This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs

These factors include education, motivation, practical experience, and social support from universities. In addition, this research also identifies relevant business opportunities that can support students in their entrepreneurial preparation. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence and business opportunities on students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. In facing the complexity of globalization, Indonesia as a country rich in cultural diversity and traditions faces challenges in maintaining its national identity. Cultural diplomacy is identified as a crucial instrument in enhancing national resilience through mutual understanding, respect for diversity, and strengthening national identity. This article discusses the diplomatic role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in managing cultural differences and describes how cultural diplomacy is a vital element in national defense, in accordance with Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning national defense. The case study of cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea through the Hallyu phenomenon illustrates the impact of cultural diplomacy on the economy, politics and society. This research uses normative juridical research methods or also called library research. The data collection is done secondarily, involving primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, such as laws, books, journals, and related articles. The results show that in the midst of global cultural changes, cultural diplomacy is also faced with challenges, including multidimensional threats involving physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, the integration of cultural diplomacy in national security policy is essential to maintain cultural diversity and national identity.

This study aims to conduct a literature review of the results of research on the marketing strategy of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative-descriptive approach, to published journal articles from 2020-2023 obtained from the Google Scholar database on Islamic banking marketing strategies. The results of the discussion of the Systematic Literature Review show that marketing strategy has a very important role in the increasingly fierce competition in Islamic banking by implementing various strategies that can be used for the development of Islamic banking products in Indonesia.

This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Economic development will have an impact on changes in the economic structure towards a better stage, so that socio-economic aspects in society can be seen in the form of reduced poverty, unemployment, and increased people's purchasing power. Unstable economic growth has resulted in Indonesia still being in the middle income zone, therefore the participation of all elements of the government, society and the banking sector is no exception. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large. Especially in the Islamic economy, Islamic banking seeks to accelerate economic growth by carrying out financial, commercial and investment activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Islamic banks are not only banks that eliminate the interest system in their operations but also carry out social welfare oriented roles. The Islamic banking industry has a strategic role in the development of the people's economy, contributing to transforming the economy into productive, value-added and inclusive economic activities.

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic education in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. The study involves a literature review by exploring research findings and relevant articles, and identifying implications for the field of education. The results indicate that Islamic education plays a significant role in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. In the context of the digital era, Islamic education not only teaches religious values but also involves the learning of ethics and morality for students. This study reveals that Islamic education can teach students about moral values, develop digital ethics, and foster spiritual awareness in the use of technology. The implications of this study include curriculum development that encompasses ethical and moral aspects of technology use, teacher training in teaching digital ethics and responsible technology use, and partnerships with parents in shaping students' characters in the digital era. This research is important to be known and understood by educational institutions and teachers so they can develop effective strategies in shaping responsible, ethical, and integrity-based characters of students in this digital era. In a connected and digitalized era, it is crucial to integrate Islamic moral and ethical values into education to enable students to use technology wisely and responsibly.

This article aims to analyze the legal institutions of grants so that readers will know what the true meaning of grants is, know the arguments in the grant law, know the pillars of grants and know the terms of grants. And later readers will be able to find out examples of grant letters and how to practice grant law in everyday life. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Library Research, namely data taken from journals, books, documents and online literature. This research data technique comes from books, journals and scientific articles related to grant legal institutions. Data analysis in this research uses Content Analysis technology, namely classifying or grouping data separately regarding the discussion of several ideas or ideas of educational figures, then describing, discussing and criticizing them. Additionally, classify similar data and critically analyze the content to obtain specific and adequate results.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the analysis of employee welfare at the Head Office of the Director General of Taxes, South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. This qualitative research was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the South Jakarta tax head office has carried out all existing management stages or cycles, but not all welfare in the prosperous life cycle has been well maintained. This can be seen from the extensive work and information system changes carried out by tax office employees.  

