Housing problems are an issue that always arises, especially in developing countries. The high demand is not proportional to the supply and ability to provide decent housing. This article discusses the potential utilization of waqf land for housing provision. This article was written based on literature study. The findings in this article are, there is great potential for utilizing waqf land in Indonesia. First, the number of waqf land in Indonesia is spread across 440,512 locations with an area of 57,263.69 hectares. Second, most of the use of waqf land is still consumptive. The presence of the government to make waqf land more productive is very important and highly anticipated.

One of the businesses that is affected by changes in times and technology is purun crafts . Based on observations, it shows that the biggest problem with the existence of this business is the inability to access the market in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, there is a limited amount of raw materials taken directly from nature in swamp areas that have been converted into housing, and a limited number of craftsmen. Other problems are related to the availability of skilled labor, product durability and the involvement of creativity in producing the product.

A house is a basic human need, many people are rarely able to save in cash due to rising house prices. By providing pawn products (Home Ownership Credit), the Bank acts as a mediator between the interests of home buyers and sellers in this situation. However, Muslims are not allowed to use the usury transaction interest system used by mainstream banks. For Muslims who want interest-free financial services, the rise of Islamic banking is a good thing. However, the fact that sharia banking has not been able to match conventional banks in Indonesia is proof that the majority of Muslim communities there do not have full confidence in using sharia banks. Based on this, the author looks at and discusses how murabahah contracts are used in sharia finance at the Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. The aim of this qualitative descriptive research which combines case study theory is to describe the implementation of the murabahah contract and determine its impact on sharia financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. In daily life, waste is something that is always there. Finding out about the current waste management system in Medan Krio, Sunggal subdistrict, and Deli Serdang district is the goal of this study. Qualitative research using a descriptive observational design is the methodology employed. The study employed various research techniques, including field surveys, participant-led focus groups, open interviews, and literature reviews. Representatives from the Environmental Agency, village heads, village representative bodies, youth organizations, and village organizations were among the participants in this study. The study's findings indicate that the village's waste management is still inadequate. This is because there isn't enough land to erect temporary shelters, the infrastructure and facilities are still subpar, and there is still a low level of public awareness of the significance of proper waste management. A budget for the purchase of land that will be used for temporary housing should be included, along with recommendations for routine village clean-up schedules and socialization about proper and ethical waste management.

There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at Aurduri market compared to men, to find out how women contribute to helping their family's economy at Aurduri market, and to find out what problems or obstacles female traders face when contributing to Aurduri market. . This research uses a qualitative method, with a total of 9 informants. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, namely: first, family economic factors, where the husband's income is not sufficient for daily living needs, and the costs of school children. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The third factor of self-actualization, the results of the research, showed that respondents admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling their free time also increased their income. The contribution of women traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also to save on unexpected costs. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it rains making buyers in the market lonely, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the price and completeness of goods which are almost available in every neighborhood and housing complex, especially those on the road to the market. Aurduri makes buyers prefer shopping in nearby places.
