Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease with a wide range of clinical manifestations and a diverse course and prognosis. Antibodies that are formed from the autoimmune process in SLE will damage the body's organs, causing tissue inflammation and severe blood vessel problems in almost all parts of the body, especially attacking the kidneys which cause health problems in the form of lupus nephritis. Lupus nephritis is usually asymptomatic with a variable clinical picture and occurs within the first few years after the onset of lupus. . Evaluation of kidney function is necessary to detect disease early. Kidney biopsy examination is recommended for every SLE patient, especially those showing symptoms of nephritis or kidney function tests that lead to nephritis.

A 63 year old male patient came to the emergency room with complaints of weakness since 5 days of SMRS. Complaints are accompanied by nausea, vomiting, pain throughout the stomach, and liquid bowel movements. The patient also complained of low back pain that spread to both legs and made it difficult to walk. The patient also feels that he is urinating a little and seems to be stuck. Two weeks ago the patient had a fever accompanied by a cough. On physical examination, BP 90/60 mmHg, HR 111 x/minute, RR 20 x/minute, BMI 20.3 kg/m2, suprapubic area tenderness, right CVA tapping pain. Investigations Hb 11.73 g/dl, urea: 73 mg/dl, creatinine: 3.45 mg/dl, tubex: negative, dengue Ig M: negative, dengue Ig G: positive. Abdominal ultrasound examination revealed multiple nephrolithiasis dextra. On chest X-ray examination, there was an increased bronchovascular pattern, an air bronchogram (+) with an impression of bronchitis. The finding of multiple nephrolithiasis dextra indicates that the patient's kidney failure is chronic in nature, however, DHF that is not treated properly causes worsening of kidney function, giving rise to the condition of ACKD.

This research analyzes social criticism in the lyrics of the song "Revolusi" by Dery Firmansyah (Defamation). The lyrics of this song serve as a medium for the creator to express their critical message towards the government. The research adopts a qualitative method and applies the Van Dijk Model as a framework for critical discourse analysis, particularly in understanding the structure and production processes of the text. Through discourse analysis, the study examines the elements of criticism related to the lyrics that function as a medium for criticizing the government. The main theme of the lyrics is to critique the prevailing issues at that time. The findings of the research indicate that lyrics can be used as a medium for social criticism, as evidenced by the macro structure, superstructure, micro structure, social cognition, and social context identified through text analysis.

Information and Communication Technology / IC is very important in the era of globalization. At this time, electronic government (e-gov) has begun to develop as an implementation of the use of information and communication technology in regional and provincial governments. One of the E-gov applications in government organizations is the local or provincial government website. Like the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office which uses the government's website as the simplest tool for viewing e-Government, the content is still in the form of general information needed by the public as information seekers. The problem is how to manage the web-based Government-to-Citizen (G2C) e-Gov model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. Gov at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. To answer this problem is to use the management function of G.R. terry. This study used an exploratory qualitative research design. The results of the study show that the G2C web-based e-Gov management model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office is in the second stage, namely maturation. This condition can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling in culture and the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office. Obstacles in the management of e-Gov based on the G2C web model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office seen from the process of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling have not been optimal as a whole. Inadequate human resources, lack of outreach to the community, sectoral ego in several local government agencies, and lack of budget from local government. There have been several improvements and change management in several aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Increasing outreach to the community, having good budget planning, and increasing the ability of employees are suggestions for improvement.

The border is an important aspect of the state because it determines the area of ​​authority and sovereignty of the state which intersects with the sovereignty of other countries. The border is also a very strategic area for a country, because it involves socio-cultural, economic, political, defense and security aspects. Based on Law No. 43 of 2008 concerning state territory, states that the border area is part of the country's territory which is located on the side along the border of Indonesia's territory with other countries and the border area is in the sub-district. The Law on State Territories also explains that the development of Indonesia's border areas is the responsibility of the state. Development in the field of infrastructure is also a major supporting factor for the main functions of the social system and economic system, such as the availability of health facilities, roads, air transportation, markets and educational facilities which support people's daily lives. With an infrastructure system that supports the community to move dynamically and makes it easier for the community to carry out economic activities, investors can invest in the regions. So that isolated/hard-to-reach areas can be accessed easily.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.  

Waqf is one of the Muamalah activities that has spiritual, social and economic dimensions. Traditionally, waqf has so far only been interpreted as grants in the form of real estate such as land and buildings, whose purpose is limited to the construction of places of worship and educational institutions. Waqf is divided into several types based on purpose, time limit, and goods and their management. Management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling an organization. Management occupies the most important place in the Waqf world because it can determine whether waqf assets are useful and developed depending on the management model.  The purpose of the research is to study waqf in management science, the principles of waqf management and the function of waqf management. This research uses qualitative methods where researchers must analyze theoretical sources from books and journals as well as materials and information from various other secondary data to answer the problems studied. The findings, and implications that arise are found in the professionalism of waqf management, asset management in waqf, financial statements, contributions and potential economic development of the community with waqf in the digital era.    

