The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of digitizing VAT fact sheets through the e-Faktur system in order to increase VAT sales revenue at PT. ABC. It is hoped that the digitization of tax invoices will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of tax administration and PKP thresholds. One of the data collection methods used is the qualitative descriptive method, which involves collecting data through observation and documentation. The findings of the study show that the implementation of e-Factur has successfully reduced the time needed to complete tax invoices from an average of seven days to two working days. In addition, the factorial error threshold decreased from 12% to 3%, indicating an increase in accuracy and efficiency. Increasing tax productivity at PT. ABC is also associated with ease of access and convenience in meeting tax requirements. Kegiatan penyuluhan digitalisasi Usaha Kecil Menengah Mikro (UMKM) berbasis website merupakan upaya pengomtimalisasian pemasaran produk-produk UMKM yang ada di Desa Karanglo Kabupaten Jomabang. Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi antara mahasiswa KKNT SDG’S UPNVJT dengan pihak UMKM dan perangkat desa. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempromosikan daya yang ada di desa Karanglo dan membuat website desa berupa literasi digital, pengelolaan website desa, pemahaman strategi pemasaran online (e-commerce) dan mengkomunikasikan UMKM untuk memberikan fungsionalitas produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan pemasaran digital dan  online bagi UMKM, dan  membantu UMKM di desa Karanglo di Kabupaten Jomban untuk mempromosikan produknya menggunakan website desa dan strategi pemasaran digital.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax incentive policies on taxpayer compliance at SMK Muhammadiyah 08 Medan, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. MSMEs have an important role in the national economy, but tax compliance is still a major challenge. The government through the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) Number 44 / PMK.03 / 2021 provides tax incentives in the form of final Income Tax (PPh) payments PP 23 for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the aim of easing the burden on business actors and increasing tax compliance. However, the implementation of this policy still faces obstacles, such as low taxpayer understanding of tax incentives and the tax digitalization process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The focus of the study is directed at the effectiveness of tax incentive policies and the implementation of tax digitalization on increasing MSME taxpayer compliance at SMK Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. The results of the study show that although tax incentives provide significant benefits for taxpayers, many MSME actors have not utilized them optimally due to the lack of socialization and understanding of this policy. In addition, the implementation of tax digitalization helps simplify the process of reporting and paying taxes, but MSMEs still face technical obstacles such as access to technology and digital knowledge. This study concludes that strengthening policy socialization, tax training, and increasing access to technology for MSMEs is needed to support the effectiveness of tax incentives and tax digitalization in increasing taxpayer compliance. These findings can be a basis for the government to improve tax policies that are oriented towards MSMEs.

MSMEs in Indonesia play an important role in building the country's economy. There are many obstacles in doing business, especially in MSMEs, such as experiencing a decrease in turnover to closing their business. One of the business hurdles faced is the lack of access to large markets and the lack of skills in utilizing digital technology to expand markets and increase income. The method used in this research is a mentoring method in the form of introducing digitalization in MSMEs. The stages of this mentoring activity begin with observation, interviews, and mentoring. Digital-based MSMEs are businesses that use digital technology, not only in the marketing sector but all business processes of these MSMEs. Digital-based MSMEs are a sector that is growing rapidly due to the adoption of information technology and the internet. The conclusion from the discussion above is the importance of assistance to micro businesses (MSMEs) in facing technological advances by using digitalization to increase sales. However, one of the challenges in this assistance is the lack of technological literacy and limited capital.

The community service program aims to improve branding capabilities in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the digital era, MSMEs face big challenges in marketing their products effectively. For this reason, this program is designed to provide comprehensive training and assistance in building a strong brand and an effective digital marketing strategy. Athakiela Kitchen, as one of the MSMEs in Wiyung District, has not yet carried out branding for its business. The focus of this service is to help Kitchen Athakiela MSMEs implement good branding using digital marketing. The service method used is through counseling and training on branding and digital marketing. The results obtained from this service were the creation of the Athakiela Kitchen branding by creating an MSME logo, product labels, banners and product photos. Athakiela Kitchen can also market its products through the Instagram account that has been created.

MSME traders in Mungkung Village consist of various businesses such as culinary, fashion, agribusiness and automotive. However, many of them do not understand technological advances, which hinder the economic development of local MSMEs. Some MSMEs do not have a logo or brand and only rely on local consumers. Life in Mungkung Village is still very traditional, Group 01 KKNT MBKM is aware of this backwardness and is trying to change it. Therefore, researchers intend to advance Mungkung village so that the village community is technologically literate. This research will focus on digitizing the marketing potential of Mungkung Village MSMEs through digital maps to increase their presence and accessibility. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the concepts of digitalization and marketing. This concept is relevant to what the author is researching. The result of this research is that the author succeeded in increasing the potential of MSMEs in Mungkung village by creating a digital map of MSMEs which can be accessed via an online platform.  This program also supports SDGs goal point 8, which relates to decent work and economic growth, by empowering MSMEs.

