PT. ABC is a manufacturing company whose production line is railroad components. In the production process, there is backtracking in the production process so that the production process is less efficient. The purpose of this research is to compare the initial material handling layout mileage with the proposed layout. This study uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method to determine the layout proposals that will be provided with the help of Blocplan software. From the proposed layout, the total distance traveled for the passenger seat production process is 402.8 meters and at 277.8 meters the difference is 125 meters.

Ekspansi industri minyak dan gas di Indonesia menyebabkan sejumlah masalah lingkungan, yang berdampak buruk pada operasi perusahaan. Salah satu pendekatan untuk memperbaiki masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan strategi Green SCM yang efektif. PT. ABC adalah salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas yang belum berhasil mengimplementasikan ide Green SCM, dan sebagai akibatnya, kebocoran pipa pada proses produksi perusahaan telah mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan yang cukup besar. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, para peneliti berangkat untuk menilai efektivitas program manajemen rantai pasokan hijau (SCM) dalam tingkat performansi nya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode skoring yang disebut Green SCOR yang mencakup pembobotan AHP dan OMAX. Sebanyak tujuh belas indikator kinerja utama (KPI) dihasilkan oleh lima model Green SCOR yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan data (plan, source, make, delivery, dan return). Ada 17 indikator kinerja utama, dengan tiga warna merah, dua warna kuning, dan dua belas warna hijau. Dengan skor akhir 6,754 pada tingkat kinerja Green SCM, nilai ini masuk dalam kategori kuning, yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mendekati target, (rata-rata), atau pencapaian, namun indikator kinerja tersebut belum terpenuhi.

Penelitian ini bertrujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian baterai ABC pada PT. Everbright Medan, (2) untuk mengetahui apakah terhadap pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian baterai ABC pada PT. Everbright Medan, (3) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian baterai ABC pada PT. Everbright Medan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner atau angket yang di bagikan kepada konsumen dan pelanggan baterai ABC pada PT. Everbright Medan analisis data menggunakan uji regrei linear berganda pada statistic deskriptif. Pengelolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 25,0 for windows. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,013, citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh signfikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, kualitas produk dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000.    

This activity emerged from the inspiration and desire of the writers to improve the English language skills of students in the neighborhood where the writers live, namely neighborhood V, Sei Putih Barat sub-district, Medan Petisah District, North Sumatra Province, who basically still have difficulties in understanding the language. English, especially in the Vocabulary aspect, is why the authors held this activity with the hope that students will have good knowledge after participating in this activity. Community Service (PKM) is an integral aspect of community progress and sustainable development. By actively engaging in community-based initiatives, individuals, organizations and institutions contribute to addressing social problems, building trust and fostering social cohesion. This activity involved around 20 students ranging in age from 8 - 12 years. This activity will be carried out for around 3 days, namely 17 – 19 November 2022 with a duration of 90 minutes/session. The song titles used are (1) Hokey Pokey, (2) 10 little Indians, (3) Head shoulders knees and toes, (4) Bingo, (5) Good Morning, (6) ABC, (7) Old Mc Donald had a farm, (8) London bridge is falling down, (9) There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, (10) There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, (11) 10 green bottles, (12) If you 're happy and you know it. After carrying out this activity, the students showed an increase in vocabulary, it was seen that they were able to fill in the blanks to complete the song after listening to it several times.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

     Pendidikan karakter dalam institusi pendidikan baik formal maupun non-formal diharapkan menjadi solusi dekadensi moral anak bangsa. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an merupakan Lembaga yang dijadikan oleh kelompok yang berasal dari unsur masyarakat yang menjalankan pendidikan non-formal berbasis keagamaan Islam. Permasalahan yang diamati adalah bagaimana dampingan terhadap pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini, dan problematika dalam proses pengelolaan TPA/TPQ di kampung Sadong Juru Mudi. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penguatan peran TPQ dalam Pendidikan karakter religius dan internalisasi pendidikan karakter religius. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ABCD (aset-based comunnity development) yaitu sebuah paradigma dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Setelah diadakannya penyuluhan dari bapak kadis DBD, PP/PA mengenai dampingan dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak dini menuju bina keluarga balita menyampaikan kepada ustadzah TPA Istiqomah untuk terus menjalankan pengajian di TPA/TPQ Istiqomah dalam membangun generasi Islami pada anak desa Sadong Juru Mudi.

Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.
