This research aims to examine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock value of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk during the 2019-2023 period. Using quantitative analysis with dependent data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the analysis shows that the company's DER was within a moderate range (35%-42%) throughout the study period. The results indicate a negative correlation between DER and stock prices; however, the effect is not significant when viewed partially. The decline in DER in 2023 reflects the company's efforts to strengthen its capital structure and reduce dependence on debt. These findings are expected to enhance investors' knowledge and support the company's operations in developing future financial and investment strategies.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

Although financial management is a vital life skill, many teenagers lack the knowledge and habits to make good financial decisions. This program aims to fix this by giving teens practical financial management skills and encouraging forward-thinking attitudes toward money. The primary goal is to help participants understand fundamental financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management. To ensure engagement and practical application, the program uses a mixed-methods approach by incorporating workshops, interactive activities, and real-life case studies. Key findings show that participants' capacity to create budgets, save regularly, and make wise financial decisions significantly improved after completing the program. Additionally, the seminars raised awareness of the significance of financial planning for long-term objectives like business or higher education. This effort has broad ramifications as it helps create a generation of financially educated people who are better equipped to handle financial difficulties and take advantage of opportunities in the future. Similar initiatives in communities and schools throughout the world can be built around this paradigm.

This study uses a Qualitative approach by comparing it with a descriptive method through secondary analysis by reviewing various literatures that are in accordance with the topic of discussion taken. This journal article was created with the aim of providing a deeper understanding of Generation Z's investment interests by explaining and presenting them comprehensively. This study reveals that Bibit has succeeded in capturing Generation Z's interest in investing in a simple way and in line with sharia values, without requiring large capital or in-depth financial knowledge. However, this study also highlights limitations, especially regarding the diversity of sharia products and the need for more in-depth training for beginners. The findings show that although Bibit plays an important role as a relevant sharia education and investment platform for Generation Z, there is still room for further development.

The background of this research focuses on the importance of understanding and executing effective hawalah to overcome the challenges faced by business actors, such as multiplying exchange rates and payment risks. The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of hawalah in business and identify the factors that influence its effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with business people and document analysis from related literature. The research results show that a deep understanding of the hawalah mechanism is very necessary, and information technology support has been proven to increase transaction efficiency and transparency. However, challenges related to data security and the lack of clear regulations are still obstacles. The discussion underscored the importance of education, collaboration with trusted financial institutions, and building trust between the parties involved in the transaction. Overall, hawalah has great potential to support economic growth, especially for small and medium businesses, with the right strategy and in-depth understanding. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of knowledge and business practices in the field of sharia economics.

Islamic economic thought experienced significant development during the Islamic Golden Age, with Muslim scholars making major contributions to global economic knowledge. During this period, thinkers such as Al-Farabi, Ibn Khaldun, and Al-Ghazali introduced concepts focused on justice, social welfare, and a balance between material and spiritual needs. Through the translation of scholarly works, many Islamic economic concepts were transmitted to Europe, which was experiencing intellectual stagnation during the Dark Ages. This influence helped revive interest in economic thought in the West, particularly during the Renaissance. However, following the Islamic Golden Age, a substantial gap emerged in economic thought development between the Islamic world and the West. As the West progressed through the Industrial Revolution and the rise of capitalism, Islamic economic thought faced a period of stagnation. This article examines the historical development of Islamic economic thought, the impact of knowledge transmission from the Islamic world to the West, and the relevance of Islamic economics in addressing modern economic challenges such as social inequality, financial crises, and the need for a more ethical and sustainable economic system.

This study aims to explore the role of families in supporting young entrepreneurs, which is often a determining factor in the success or failure of their business. Families can provide various forms of support, such as financial, emotional, knowledge, skills, and access to social networks that can accelerate business development. Using a qualitative research approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 8 young entrepreneurs in various business sectors in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that family support, both in the form of initial capital, knowledge guidance, and emotional motivation, has a significant role in increasing the confidence and resilience of young entrepreneurs. Nonetheless, some young entrepreneurs face challenges in convincing families who have a conservative view of entrepreneurship. This study indicates that the family is not only a provider of resources, but also as a psychological factor that can affect the success of young people's businesses. Therefore, the role of the family in young people's entrepreneurship needs to be strengthened through increased understanding and better support from the family.

This community service activity was carried out among the members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering in the Kampung Bali sub-district of Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City. The members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering have the potential to grow because the members or partners already have sewing skills or their own sewing businesses. This is a supporting factor in developing a cooperative. However, they are constrained by limited knowledge about the procedures for forming a cooperative, capital, and how to prepare cooperative financial reports. So far, the members of the Penjahit Sakinah sewing circle have been carrying out savings and loan activities, but the administrators still carry out savings and loan activities in a conventional manner, so they want to form a sharia savings and loan cooperative. Therefore, the Community Service Team from the Faculty of Economics and Business wants to conduct socialization and assistance activities for the formation of a sharia-based savings and loan cooperative. The method used is through direct socialization and assistance activities using the Excel application, followed by posting, adjusting journals, and reporting activities.
