This research examines the influence of relational embeddedness and social networks on economic behavior in the home-based tofu industry in Arjasa District, Jember. The research focuses on how relational embeddedness influences the acquisition of business capital, work management, and conflict resolution within the business, as well as how home-based tofu industry owners strategize to develop their businesses amidst intense competition by utilizing their social networks. This research employs a qualitative approach with an ethnographic approach. The informants of this research are the owner of the AJ home-based tofu industry, workers who have kinship ties, and workers who do not have kinship ties. Data collection techniques utilize three components: observation, interviews, and documentation.    

Economics is an inseparable thing in human life, especially when it comes to human needs themselves. One aspect of the economy is related to the economic sectors involved. The home industry of flavored food snacks is one of the economic sectors, where this business aims to fulfill consumer tastes. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach because it is hoped that it will be able to examine in more detail individual experiences related to the business being run. Through this research, it is hoped that we will be able to describe the growth and development of economic businesses and the social networks involved in them. Through motivation that is in accordance with McClelland's motivation theory with the concept of the need for achievement, where efforts are made to achieve development, efforts are made that are based on personal achievement, not achievement.

This research highlights the importance of social capital in the development of home laundry businesses in Jember. Starting from the significant contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving the economy, the focus of this research is the laundry business as a type of service business that continues to grow. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the welfare of laundry business actors in Jember, as well as how social capital can be used to overcome challenges such as tight competition and limited capital. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that social capital through customer networks, local partnerships, and response to feedback can improve the performance and desirability of laundry businesses. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of social capital-based strategies in strengthening relationships with customers and local communities to achieve sustainable business success.    

This article discusses the analysis of social capital of the Chinese ethnic group in the economy of Indonesian society, referring to the social capital theory of Robert D. Putnam. Social capital, which includes social networks, trust, and collective efficacy, plays a significant role in the economic success of the Chinese community in Indonesia. Through case studies and theoretical analysis, this article highlights how strong social networks, reputation, and credibility assist the Chinese community in sustaining their businesses and adapting to economic and social changes.

The increasing use of social media in society, especially among teenagers, shows significant technological advances. The easier access to the Internet and social networks, the negative impacts of globalization especially afflict many young people who exhibit violent, pragmatic, desperate, selfish, and hopeless behavior. The cyberspace industry creates a young generation that is passive, does not think critically, is negatively reconciled, and is not creative. Positive campaigns on social media and active participation of the younger generation in sharing positive experiences and stories about their homeland can be a catalyst for building a positive atmosphere in the digital realm.  In writing this article, the author used two methods, namely, interviews and literature studies. In the interview method, the author interviewed several sources to find out their knowledge and opinions about the national vision. Then by using the literature study method, the author sources his data through books, and other scientific articles related to the national vision.

There are several problems that arise in the process of community service, especially related to a lack of knowledge about business fields and effective marketing strategies. Knowledge about innovation and sales knowledge are the basic foundations for carrying out entrepreneurial activities, if not carried out well entrepreneurial activities will not be as expected. In this service, the implementing team provides education regarding entrepreneurial activities. The method used is participatory in activities such as group discussions, interviews, consultations and determining action decisions. The implementation of this activity involves the participation of several communities in the Batu Aji, Batam region. The implementation of this activity includes several stages, which are planning, implementation of activities and evaluation. In community service activities, this training has had a positive impact on the people, where many people try to run businesses from home using the available resources around them. In addition, the application of social networks in marketing activities becomes even more effective in creating sustainable revenue sources and expanding markets.