Language as a means of human communication has become one of the interesting studies from time to time considering that language is dynamic. The science that studies language is linguistics, in which between branches of linguistics there is comparative historical linguistics. This study aims to describe how comparative linguistic studies are between Javanese regional languages and Malay regional languages. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitatively it functions to collect data and analyze it both orally and in writing, while quantitatively to get comparisons and the number of percentages between language kinships obtained by using lexicostatistics techniques. The data source for this research is a Pontianak Malay language text entitled Bawang Merah and Bawang Puteh . The steps taken to determine language kinship are: (1) determine the basic vocabulary of Bawang Merah and Bawang Puteh folklore, (2) determine the pairs of the two languages, (3) determine the time of separation and age of language kinship. Based on the results of the analysis, Javanese and Malay were the only languages between 2325 – 1845 years ago. Javanese and Malay languages separated into a proto language between 302 - 178 AD (calculated by 2023).

This research is based on the desire to analyze the role of supervisory management in dealing with waqf management problems. The analysis tool is a qualitative method used by the author, namely to fill in the data or information collected with the final result in the form of writing. This method is used to describe and explain management strategies for dealing with waqf problems through gathering information and studying documents, such as e-books, journal articles, and papers. The ideas that will be put forward highlight: first, the concept of waqf; second, the legal basis of waqf; third, the waqf supervisory management function; fourth, productive waqf and its management in Indonesia.The research results conclude that basically, the problem of supervision is something that is absolutely necessary. For hundreds of years, waqf in Indonesia has not received serious supervision. As a result, quite a lot of waqf assets were neglected and some of the waqf assets were even lost. The waqf supervision process is part of waqf management. The management function includes 4 things, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.

Coffee is an agricultural product that not only functions as a fresh drink, but also comes from an annual plant. Indonesia is known as one of the largest countries in coffee production in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia in 2017. There are two of the most commonly known varieties of coffee, namely arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) and robusta coffee (Coffea canephora). Due to the similarities between the two types of coffee beans, many people, especially those who are not experienced in the world of coffee, have difficulty telling the difference. Therefore, we need a tool that can help overcome this problem, such as smartengine which can classify arabica and robusta coffee beans. The development of this smartengine follows the Software Developer Life Cycle method using a spiral approach which involves several cycle stages. The first stage involves creating a deep learning model using the Deep Learning Life Cycle method which consists of several steps. In the second stage, deep learning models are provided as a service that can be used by other applications through application programming interfaces (APIs). For smartengine implementation, Google Colab with Keras API and TensorFlow backend is used. This smartengine has the ability to detect coffee beans and also allows the retrain process if needed. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method, where the feature functionality of the smartengine is tested. This research succeeded in developing a smartengine that can detect Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.

Stingy is also stingy in using his wealth, even stinginess can be towards himself, especially towards other people. This miserly disease often afflicts people who strive in the way of Allah and is the cause of the suffering of Muslims today and this trait is a disease that must be cured. It is one of the bad and reprehensible qualities in all religious views. Miserliness and greed accompanied by a tendency to hoard as much wealth as possible can violate the values ​​of community life, cultured human life. In the Al-Quran there are messages and suggestions to pay attention to one another and be concerned for others, especially for those who are less fortunate. Stinginess and reluctance to share with others, especially those in need have a negative impact. Neither to oneself nor to others, so that there are many verses in the Koran that instruct sharing and charity, as well as the prohibition of being stingy. These various realities show that miser or miserly is an interesting issue to discuss because, firstly, its existence is quite complex and difficult to overcome. Second, there is a paradox, where on the one hand the social escalation of regiusitas is increasing, but on the other hand miser is still attached.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that causes hyperglycemia. Diabetic neuropathy is a complication of diabetes mellitus due to hyperglycemia. People who experience diabetic neuropathy complain of tingling, numbness, stabbing pain sensations, burning pain sensations, squeezing sensations, and allodynia, which can reduce their quality of life. Administering vitamin B reduces patient symptoms and improves nerve cell function. The aim of this study was to explain the effect of vitamin B on patients with diabetic neuropathy based on a literature review. The research method used was literature review. The results of this study, based on some of the reviewed literature, found that vitamin B has an effect on reducing pain complaints in neuropathic patients with diabetes mellitus.

