This research is about the analysis of ethical consumption of food and drinks (Study of students from the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty, Sharia Economics Study Program, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi). This research aims to find out more about the ethical patterns of student food and drink consumption and Islamic economic views regarding student food and drink consumption. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. The object of this research is students majoring in sharia economics, FEBI Class of 2019-2020. The data sources used are primary and secondary data using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that students' consumption ethics in fulfilling food or primary blindness (dhuriyat) are seen from the type of food they consume, the way they consume it and the quantity of food they consume is not fully in accordance with consumption ethics. In terms of ethics, most students do not pay attention to ethics and manners in consuming and from the five principles of Islamic consumption there is a gap between theory and practice. Based on the principle of simplicity, students consume excessively which can lead to wastage and waste. Meanwhile, students' moral principles do not follow the rules of etiquette and ethics set out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Most students do not apply this principle. Judging from the way they eat, they don't pay attention to consumption ethics based on what the prophet taught, and their habit of often throwing away rice and then leaving the environment dirty because they don't clean the place immediately after they consume food.

BACKGROUND Children require special attention as the nation's next generation who will become valuable assets for future development, so that quality human resources can be formed. The first five years of human life greatly influence a child's growth and development for the next stage, especially for physical growth and intelligence. One of the factors that influences the child's growth process is nutritional status which determines success in improving the quality of human resources (Nurrizka and Saputra, 2015). The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). From the results of the chi-square test, it was found that the p value was 0.001 or less than 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that Nutritional Parenting Patterns on Child Growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023

This article examines the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance welfare in developing countries. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. This community service and research aims to increase public awareness of the importance of improving parenting patterns in families and provide an understanding of the health impacts of early prostitution behavior deviations. In addition, the community is also given legal education so that the community knows the consequences of early prostitution. This community service was carried out for two days, where the first day was a seminar and the second day met and greeted the community directly from house to house so that the community could consult directly for free. Students of the BPI STAI YPIQ Baubau study program also helped smooth the process of counseling activities by dividing tasks, some were in charge of the event section, consumption, and documentation so that the activities ran smoothly. The facts found in the field turned out that the community was still not aware of the dangers of early prostitution and their literacy was still very low, so the community service efforts that researchers and several stakeholders involved did greatly helped the community to be aware and careful with the environment and technological tools that could lead children into early prostitution deviations.

Women have complicated bodies. Throughout their existence, they go through the anatomical, physiological, and reproductive development processes. From birth to adulthood, there occurs development, and as a woman, the body's organs develop flawlessly and entirely. In comparison to a male, a woman's body develops differently, especially in terms of the reproductive organs, genitalia, endocrine system, and skeleton. The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.