Traditional markets are transaction centers and supply networks for people's basic needs so that in traditional markets there is quite strong competitiveness between traders because in traditional markets many traders sell the same merchandise as other traders. Therefore, in serving consumers, traders must provide good service so that consumers feel comfortable and will return and become regulars at the shop. In traditional markets there is a relationship or personality relationship between sellers and buyers. This is related to the concept of social capital which is getting to know each other and in which there are also elements of trust, social networks and normative values ​​between economic actors. Social capital in traditional markets plays a very important role in the existence of traditional markets so it is not surprising that the development of modern markets is increasingly widespread nowadays, but traditional markets can still survive and become a culture and necessity that is still very much needed by the local community to this day. The research method for analyzing Trader Interactions in Traditional Markets to Improve Economic Welfare in Tanggul Wetan Village uses descriptive methods. In this research analysis, we use social capital theory based on Pierre Bourdieu's perspective, which states that the definition of social capital is the amount of resources, actual or virtual, that are gathered in an individual or group because they have a long-lasting network of reciprocal relationships of acquaintance and more or less recognition. institutionalized (Field, 2011:23). Morals are human life behavior, which is based on awareness that he is bound by the necessity to achieve good, in accordance with the values and norms that apply in his environment. Social inequality itself is a condition that exists in society which shows an imbalance due to differences in aspects that exist in society, both from an economic, social and cultural perspective. By increasing digital literacy in responding to moral problems and social inequality, this digital literacy plays a very important role, for everyone on this planet earth, in order to achieve the mission of sustainable development goals throughout the world, especially Indonesia. This research is a type of literature review research by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. In the increasingly developing digital era, digital awareness and digital literacy are important keys in overcoming moral challenges and social inequality. The discussion also discusses the relationship between digital literacy and moral issues, the relationship between digital literacy and social inequality, and the contribution of digital literacy to achieving SDGs 2030. So the result of everything is about how important digital literacy is in the current era and about the relationship between digital literacy and Moral problems and social inequality aim to improve the welfare of society so that it will be more advanced in the future.

The rapid advancement of technology today enables people to meet their information needs through a network called the internet. A website is one of the networks found on the Internet with various functions. The website www.bankbjb.co.id, managed by the Corporate Secretary’s Public Relations Division of Bank BJB, is one of the digital banking information media in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to understand how the management of the www.bankbjb.co.id website as a digital information medium is carried out by the Public Relations Division of Bank BJB. This research uses a qualitative research method and a descriptive approach that focused on depicting and summarizing various social phenomena that occur. The data collection techniques used include interviews, direct observation of the research object, and documentation. The research results show that the Public Relations Division of Bank BJB, by referring to the concept of the PR management process, has all been implemented.    

This research aims to investigate the role of information technology in enhancing school correspondence at MAS PAB 1 Sampali. The introduction of the research explains the importance of using information technology to improve communication effectiveness in the educational environment. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, involving analysis of various related literature. The research objectives are to understand the implementation of digital platforms in school correspondence, the impact of information technology on interaction and social relations in schools, and enhancing communication effectiveness among schools. The research findings indicate that digital platforms have had a positive impact in facilitating online learning, expanding communication networks among students, teachers, and parents, and increasing engagement in school life. However, the use of technology also brings challenges related to privacy and data security that must be addressed with appropriate policies and security measures. In conclusion, information technology has great potential to enhance school communication effectiveness, but its use must be managed wisely to ensure data security and privacy are maintained.

The development of social media networks is extraordinary, with very easy access and unlimited friendships so that all groups regardless of social status ranging from old, young, and even children are so enthusiastic in using social media especially teenagers. The ITE Law provides legal protection for victims of criminal acts of cyberbullying as an effort to protect the law which is interpreted as the recognition and guarantees provided by the law in relation to human rights. The purpose of writing is to determine the impact of cyberbullying on adolescents on social media. The method used is literature review using articles and journals from 2016 to 2020 obtained from the Google Scholar electronic database. The results of various studies show that cyberbullying on adolescents on social media has a huge impact that affects all aspects of life from psychological, physical, and social aspects. The impact of cyberbullying that is felt is not only the victim, but the perpetrator, perpetrator and victim will also have an impact.

The rapid growth of social media platforms has generated massive volumes of unstructured textual data containing valuable information about public opinions and sentiments. Extracting meaningful insights from this data has become increasingly important for decision-making in various domains, including business, politics, and social analysis. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep learning techniques for sentiment analysis of social media data, focusing on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and a hybrid CNN-LSTM model. A quantitative experimental approach is employed, where datasets are preprocessed through text cleaning, tokenization, and feature representation using word embeddings. The models are trained and evaluated using standard performance metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results indicate that all models perform effectively in sentiment classification tasks, with the hybrid CNN-LSTM model achieving the highest performance due to its ability to capture both local textual features and long-term contextual dependencies. This demonstrates that combining CNN and LSTM architectures enhances classification accuracy compared to individual models. Furthermore, the findings confirm that deep learning approaches are more robust in handling the complexity and noisiness of social media data compared to traditional methods. This study contributes to the development of more adaptive and accurate sentiment analysis models and highlights the potential of hybrid deep learning architectures for real-world applications.