This research aims to analyze customer protection in sharia banking and conventional banking. This research includes descriptive qualitative research in the nature of library research. Literature sources used in this research include academic textbooks, scientific journals, research articles related to sharia banking and conventional banking. The results of this research show that: 1) Sharia banking operates with Islamic sharia principles, placing special emphasis on the concepts of justice, transparency and loss prevention for customers; 2) Conventional banking focuses on interest and profitability systems. Although both have the main goal of protecting customer assets, the methods and approaches they use differ significantly. This research describes the key aspects of both systems, examines the principles underlying them, and provides insight into how they offer protection to customers' assets. This study is important to carry out in order to add to the study of sharia banking and conventional banking, especially the scarcity of themes that discuss banking.

This research aims to explore how talent management impacts employee retention. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approach with literature review as the data collection method, so the data obtained is secondary data. Based on the 10 research articles that have been collected, talent management strategy influences employee retention, which is also related to employee satisfaction and engagement in an organization. The results showed that employee satisfaction and employee engagement positively influence employee retention. Employee satisfaction and involvement can be in the form of work fields that match their skills and knowledge, compensation given in accordance with workload, superior leadership and organizational culture, supervisor support and attention, as well as supportive communication in the work environment. The conclusion is that it is important for organizations to implement effective talent management strategies in managing their employees.

In the second quarter of 2020, Commercial Courts in Indonesia handled 132 bankruptcy cases. In the first semester of 2020, the number of bankruptcy cases handled by the Commercial Court in Indonesia increased to 233 cases, including 43 cases handled by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court. The aim of bankruptcy is basically to provide a solution to the parties if the Debtor stops paying/is unable to pay his debts. Bankruptcy prevents/avoids unfair actions that can harm all parties, namely: avoiding execution by creditors and preventing fraud by the debtor himself. Bankruptcy is a legal institution that has an important function, namely as the realization of two important articles in the Civil Code regarding the debtor's responsibility for the obligations carried out, namely Articles 1131 and 1132. This research aims to determine the validity of the bankruptcy petition submitted by workers to the compliance company. his rights. This research uses normative juridical legal research methods. In this research, what is emphasized is the aspect of law application which is carried out integrally with morality. The research results show that a worker's bankruptcy petition is a petition submitted by workers or labor unions to the commercial court to declare the company where they work bankrupt. A worker's bankruptcy application can be filed if the company does not pay wages, allowances and other rights that should be paid to workers.

The purpose of this SLR is to review the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance variables, or job performance, in a company or organization. This SLR research uses the PRISMA method as a data analysis technique. This study examined and reviewed 35 journal articles that were published in the 2019–2023 period, and then researchers filtered topics and sub-topics using the Emerald database. ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Taylor & Francis From this database, 50 eligible journal articles were obtained, then filtered again, and the results were 35 eligible journal articles, which the researchers included in this systematic literature review journal article. The results of this analysis show that almost 35 journal articles state that job satisfaction will influence employee performance, which is influenced by several other factors, such as work environment, work motivation, and commitment.

This community service was carried out for students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon Paya Tumpi, Takengon-Bireuen Road, Pinangan Village. The problem faced has not been done education and strengthening understanding of the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The purpose of the study was to examine the extent of understanding of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon students as Generation Z to be able to have the ability to understand the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The method used is qualitative research through surveys, preparation, coordination and implementation of community service activities. The result of the research is that students can understand the meaning of the articles of the 1945 Constitution. By understanding the articles of the 1945 Constitution, it can foster a sense of nationalism, love for the country and the spirit of patriotism among Generation Z, especially students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon.

The results of this research are that conflict can originate from differences in personality, interactions, structural levels, cultural and ideological differences. In general, the symptoms behind the occurrence of conflict are disagreements between members of groups or organizations, norms that conflict with each other and conflicting actions between groups or organizations. The causes of conflict include communication, personality, limited resources, goals. inconsistent and so on.