The reconstruction of the village park is an urgent need in strengthening local identity, improving the quality of life of the community and its environment. The location of the park located on the edge of the Janeng Dam in Mlorah Village is quite well maintained and there are trees that make the environment cool, but it lacks attractiveness because there are no vehicle facilities. The purpose of this community service activity is to achieve the SDGs indicators in order to create a healthier environment, support the digitalization of education, and preserve the environment. The method in implementing the activity is Participatory Action Research. The results of this park reconstruction and digitalization activity are park social media accounts and inorganic waste management into park facilities in the form of biopores, park direction signs, and playgrounds

The increasingly massive use of social media has opened up opportunities for the development of the business sector. This reality also provides opportunities for the growth and development of local products. One local brand that has developed quite well by utilizing social media, especially TikTok, is the Tenue de Attire brand. This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing brand awareness through creative content in TikTok Brand Tenue de Attire social media marketing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained using literature review techniques and official publications. Tenue De Attire's marketing strategy shows that they can use social media, especially TikTok, to increase brand awareness and introduce their products to the public. They managed to create a strong connection between the audience and the brand by focusing on creating engaging video content, especially by using adaptable ideas and following popular trends. Tenue De Attire uses an Inbound Marketing approach to direct TikTok users from the stage of attracting attention to the stage of becoming potential customers, by using interesting content to provide information about their products indirectly. Inbound marketing strategy has four stages, namely: Attract, Convert, Close and Delight. Using TikTok's Shop and Live features also helped them increase customer relations and sales. Therefore, Tenue De Attire has achieved success thanks to its innovative and smart marketing strategies.

In the digital era that continues to develop, digitalization is a crucial aspect for business transformation in various sectors, including the coffee shop industry. This study investigates the influence of digitalization on the coffeeshop business by taking a case study at AADK Malang. This research identifies the challenges and incentives faced by AADK in adopting digital technology, as well as its impact on an inclusive business environment. Through bibliometric analysis and case studies, it was found that digitalization provides significant benefits in the form of increased operational efficiency and expanded customer reach, but also raises challenges such as initial investment costs, data security and system integration. The results of this research are that the challenges faced in implementing digitalization include significant initial investment costs, system integration difficulties, employee training, data security, and changes in organizational culture. However, the drive to adopt inclusive business models through digitalization is also strong, including increased accessibility, better customer engagement, operational process optimization and market expansion

Companies today are faced with a variety of opportunities and threats. Entrepreneurs are starting to be pressured to innovate, minimize operational costs, and perform well in their business. An increase in sales can be said to be a series of activities to increase the release of products through buying and selling activities. This service aims to share a technology development to increase sales in the beret hat convection MSME business in Ngudi Hamlet, Punggul Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

Using digital marketing to increase sales of MSMEs, digital marketing has a very important role in increasing sales and income so they can access a wider market. Lack of understanding, skills and abilities in using digital technology is one of the obstacles experienced by MSME players. In this problem, the way to overcome the problems faced by MSME players is that training is provided on how to use digital applications, especially the WhatsApp business and Instagram applications to improve the abilities and skills of MSME players in using digital as a promotional media. The method used in this field work activity uses direct mentoring and training methods for MSME actors by implementing the stages of observation, interviews, planning, activities, activity processes, end of activities, and documentation. With the results, MSME players have begun to understand and understand how to manage and use the WhatsApp business and Instagram applications as media for promoting online sales of the goods they produce.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang faktor-faktor yang paling dominan dalam digitalisasi Fitur Layanan Islami pada Bank Syariah Indonesia cabang Renon Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan yang dipilih oleh nasabah Tabungan wadiah BSI cabang Renon Denpasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik diskriptik. Statistika deskriptif adalah metode-metode yang berkaitan dengan pengumpulan dan penyajian suatu data sehingga memberikan informasi yang berguna. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan digitalisasi fitur layanan Islami Bank Syariah Indonesia memberikan layanan Islami yang dapat diakses oleh nasabah seperti aplikasi jus amma, asmaul husna, pengingat waktu sholat serta layanan kalkulator kurban. Aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan oleh nasabah adalah aplikasi jus amma dan asmaul husna, karena dalam aplikasi ini nasabah dengan mudah membaca jus amma dan menghapal asmaul husna setiap saat tanpa kesulitan serta pengingat waktu sholat dan hikmah-hikmah lainnya seperti waktu sedekah. Digitalisasi layanan Islami Bank Syariah Indonesia dirasakan sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan motivasi kepada nasabah untuk selalu tepat waktu saat melaksanakan solat dan membaca alquran dalam rangka meningkatkan keimanan.