The Semarang Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) field has functions which include serving complaints from people affected by criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, theft, loss of valuables and so on. The high number of public complaints at this time so that people really need fast service in the SPKT section. SPKT is the spearhead of police services in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate services, an online complaint application is needed. This research is only used for reporting public complaints about traffic, crime and drugs that occur in Semarang district at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Semarang Police. The search method is only used to find the complaint number using the sequential search method. The results of the study show that the application of public complaints in the Semarang Police SPKT section makes it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police regarding traffic, crime, drugs and searching for complaint numbers using the sequential search method

Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

Stroke is an acute neurological condition caused by decreased blood flow to the brain. Nervous system dysfunction occurs suddenly (within seconds) or rapidly (within hours) and the symptoms and signs correspond to the local area of ​​the brain affected. Objective: To conduct an analysis of managed cases with a medical diagnosis of non-hemorrhagic stroke with jigsaw puzzle pairing exercise therapy to increase upper extremity muscle strength Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. This type of research is a research design that is used to look for causal relationships with research involvement. The sample used in this study were 6 patients with a critical sample of patients who had non-hemorrhagic stroke who were treated at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City. Results: The results of the study showed that changes in muscle strength were only present in Mr. I.T obtained an increase on the evaluation of the third day of implementation where there was an increase in muscle strength to 5/4, which means there was an increase using the MMAS (Modified Muscle Assessment Scale) it was found that the client was only able to lift the top part of the puzzle and put it back. (The patient reaches forward at arm's length, lifts the top of the puzzle, releases it back to the part of the table that is closest to the patient's body). Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, it was found that 6 respondents from the results of the assessment had measuring results that had been carried out after the Jigsaw Puzzle installation exercise, it was found that there was a change in the range of motion of the client's fingers while for the client's muscle strength and fine motor movements there had been no change. Hypertension is one of the cardiovascular disease, defined by World Health Organization as blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. The high prevalence of hypertension has always been a problem globally. This disease could cause many complications, including cerebrovascular disease, and often associated with cognitive impairment. This study is done to find out the relation between uncontrolled blood pressure and cognitive impairment in geriatric people. This study is an observational analytic study with cross-sectional design. Samples are geriatric people with minimum of 60 years of age in Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Pembangunan in January 2019. Sample was taken with total sampling method. The hypertension criteria in study is previous history of hypertension or blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. MMSE score interpretations are: (1) score of 25-30: normal cognitive function; (2) score of <21: indication of mild to severe cognitive impairment. Statistical analysis used in the study are Pearson Chi Square with Yates Correction, with alternative of Fischer Exact, with parameter of expected count of 5%. Significant relation expected in the study is 5%. The study found that there are no significant relation between history of hypertension with cognitive impairment in geriatric people in Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Pembangunan (p-value=0.098), but it is predicted that the group of geriatric people with history of hypertension has 27.7% more risk of getting cognitive impairment. However, the elderly group who have a history of hypertension has a proportion of 27.7% experiencing cognitive impairment.

Background: Stroke is one of the main health problems for the community because stroke can cause damage to the brain that appears suddenly, progressively, and quickly due to non-traumatic brain blood circulation disorders. Purpose: To conduct an analysis of managed cases with a medical diagnosis of hemorrhagic stroke with innovative mobilization therapy (Passive ROM) and tactile stimulation for upper limb recovery in the HCU Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. To determine the effect of providing innovative mobilization therapy (Passive ROM) and tactile stimulation to hemorrhagic stroke patients in the HCU Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo. The sample used in this study were 5 patients with the sample criteria being patients who had hemorrhagic strokes who were treated in the HCU Room at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City, patients who experience hemiparesa, patients have awareness of compos mentis. Results: Implementation of innovation in Mrs.FK On the first day the Ara test score was 0 until the third day there was no increase in the Ara test value which was still 0. Mr. RA on the first day the Ara test value was 1, on the third day the Ara test value increased enough to be 2. On Mr. UT on the first day the Ara test value was 0, on the third day the Ara Test value was 1. Mr. AH on the first day the Ara test value was 0, on the third day the Ara Test value was still 0. Mr. MH on the first day the Ara test value was 1, on the third day the Ara Test value increased to 2. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, it was found that 5 respondents from the results of the study had the same complaint, namely experiencing weakness/hemiparesis of the upper extremities. Waste management is one thing that needs to be of concern to the community. Waste management is carried out as an effort so that waste does not pollute the environment and can be utilized so that it functions. Waste management in the community can be done through making compost that can be reused by the community. The goal of the composting process is to convert organic matter from household waste into compost that can be safely applied to fields without causing negative effects to either the soil or domesticated plants. The results of this compost are solid or liquid. Procurement of composters was carried out for the community in all hamlets of Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, East Java, by holding socialization and composting practices to provide education to all Bareng Village residents located at the Village Hall. Procurement of composters is carried out as an effort to increase knowledge about waste management through composters, so that people can make the most of household waste.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking water depots and to find aut the factors that influencer the performance of the Kupang City Health Office. This research is empirical juridikal in nature, namely capturing the legal provisions that apply and what is happening in this case interviews to obtain an overview of data related to research problems. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, namely by choose informants who are considered knowledgeable and trustworthy to be data sources. The results of this study are the influence of tasks and functions of the health office in supervicing drinking water depots, seen from the large number of depots that do not have official business permits. The peformance of the kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking  water depots is not good enough, and there is still a need for improvement in terms of productivity and also the need for member personnel to be equitablein monitoring activities.
