Abstract According to Bruce Lliyd, the capital market acts as a liaison between investors and companies and government agencies through trading long-term instruments such as bonds, stocks, etc. Students as agents of change and the driving force of technological industry progress must have broad insights into financial management, and control that also pays attention to the potential for income in the form of investment. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the capital market and how to manage investments properly and correctly, to students of the Sharia Banking Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. So it is hoped that with the implementation of this seminar, students will be able to understand the capital market and how to manage investments, and can implement them in their lives in the future. The development of business circumtances that always changes, leads companies to have competitive advantages in efficiency and effectivity. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. It can be concluded that if all of four dimensios, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact could be felt by employees, then empowerment can go through well as well as make a company success in face against a tight of market competition.

Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa is a cemetery managed by the Gotong Royong Social Foundation, has been using infographics in promotional media in the form of brochures, catalogs and business cards since 2017. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using infographics in promotional media. The EPIC model is used as a method to determine the effectiveness of infographics in the promotional media that have been used, using the indicators of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were people who had used the services of Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa. The results of this study indicate that the use of infographics in promotional media is very effective, with an EPIC index score of 3.38 indicating that the decision scale is very effective. While the tabulation of the EPIC and EPIC Rate dimensions indicated that the four dimensions of the EPIC model (empathy, persuasion, impact and communication) had a value greater than the minimum value of Very Effective of 3.25. This research can be used by stakeholder are related to cooperatives and UMKM, regarding the perspective of the use of infographics in promotional media that has proven to be effective, through the use of infographics to display products or services in promotional media for the cooperative development and UMKM.

The growth rate of internet users in recent years has increased very rapidly and is growing rapidly. This triggers the creation of a new business model in the form of a marketplace that is used to buy and sell goods. This study aims to load an online store that is simple and lightweight but can meet the needs of sellers who use this website. Application development uses methods while the prototype in modeling the application uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The research is expected to produce a web-based marketplace application that facilitates the transaction process of consignment providers and consumers at the Indonesian Helmet Shop. Furthermore, the design of this messaging service application prototype still needs to be developed in terms of user interface and user experience so that consumers can be more comfortable in transacting.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. One of the problems faced by MSMEs Dapoer Cesky is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of branding, they do not have a good entrepreneurial spirit and they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, namely surveys and designing logos and supergraphics. It is important for MSMEs players to understand that the branding of a product is the single most important factor to ensure its successful use by the general public or other target markets. This is because according to marketing techniques, branding functions as a means to evoke positive consumer perceptions.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.

There has been a lot of rapid growth in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in recent years. MSMEs are critical to the overall health of the national economy. They are responsible for creating jobs and generating profits, which in turn helps support other parts of the economy. The development of MSMEs is hoped to reduce the unemployment rate, which will result in an increase in people's purchasing power and growth in the country's economy. The purpose of the study is to see an overview of how business motivation and performance and the impact of business motivation on the performance of business actors. The population is 461 business actors. The sampling technique using the Slovin Formula was obtained by a sample of 81 people. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive and verificatif analysis consisting of regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis show that business motivation has a score of 81.36 which means that business actors have excellent business motivation with the lowest score on the expectation indicator and the highest score on the intensive indicator. As for the Business Performance variable, it has a score of 69.52 which means that business actors already have good business performance with the lowest score on the indicator of increasing sales and the highest score on the indicator of increasing profits. The results of the verificative  analysis Business motivation has a significant effect on business performance in the Sukaregang Kulit Industry Center, Garut Regency. Good business motivation is needed to support business performance.

Data menyebutkan bahwa Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar dengan angka sekitar 61 persen. Direktur Pembinaan Pengelolaan Keuangan BLU Kementrian Keuangan, Ary Wahyuni dari jumlah tersebut kontribusi UMKM menyerap tenaga kerja mencapai 97 persen. Dalam menjalankan program Community Development, mahasiswa ESQ Business School berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas daripada UMKM dengan cara bekerjasama dengan IWAPI Jakarta Timur. IWAPI merupakan Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia, dalam hal ini kami bekerjasama dengan IWAPI di daerah Jakarta Timur. Kami memilih IWAPI sebagai organisasi yang kami ajak bekerjasama dikarenakan legalitas organisasi tersebut dan juga feedback dari organisasi tersebut yang kami nilai sangat baik dari segi komunikasi dan kerjasama lainnya, khususnya Tji Liwoeng Coffee. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukannya proses Re-Branding dengan meningkatkan brand awareness. Tujuan utumanya dari Re-branding sendiri adalah untuk memperbaruhi sebuah brand yang telah ada agar menjadi lebih baij dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat mood board yang sesuai dengan permintann dari pemilik. Maka dari itu dengan adanya Re-branding terhadap Tji Liewoeng Coffee ini meningkatkan engagement dan juga pendapatan. Kelebihan dari Re-branding adalah memberikan potensi yang lebih menonjol terhadap kompetitor. Dalam melakukan kegiatan ini juga ditemukan perbedaan diantara dunia kuliah dan pekerjaan.

Tempe chips are a product that is liked by the community, besides being delicious, nutritious, affordable prices are also easy to obtain. This housing business is widely cultivated, in addition to materials that are around the business location, the production process is relatively simple, the capital is not large, the market share is wide open. So it is not surprising that in the development of the Sumber Agung Home Industry, it faces competition, especially in product marketing. This is because in determining the selling price of Sumber Agung, it should be based on the cost of production which is calculated accurately. This has not been able to be done. So far, Sumber Agung has not carried out the process of making the cost of production in business. The FE Unisri Service Team tries to provide assistance in making production prices so that Sumber Agung can set an accurate selling price so that they can compete in selling products. With the determination of the cost of production, Sumber Agung can always develop real expenditures from its production costs in the form of: raw material costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs.

This study aims to describe the improvement of elderly health that has been carried out at the Jawa Jawa Kramas Christian Church, Semarang City. Most of the elderly in the church are elderly women who are still active in domestic activities and micro/small economic businesses. Based on the action plan to improve the health of the elderly, it is carried out with integrated data on the elderly, the establishment of elderly institutions, capacity building for health cadres and the implementation of health checks as a promotive step and basic services to the Tembalang Community Health Center. In its development, efforts have brought results and have received appreciation from the church and the surrounding community.

But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

Inventory of goods that are not right cause some losses in terms of time and also costs, it is necessary to have a forecasting system. Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

Wonorejo Village, which is located in the Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, is one of the central villages for convection products, almost 75% of the population is entrepreneurs in the convection business, the decline in turnover has been very significant since the Covid 19 pandemic in mid-2020, the most affected is in the product marketing process. company results. Initial efforts to restore the economy and increase the bargaining power of the Village have been carried out by initiating development into a Convection Tourism Village. The steps that have been taken are to carry out an inventory of convection throughout the village and develop a marketplace, the results obtained are that 80 convection businesses have been recorded and an e-commerce web has been created whose address is wisatakonveksi.com, as a follow-up to this effort is to conduct sales process training and socialize the existence of this marketplace.
