E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are observation, literature, articles, journals, scientific research and sites on the internet. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a public service unit, one of which is the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, of course it is required to provide optimal service to the community. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

The development of technology today has become something that is universal and can be used in various human lives. One of them is in business. In today's era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality in service. In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

This study uses Literature Review research with the results of research that management strategies are oriented towards developing macro strategies such as product strategy development, pricing implementation strategies, acquisition strategies, market development strategies, financial and other strategies. The steps of strategy management include: internal and external environment scanning (Internal &; External Scanning), Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Function Control and Evaluation.

Environmental Management System (EMS) is one of the tools that can be used in environmental management. Slaughterhouses (RPH) are facilities, where animals are slaughtered for consumption as food products. This practice aims to assess and identify the current suitability/conditions at Jone Slaughterhouse (RPH) to the implementation of the Environmental Management System from ISO clause 14001. Practice shows that there are several documented ISO 14001 clauses such as organization (clause 4), Leadership (clauses 5.1, 5.3), planning (clause 6.1.3), support (clause 7.1), and performance evaluation (clause 9.1.2).This practice aims to analyze and identify the current suitability / conditions at Jone Slaughterhouse (RPH) to the implementation of the Environmental Management System from ISO clause 14001 to the operations of RPH Jone.This practice is useful as a study and information material as well as a study for interested parties to take concrete steps or policies in the development of the slaughterhouse business (RPH) based on the ISO 1400 Environmental Management System

Customer satisfaction is one of the factors or measures of success for any development in a business. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. The population in this study are registered clients from 2021, which are 56 clients. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on service quality, corporate image and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing. Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing.

The development of technology, information and communication resulted in the globalization of the world which took place quickly and dynamically. Globalization brings changes in various everyday issues such as social, monetary, and cultural. Especially in the economic field which has major consequences for changes in the governance of business cooperation and competition as well as the duties of governments in various parts of the world. Therefore, this requires business people to continue to innovate in the face of increasingly fierce competition, because competition does not only come from local business competition but has penetrated world associations. The components that drive this paper are to analyze and find out the understanding and what are the scopes faced by business people in entering the world of global marketing, which is to help the world export and import between countries. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the method used in writing this scientific work is to use the library study method. Where researchers look for discussion material from the internet and books obtained from the official website and other supporting documents. Through this research, it is hoped that problems or obstacles from the marketing strategy used and alternative solutions to existing problems can be identified to achieve a better performance improvement.

Based on the observations of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors in Koto Baru, Solok Regency, in general these MSMEs are not optimistic in running their business, it can be seen from the many business owners who are not confident to compete, most of them think they are not able to compete with other UMKM who have run their business first. business, when in fact the products they have can compete and can even be better if they can be managed properly and lack of knowledge and skills about business management and the use of technology, including licensing issues, administrative problems and other simple bookkeeping. The aim is to find out how the competencies and characteristics of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Koto Baru are.This research was carried out at the new Koto UMKM with the address at Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study is primary through the distribution of questionnaires regarding the competence and characteristics of entrepreneurship on business development. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling, as many as 70 people.The results show that partially entrepreneurial competence has a positive effect on business development, the t-count value is greater than t-table, namely 5.041> 1.9954, and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive effect on business development. t table is 4.092 > 1.9954 and the value is  significant 0.000 <0.05. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 14,642 and the Ftable value is 3,13. This states that simultaneously or simultaneously competence and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive effect on the development of the Koto Baru UMKM business.

Therefore, as a businessman and company, the use of social media is also something that is effectively implemented in marketing activities and then becomes one of the factors for increasing industry and production. So this research is present to see how the use of social media as a driving force for global marketing to increase promotion, in this study the focus of research is social media tikTok.

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.

This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to promote ethical business practices within the evolving landscape of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research aims to elucidate the current state of AI integration, its impact on ethical considerations, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study adopts a qualitative approach, employing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in digital marketing and AI development. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in public service while supporting local economic empowerment through the implementation of a campus bazaar based on local wisdom. The program was conducted at the Lancang Kuning Dumai College of Administrative Sciences and involved lecturers, students, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the general public. A participatory and practical approach was employed, allowing students to actively engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the bazaar activities. The results indicate that students gained hands-on experience in delivering professional public services, managing business activities, and promoting products rooted in local wisdom. Meanwhile, local MSMEs benefited from increased sales and expanded marketing networks. This program strengthens the synergy between higher education institutions and the community in fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic development.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

Women have complicated bodies. Throughout their existence, they go through the anatomical, physiological, and reproductive development processes. From birth to adulthood, there occurs development, and as a woman, the body's organs develop flawlessly and entirely. In comparison to a male, a woman's body develops differently, especially in terms of the reproductive organs, genitalia, endocrine system, and skeleton. The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the Marketing Management course to increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up Business and the factors that can increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up business. The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application.