The method in this research is a qualitative method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach where this writing examines statutory regulations and examines legal concepts contained in the articles contained in legal regulations, especially regarding the role of notaries in determining rights and responsibilities. the heir's responsibility from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case, the Notary has an important role in a will because they ensure its legality, validity and execution in accordance with the law. Domestic violence (KDRT) is a serious problem that requires appropriate legal handling. This article aims to analyze aspects of criminal law in dealing with cases of domestic violence. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from various trusted sources such as journals, articles and other sources. The results of the analysis show that handling cases of domestic violence must be carried out firmly and fairly in accordance with applicable criminal law. Apart from that, prevention efforts also need to be made through education and outreach to the public about the importance of respecting human rights and avoiding acts of domestic violence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to law enforcement and overcoming cases of domestic violence in Indonesia.

Workshop on managing e-journals for study programs at AAL using OJS carried out together with the Publica team from the State University of Malang, the AAL PPM team, and the AAL study program journal management team. The materials for this study program's e-journal management workshop include OJS Guide, Aims and Scope, Mendeley, Scientific Publication Ethics, DOAJ: How to Apply, Article Metadata, Layouting & Creating Templates, Editorial Board, Author Guideline, Call for Paper & Author treatment, and Applications for Writing Scientific Articles. The study program management team carried out the application of the workshop materials in the form of preparing several accounts for OJS, namely: author, editor, reviewer, and copyeditor, re-evaluating the objectives and scope of the study program's scientific journals, using the Mendeley application as a bibliography preparation application, using the Turnitin application to check plagiarism as a form of scientific publication ethics, forming a team of editors and reviewers in journals with the composition required in DOAJ, creating journal article templates, applying several related AI and making it easier to prepare scientific articles. Suggestions for strategies to optimize the management of study program e-journals, related to improving the quality of lecturers' research and publications, namely: providing workshops on lecturers' research from expert sources, providing both moral and material support for lecturers' research activities, socializing several AI applications that can make it easier for someone to write research, and appoint and order in the form of an Order (SP) lecturers to carry out research.  

Background: Cyberbullying is a term known in the world of bullying involving technology which uses the internet. Mitigation is reduction, prevention or can be said to be the process of seeking various preventive actions to minimize the negative impact of disasters that will occur. Resilience has to do with how individuals overcome difficulties and unpleasant conditions in their lives. Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. It turns out that there are still many who think that cyberbullying is normal. Objective: The phenomenon of problems, efforts that have been implemented, weaknesses or shortcomings of efforts, and solutions to solving cyberbullying problems that occur in Indonesia. Methods: This review uses a method containing reviews, summaries, and thoughts of the author from several literature sources (articles, journals, books, information) on the topic discussed. Preparation of this article through google scholar. The result of this paper is a literature review of the research. Results: The results of this literature study prove that it is important to prevent cyberbullying to adolescents. One way is through the provision of health education, pre test and post test. The goal is that adolescents know about what cyberbullying is from understanding, types, impacts, and prevention of cyberbullying.    

Based on the results of a survey by Kurious and Populix, a healthy lifestyle starting to become a focus and trend in Indonesia. These surveys reveal people's understanding of healthy food, with the problems that arise. Even though many people understand its benefits, there is still a gap between understanding and healthy practices, especially among the productive age group (25-44 years). Difficulty maintaining consistency in a healthy eating pattern is a challenge faced. The solutions provided from the survey results show that 64 percent of Indonesian people use healthy catering services to maintain consistent healthy lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the idea of developing the YumHealth startup emerged to help people start eating better, with a focus on catering services and delivery service features, nutritional consultations, education through articles,and a BMI calculator. This research will focus on implementing these features using a Design Thinking approach and testing using the Usability Testing method. Apart from that, the potential of the online market in Indonesia is also an encouragement to develop this application. This research aims to provide adequate solutions to existing problems and improve user experience. Based on the results of Usability Testing with 30 respondents, the final result was 71.5, which means the application prototype is in a good grade. The testing results also provide suggestions such as the use of typography (fonts), and visualization in education, as well as adding features such as guide pages and TDEE calculators.
