This study provides a comparative analysis of the regulatory frameworks governing Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services across ten ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. As BNPL services rapidly expand throughout the region, understanding the diverse regulatory landscapes and their implications becomes increasingly critical for fostering financial stability, consumer protection, and innovation in the digital financial ecosystem.  Utilizing a literature review methodology, the research examines existing regulations, legal frameworks, and market trends, assessing their impact on financial stability, consumer protection, and fintech innovation.  Singapore is identified as the leader in regulatory practices, effectively balancing fintech innovation with stringent consumer protection. Indonesia and Malaysia emphasize financial inclusion and systemic risk management, with Indonesia's framework focusing on transparency and financial literacy. Thailand and the Philippines are refining their frameworks, while Myanmar, Laos, Brunei, Vietnam and Cambodia are still developing their regulatory approaches. BNPL services, driven by growing e-commerce and fintech ecosystems, offer significant opportunities for financial inclusion but also pose challenges related to over-indebtedness, credit risk, and data protection. The analysis emphasizes that while BNPL presents significant opportunities for financial inclusion and fintech innovation, effective regulation is critical to ensuring sustainable growth and protecting consumers from debt traps and financial instability.

The development of information technology that is currently developing serves to facilitate, accelerate, benefit and provide other alternatives for people who have businesses and have a big influence in the future. One of the things that is very influential is the sale of MSMEs. MSMEs are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro businesses that have an important role in the economy because they provide employment, encourage local economic growth, and create innovation. MSMEs still face challenges such as limited access to financing, digital readiness, and marketing access that hinder the development of MSMEs. Therefore, it is necessary to take action to predict MSME sales in Binjai City using the backpropagation method so that later it can create new innovations and encourage community economic growth. Based on the process carried out using the backpropagation method, it can be seen that the value obtained has reached more than the predetermined target with a target value (t) of 0.26, learningrate 0.2, maximum epoch 10000 target error 0.01.

Semarangan vernacular houses mostly have acceptable thermal performance, primarily related to the roof design and its elements. However, some developments associated with the quality of comfort have already been in progress. We found modifications with an alternative opening in the roof. Testing is needed to determine whether this alteration of a vernacular house with roof modifications is suitable to synchronize to nature and culture for its sustainability. This research aims to assess the quality of the modification for the thermal and energy performance of Semarangan vernacular houses in responding to climate change based on innovation. We utilize an energy audit simulation using the SketchUp software and the Sefaira plugin extension to measure thermal shape and variables. The focused study analyzes the thermal performance of buildings through analysis of the building envelope and building shape from a conceptual model. We discover that vernacular modifications do not reveal any extreme differences. Further research is needed to examine some other types of modifications further. We have to ensure that any modification maintains the quality of the house's performance and even have to increase it.

Biosensors are analytical devices that combine biological sensing elements with physicochemical detectors to provide rapid, accurate, and cost-effective solutions for medical diagnostics. Globally, these devices have revolutionized the detection and monitoring of diseases, significantly impacting patient outcomes. In Indonesia, the adoption and development of biosensor technology have accelerated over the past decade, particularly in response to the growing healthcare needs and the government's push for technological innovation. This study aims to review and analyze the development and application of biosensors in Indonesia medical diagnostics sector between 2014 and 2024. The research focuses on identifying key technological advancements, the integration of biosensors into healthcare, the challenges faced in their development and deployment, and the prospects for future growth. The study employs a comprehensive literature review and analysis of scientific publications, industry reports, and government documents related to biosensor technology in Indonesia. The review covers the evolution of biosensing materials, point-of-care testing applications, integration with digital health technologies, and regulatory frameworks. Data were synthesized to provide a detailed overview of the current state of biosensor technology and its impact on medical diagnostics in Indonesia. The findings indicate significant advancements in biosensor technology, particularly in the development of novel nanomaterials, the integration of biosensors with mobile health (mHealth) platforms, and the expansion of point-of-care testing (POCT) for infectious diseases. However, the sector faces challenges, including technological limitations, regulatory hurdles, and economic constraints, which have slowed the widespread adoption of biosensors in clinical settings. Despite these challenges, the future of biosensors in Indonesia appears promising, with continued investment and innovation expected to drive further advancements in this field.

This research uses Rogers and Shoemaker's theory of diffusion of innovation. This theory examines messages in the form of new ideas or thoughts, which cause social change. From the research results, this innovation communication has 4 stages, namely. In this research it can be concluded based on the results of the analysis using Roger's theory which has 4 points, This innovation distribution explains that the involvement of communicators provides information in the form of socialization in the form of a content that states information about how to claim or submit compensation from Jasa Raharja. A communicator does not only work alone, this communicator is the Head of Public Relations, Jasa Raharja, who works together with the compensation service staff to collaborate with the community to make it easier and more affordable. With new innovations, since 2009, compensation services for accident victims have gone from conventional forms to online services. This communication channel uses social media, namely in the form of Instagram and Tik Tok, then uses print media, television media and radio media. By implementing the Innovation Division, it has made progress, but of course there are still new innovations, of course this is influenced by factors that hinder the establishment of this innovation, one of which is awareness. The awareness of users or local people who use vehicles in traffic, whether land, sea or air, of course they do not have awareness.

The evolution of global virtual firms in the post-pandemic era has transformed the dynamics of leadership, collaboration, and team performance. This study investigates the influence of digital leadership styles-particularly transformational, transactional, and adaptive-on the effectiveness of collaboration among remote teams operating in multinational virtual environments. Using a mixed-methods approach that integrates quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, data were collected from managers and team leaders of multinational corporations who lead geographically dispersed teams. Quantitative findings reveal that adaptive and transformational digital leadership styles significantly enhance communication, coordination, trust, and motivation within remote teams, while transactional leadership proves less effective in sustaining engagement across time zones and cultural boundaries. Qualitative insights highlight that flexibility, empathy, and digital literacy are central to building trust and cohesion in diverse virtual settings. Moreover, the use of advanced collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom amplifies leadership effectiveness when aligned with inclusive communication practices. The study underscores that successful digital leadership depends on balancing human-centered empathy with technological competence to foster team cohesion and innovation. Managerial implications emphasize the need to develop leaders’ digital competencies and cross-cultural communication skills, along with fostering adaptive strategies to sustain engagement in virtual work environments. Future research should explore the longitudinal effects of digital leadership development programs across industries to assess their sustained impact on productivity, innovation, and organizational resilience in digital ecosystems.
