Indonesia still faces several challenges in developing medical tourism. Various sources, using data for 2018, show that Indonesian citizens actually go for treatment in Malaysia and Singapore, spending around US$23 billion, whether for treatment at government or private hospitals. The normative juridical method in this study will help in understanding the legal regulations and norms governing the medical tourism sector in the country, as well as assessing how these regulations affect the development of the industry. The results of this study are that Medical Tourism in Indonesia is regulated in Permenkes No.76/2015 concerning Health Tourism Services. PMK's weakness is the nuances of demand for the overseas patient market. Then the limitation that only type A and type B Hospitals are entitled to be designated as Hospitals with Medical Tourism Services in Indonesia is also an obstacle to the growth of the Health Tourism Service Climate. Not to mention, the socialization of the requirements for applying for a hospital for Health Tourism services is still lacking, including the requirements to be accredited (National Plenary level), and have cooperation documents with the Travel Bureau which has medical tour guides. To oversee the development of health tourism, the Indonesian Health Tourism Board (IHTB) was formed which was initiated by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment.

Medical tourism destinations involve intentional travel by patients to privately receive medical treatment in another country. Empirical evidence regarding the health and safety risks faced by medical tourists is limited. In Indonesia, the ratification of the new 2023 Health Law has been carried out and the contents of the law are related to medical tourism, one of which is the regulation of medical personnel and foreign health workers in Indonesia. Of course, this medical tourism still requires improvement from Indonesia's own health system so that it can be carried out properly. The research method of this paper uses library research by examining the 2023 Health Law and its relation to medical tourism. The results obtained are opportunities in the form of increasing the economy from organizing medical tourism in Indonesia, as well as challenges in the form of improving the quality and equity of access to health facilities in Indonesia and competition between foreign and local medical and health personnel. Opportunities and challenges related to medical tourism, along with some recommendations to related parties, especially the Government through the Ministry of Tourism to make policies that are more comprehensive in making medical tourism a sustainable sector.

The mother is the leader figure in a family who is responsible for managing the family's healthy food needs. Knowledge regarding hygienic food among PKK mothers in Papahan Village, Tasikmadu is still limited, because many of them come from underprivileged families and have less educational background, so basic knowledge from the family is not optimal (less attention is paid to it). This community service activity aims to provide understanding to PKK women about healthy and hygienic food, provide counseling to PKK women about the characteristics of healthy and hygienic food and provide awareness to the public not to buy food carelessly. The outreach method is carried out using the lecture method and explanations regarding healthy and hygienic food and contamination or bacterial contamination in siomai sauce from traveling sellers using posters and power points. The result of this community service activity is that PKK women understand about healthy and hygienic food as well as food that is contaminated or contaminated with bacteria, especially in the example of ten foods sold at the Solo Snack Center (Galabo). The conclusion of this community service activity is that PKK mothers can find out the benefits of healthy and hygienic food for the body and PKK mothers are aware to be more careful in buying food outside so that family health, especially school children, is more secure and mothers PKK mothers understand how to choose healthy and hygienic food for their families.

This study investigates the benefits of augmented reality (AR) in the tourism industry and its impact on data security. The background of the research highlights that information technology is becoming increasingly important in the tourism industry, with augmented reality (AR) being a major focus for enhancing visitor experiences. In this context, concerns about user data protection arise since AR applications may require personal information such as user location and travel preferences. A comparative research method was used to compare two popular augmented reality (AR) applications: Smartify, Arts and Culture, Zome, Augmented Reality, Maps AR, Guideo, and AR Trial. The results indicate that most applications have adequate data security policies, including data transfer encryption and user control over their data. Zome was found to be the best in terms of data security and user privacy, scoring 90% in the assessment. This research underscores the importance of using AR applications to maintain data security and user privacy in the tourism industry and suggests further research to learn more about the data privacy practices of AR applications.

This study employs a linear regression algorithm to measure CO2 emissions from motor vehicles based on the type of fuel used—gasoline, premium, diesel, and ethanol—as well as the distance traveled per kilometer. With growing concerns about the environmental impact of vehicle emissions, this research aims to develop a predictive model to estimate CO2 emissions based on these variables. Despite the limited data used, the results indicate that the linear regression model has high accuracy in predicting CO2 emissions. This model can serve as an effective tool to mitigate the environmental impact of motor vehicles and assist policymakers in designing better emission mitigation strategies

In the era of maritime technology, Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) are becoming the main vehicles on the water surface, controlled from land and capable of transmitting live data. USVs have a wide range of survey and exploration applications, relying on hydrographic knowledge for accurate mapping. USV development has adopted a double hull design, improving stability and wave resistance. Survey data transmission requires advanced technology, with Long Range (LoRa) technology being the solution for long distance data transmission with low power consumption. LoRa utilisation is expected to increase the efficiency of USVs in hydrographic surveys. The research and development (R&D) research method is used as the main approach in this research with the aim of creating and developing USVs that can increase efficiency in hydrographic surveys. The USV is equipped with an RPM sensor and flowmeter used to monitor the movement control of the USV in the waters. In addition, a depth detector is used to monitor the topography of the seabed. In order for this USV to run using a remote control that is controlled from land. The USV drive consists of a BLDC motor connected to the propeller and a servo motor connected to the ship's rudder. Furthermore, the data taken from the sensor is sent via LoRa to be delivered to the ground station. From the USV test results, it was found that the data transmission range with LoRa Ra-02 under Line of sight (LOS) conditions was 340 metres while under Non Light of sight (NLOS) conditions it was around 200 metres. The average speed travelled by USV is 0.616 km/hour in operational survey conditions and can be faster in non-operational survey conditions. The error value of the RPM sensor is obtained at 1.604% with a reading accuracy of 98.936%.

The data was taken from the movie and its movie script. This research applied two theories, the first one proposed by Sardabi and Afghari, which is used to identify the utterances delivered by the characters. Whereas, the second theory is the theory of context of situation by Halliday. This research uses documentation to collect data, documentation obtained through observation, and note-taking technique. Then, classifying the functions of intensifiers used by the female characters based on the theory and analyze the context of the situation. In analyzing data, this research was analyzed qualitatively in a descriptive way. The result shows intensifier "so" is the most used intensifier in this movie. It has the ITE (increase the effect) function or basic intensifier. However, there is one function that does not found in this movie. It is negative-positive intensifier, this is occur because it relates to women's tendency to use polite language and refrain from swearing.

In this research, data was taken from the distribution route which was recorded by the cashier at the Cahaya Kristal Tube Ice Ice Factory which is located on Jl, Damai, Prujakan Tambakan Village, Sinduharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman Yogyakarta. Then the data is processed using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm and Sequential Insertion with the aim of providing the best or most effective route suggestions and then comparing the two methods to produce the Travel Route Distance and Distribution Costs. By using the Clarke and Wright Saving Algorithm, we get 2 vehicle routes which produce a combined route of 72 km with a daily distribution cost of IDR 147,000, and for the sequential insertion algorithm method we also get 2 vehicle routes which produce a combined route of 107 km with a daily distribution cost of IDR 182,000. Thus it can be concluded that routes formed using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm are more effective and economical compared to routes formed using the Sequential Insertion