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight into relevant leadership skills, increase adaptability, and empower students to lead effectively in a dynamic work environment. The important target of the seminar Transforming the Digitalization Era in Shaping the Spirit of Leadership in Gen-Z and Millennials is all students of the Potensi Utama University, study program in preparing the younger generation to become adaptive, innovative, inclusive, and ethical leaders in the digital era. Through increased understanding of technology, development of leadership skills, formation of a collaborative spirit, expansion of professional networks, and ethical awareness, this seminar is expected to produce future leaders who are ready to face the complexities and opportunities offered by the modern world of work. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Several questions and answers about the material provided were held to facilitate all students in understanding and knowing more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of community service activities took place in the Hall Building B, University of Main Potential Medan starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, attended by 400 student participants from all study programs at the University of Main Potential both offline and online (zoom). Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are that students are expected to develop adaptive and innovative skills in accordance with the demands of the times, students will also be able to recognize and overcome the challenges of digitalization, as well as implement effective leadership strategies, In addition, this seminar aims to expand the professional network of participants, so that they can collaborate and share experiences with peers. Overall, the seminar is expected to produce young leaders who are ready to face the dynamics and complexities of the modern working world.

The aim of this research is to find out and describe RRI's reporting approach so that listeners remain interested in the era of digital broadcasting. Qualitative descriptive methodology is used in this research methodology. This research aims to discuss RRI's reporting strategy regarding Human Resources, Broadcast Hours, Target Audience, and Content. Data collection methods include documentation, library research, interviews, and observation. Based on research, RRI uses the following tactics to maintain listener interest: (1) developing listener-involving programs where listeners can convey and share information with the public, which is sometimes known as citizen journalism. (2), RRI broadcasts all day, every day. (3) RRI and Pusdiklat work together to produce featured reporter and presenter programs, as well as holding regular conversations with reporters and presenters in the field. The aim of this exercise is to improve the quality of reporters and presenters, whose job is to involve the audience directly. Apart from that, technology will also enter the digital era. (4) RRI developed three programs RRI Play, Be Young, and RRI 30 Seconds which are available for download from the Google Store and Appstore. This application is based on the Android and iOS operating systems.

Empowerment and development of local potential through digitalization has become the main focus in Medokan Semampir RW 03. This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.

In the current era, digital learning media began to be developed along with the rapid development of information technology. Educators are indirectly required to make adjustments to the development of information technology-based learning media. Gudang Teks is a Indonesian learning media program designed through the world wide web precisely on google-sites which is a place for storage of negotiation text materials. With this, this study was conducted to analyze information technology-based learning media on the use of LMS in the form of google-sites under the name "Text Warehouse" in the negotiation text learning process at the Class X high school level. The research methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive methods based on data analysis and literature studies. The development model used in research uses the type of research and development or Research and Development (R &D) with the 4-D development method developed by S. Thiagarajan and consists of 4 main stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The Text Warehouse is also analyzed using SWOT analysis in the form of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats so that they can be further evaluated and considered in their use. The results of the analysis show that the Text Warehouse is quite feasible to be used in the negotiation text learning process, especially in grade X high school students.

This study examines the ongoing process of transitioning archive storage systems to digital formats within both governmental and private organizations, with a specific focus on assessing the benefits and drawbacks associated with digital applications. Moreover, this study also compares various aspects of archive management between state and private companies, including archive storage principles, storage systems, equipment and supplies, recording systems, lending systems, maintenance and care, and manual archive evaluation. The study utilized a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. Information was gathered through interviews pertinent to the research objectives. Findings revealed both commonalities and distinctions in the management of archives between public and private enterprises. Both types of companies use digital systems for records management, but there are differences in the applications used. Private companies use an application called Dynamics AX, which has advantages in terms of flexibility and integration with other management systems, but also has disadvantages in terms of high costs and training needs. On the other hand, state companies use the West Java Electronic Document Information System (SIDEBAR), which is more focused on administrative needs and government documentation, and has advantages in terms of accessibility and regulatory compliance, but disadvantages in terms of limited features and technical support. A further comparison shows that record-keeping systems in private companies tend to be more modern with the use of the latest technology, while state companies are more conservative with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations and standards. The equipment and supplies used by private companies are more sophisticated, while state companies prioritize simplicity and cost efficiency. In terms of loan and maintenance systems, private companies have faster and more efficient procedures, while state companies have stricter and more organized procedures. In general, this study finds that the conversion of archives into digital formats brings considerable advantages to both state-owned and private companies, though each faces unique hurdles during the process. Ongoing assessment and adjustments to systems are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of record management across both sectors.

The increase in internet users based on the increasing need for the internet has led to an increase in the number of e-commerce users in Indonesia. The use of e-commerce for MSMEs can increase economic value, especially for MSMEs in Ambulu Village, which still use conventional methods. The potential for developing e-commerce in Ambulu Village is also supported by the large number of residents with the type of work as traders. Therefore, KKN Kolaboratif II in Ambulu Village is carried out in the form of outreach and assistance to MSMEs in Ambulu Village. The results of this activity are an understanding of the use of digital marketing materials for MSMEs with a percentage of 100%, creation of digital content with a percentage of 80%, and an interest in utilizing digitization into business units with a percentage of 100%.