Domestic violence remains a critical pastoral problem because survivors in church communities often face not only physical, psychological, sexual, and economic harm, but also spiritual narratives that may either sustain recovery or silence disclosure. This constructive qualitative study aims to formulate a Christian pastoral counseling model for survivors of domestic violence in church settings. The study applies a library-based practical-theological design by critically synthesizing peer-reviewed literature on intimate partner violence, faith-based responses, trauma- and violence-informed care, pastoral theology, Indonesian legal norms, and church-related studies. The findings show that pastoral counseling for survivors must be structured around safety rather than immediate marital reconciliation; interpret Scripture through dignity, justice, and protection of the vulnerable; recognize religious coercive control as a form of harm; integrate emotional stabilization with spiritual care; and build referral networks with psychological, legal, medical, and social services. The article proposes an integrated PASTORAL-SAFE model that combines risk assessment, survivor affirmation, trauma stabilization, theological reframing, social support, professional referral, perpetrator accountability, and long-term pastoral accompaniment. The implication is that churches need written protocols, trained pastoral teams, confidentiality standards, and collaborative safeguarding systems to prevent pastoral responses from unintentionally reproducing violence.

With proper planning, telecommunications networks can become a strong backbone for social, economic and technological development.

This article examines the impact of social media on the morale of Madrasah Ibtidayah students. This is very interesting because many children abuse social networks. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the use of social media which influences students' moral education. Based on the interim analysis, we can see the positive and negative impacts of using social media on students' moral growth. The positive impact of the development of social media in children's moral education includes children's ability to adapt, communicate with society and manage friendship networks, as well as making tasks easier for children. The negative impacts of its development include neglect of children, so that children lack discipline and are lazy, so that children easily imitate other people's work, are rude both in dressing and speaking, often fight about dangerous things, scenes such as pornography, violence, war scenes. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach which uses reading sources from books, magazines and journal articles related to the theme as the main source. The results of this research show that the use of social media has two effects, a good influence for those who are wise in using social media with adult guidance and a bad influence for those without guidance.

The cyanide coffee murder case involving Jessica Wongso as a suspect in the murder of the victim Wayan Mirna Salihin had become a hot topic in the mass media. In 2017, the case was finalized with the decision of the Supreme Court which declared Jessica as a murder suspect with a sentence of 20 years in prison. Until the release of a documentary entitled Ice Cold Murder, Coffee, and Jessica. With the rapid development of technology, anyone who does not watch the documentary Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee, and Jessica can watch footage spread across Social Media. Public opinion began to change after the release of the documentary. The public considered that many irregularities occurred in this murder case. This research aims to review the role of social media in the dissemination of the Ice Cold documentary, so that the public can find new things that have not previously been discussed during the trial, using qualitative research methods: case studies. Social media acts as a harmonizer in which social media has the ability to unify perspectives from diverse public responses on social media networks.    

This research explores the impact of Ramadan fasting on student's academic performance and identifies socio-cultural factors and interventions that can mitigate any negative effects. The study investigates three research questions: (1) the impact of fasting on children's cognitive abilities and academic performance, (2) socio-cultural factors influencing the relationship between fasting and academic achievement, and (3) specific strategies or interventions to support fasting children's academic success during Ramadan. A literature review was conducted to examine previous research on the topic, incorporating studies that explored the physiological, psychological, and socio-cultural dimensions of Ramadan fasting among children. The findings highlight the complex relationship between fasting and academic performance, with studies reporting varying effects ranging from negative to neutral or even positive. Socio-cultural factors such as family support, cultural attitudes towards education, dietary habits, school policies, and socio-economic status were identified as influential factors shaping children's experiences during fasting and their academic outcomes. Additionally, several strategies and interventions were identified to mitigate the negative effects of fasting on academic performance, including nutritional guidance, hydration strategies, flexible school policies, supportive school cultures, family involvement, peer support networks, time management skills, emotional well-being support, physical activity opportunities, and continued academic support. These findings underscore the importance of holistic approaches to support fasting children's academic success during Ramadan, addressing their physical, emotional, social, and academic needs.
