Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is a high-value export commodity with strong demand in local and international markets. This shrimp species excels due to its adaptability, disease resistance, and delicious taste. However, white feces disease poses a serious threat, affecting the shrimp's digestive system, appetite, and growth. To prevent this, the recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) technology is a crucial innovation. This system maintains water quality and oxygen levels through continuous water and oxygen circulation, ensuring the health and productivity of vannamei shrimp.

Currently, technological advances are very rapid and sophisticated. It is not surprising that this progress is utilized by many sectors, both private and government. The government must use technology to develop more sophisticated and inventive government systems. One of them is a unique finger impression-based attendance method that is used to discipline employees in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the use of unique finger impressions is to discipline employees at the Malang Regency Transportation Service, how effective the use of unique finger impressions is to increase employee discipline, and the steps taken to improve employee discipline. This study is based on an inductive approach combined with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. According to Tangkilisan (2005: 141), there are four ways to evaluate effectiveness: target achievement, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility. By using unique finger impressions, employee discipline and organizational performance improve. However, there are several challenges, one of which is that employees continue to come for unique finger impressions rather than performance, which hinders them from completing tasks on time. One of the efforts made by the Malang Regency Transportation Service is to carry out direct supervision from the leadership and apply disciplinary penalties objectively and according to procedures. The author suggests improving or updating unique fingerprint scanning machine technology, especially the sensitivity of the scanner in reading fingerprints, and adding one unit of unique fingerprint scanning machine

With the rapid expansion of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), integrating devices, machines, and systems to optimize operations and enable data-driven decision-making, ensuring robust security measures is essential. While blockchain has shown the potential to upgrade traditional authentication methods in IIoT environments, vulnerabilities persist. This paper introduces two innovative methods to enhance blockchain-based authentication in IIoT: first, integrating AI-driven anomaly and threat detection into the blockchain authentication scheme; second, implementing Ethereum smart contracts for enhanced authentication with a two-factor authentication (2FA) system and GFE algorithms. By combining AI for anomaly detection with decentralized smart contracts and blockchain-based 2FA, and leveraging GFE algorithms to enhance blockchain capabilities, the proposed scheme aims to significantly fortify security measures. This integration offers a resilient defense against evolving threats, ensuring transparency, adaptability, and heightened security in IIoT applications.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) faces various challenges in ensuring secure communication, authentication, and data integrity due to its distributed nature and evolving threat landscape. To address these issues, this paper proposes the integration of blockchain authentication as a robust solution to enhance security and reliability in IIoT networks. By leveraging Federated Learning with blockchain technology, the proposed solution aims to improve authentication mechanisms by training models across multiple edge devices, increasing fault tolerance, and adaptability while reducing the risk of single points of failure. The use of blockchain technology ensures a tamper-proof and transparent ledger for securely storing authentication data and model updates, enhancing security and integrity in IIoT networks. The results and analysis demonstrate that the integration of Federated Learning and blockchain technology effectively addresses interoperability issues, performance optimization concerns, and security vulnerabilities within IIoT networks, offering a more efficient, secure, and scalable authentication alternative.

This research presents an in-depth analysis of various types of English syllables, including closed, open, vowel-consonant-e, vowel team, r-controlled, and consonant-le syllables. Each type of syllable has unique characteristics that contribute to the structure and pronunciation of words in English. Closed syllables produce short vowel sounds due to the ending consonant, while open syllables result in long vowel sounds due to the ending vowel. Vowel-consonant-e syllables involve a vowel followed by a consonant and a silent 'e,' which lengthens the vowel sound. Vowel team syllables consist of two vowels that together produce a single vowel sound, while r-controlled syllables involve a vowel followed by the letter 'r,' which alters the vowel sound. Consonant-le syllables, typically found at the end of words, provide a distinctive rhythm and flow. This study demonstrates that a theoretical understanding of syllable types has significant implications for phonics instruction and language education. Phonics instruction based on syllable patterns can enhance reading fluency and spelling proficiency. The analysis also reveals phonological diversity in English, reflecting the language's adaptability and complexity. Understanding syllable structures also provides insights into how the brain processes language, which is crucial for developing effective language teaching strategies.
