity and reliability testing and correlation analysis. The findings revealed that the MSQ-13 instrument is valid and reliable, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.812. Work environment, work-life balance, and positive social relationships significantly influence job satisfaction, while employees separated from their families face challenges in maintaining work-life balance. Positive workplace relationships enhance satisfaction, but conflicts within teams reduce motivation. Ultimately, a supportive work environment, balanced work-life conditions, and strong social relationships are key factors driving job satisfaction and productivit.
