This study aims to determine the comparison of the soundness level of PT.  Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk based on Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.13/1/PBI/2011 concerning Assessment of Commercial Bank Validity Level using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Eaming and Capital). The period used in his research was 5 years, starting from 2018 to 2022. The type of research used is descriptive research kualitative. The data obtained is in the form of secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.  This study used an assessment method based on the calculation of each variable. Risk Profile assessment uses Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratios. Good Corporate Governance uses the results of Self Assessment of GCG implementation that has been published by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Earnings valuation uses the ratio of Return On Asset (ROA) and Operating Expense Against Operating Income (BOPO).. Capital uses the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of research and data analysis using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital) methods can be concluded that PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk received a Composite Rating of 1 (PK-1) with the predicate "Very Healthy". This is evidenced by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk obtaining an average composite value of 97.33% and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk of 94.00% for the past 5 years. So it is proven that PT Bank Central Asia has a higher performance than PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Language validation aims to determine the accuracy of the use of language in the module. It is intended that the information to be conveyed by the module can be conveyed clearly to the reader. This research was conducted to determine the language validity of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) physics module on vector material to find out how appropriate it was for X grade students in high school. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive research method. By using a research procedure that was calculating the validation results obtained, then providing the criteria and categories of the percentage of the results of the assessment of the validity value. From the results of this study, the overall value of language validation was obtained, namely 81.25% with a very decent category.

This study aims to find out about the form of gender equality within the scope of student organizations of the Sociology Education Student Legislature. This research has several problem formulations, namely 1. How do Student legislators view gender roles in the Student legislature? As well as his participation and contribution. 2. What are the obstacles to running for president of the Student Legislature? This study used a qualitative descriptive method with source triangulation as data validity. Data were obtained through observations and interviews conducted in each member of the Sociology Education Student Legislature. The results showed that from all organizations there was a majority of women as leaders of the organization, while women served as members. In this study, it can be seen that women dominate the running of the Student Legislature, in contrast to other campus government organizations that are more dominated by men.

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

This research is entitled "Inculcation of Character Education in PAI Learning in SMP N 12 Palembang". This study aims to determine the inculcation of character education in PAI learning in schools and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in inculcating character education in PAI learning in schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using method triangulation and source trianulation. In this study it was found that pie learning at this school was carried out face-to-face where previously it was done online. So that the findings in this study are PAI teachers find that students' technological abilities are getting better. But sometimes in the learning process sometimes become lazy and not disciplined with time. So that in PAI learning at school, PAI teachers instill four positive values ​​in learning that will have an impact on student character. The four values ​​are honesty, discipline, hard work and wisdom.

The purpose of this study: to analyze the time allocation and the theme of the choice of implementation of the P5 independent curriculum and to analyze the principles, benefits, design implementation and management strategy of the P5 independent curriculum at SD Marsudirini Gedangan, Semarang. The method is qualitative with a case study approach, research data uses primary data, data collection techniques by observation, observation, recording observations, and structured interviews, data validity techniques by triangulation of data sources. The findings are that the independent learning curriculum is quite fun and does not make it difficult for teachers and students at SD Marsudirini Gedangan. Uncertainty was felt when the teachers did not know the process for implementing the main harvest in December 2022 and there was no BOS allocation fund to support project implementation. The implication of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of a fun independent learning curriculum, so that in the 2023/2024 academic year schools are increasingly ready to implement the full learning independent curriculum

Overconfidence and Investment Decision are very important instruments for individuals, especially investors in the capital market. Overconfidence is the first step if an individual wants to invest, because every investment instrument carries risks. If they have a confident attitude, they will dare to take risks. Investment decisions are very important in investment instruments. Individuals must be able to analyze portfolios by properly weighing risk and return. Overtrust and investment decisions must be determined by financial literacy, because if financial literacy is low, investors can become entangled in illegal investments. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of financial literacy on overconfidence and investment decisions. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Test the quality of the data used, namely test the validity and reliability test, test the model and test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a positive and significant effect on overconfidence and investment decisions

Adisutjipto Angkasa High School in the laboratory has a fire risk and has some carbon content in the air which disturbs the respiratory system of the laboratory users. As for the manufacture of smart door lock products that have an important function value, namely as a tool for emergency needs when work accidents occur in the chemical laboratory and physics laboratory environment. The method used in this study is usability using the Use Questionnaire with validity and reliability measurements. The population in this study was 72 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School and the sample of this study was 41 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School. The results of this study show that the R value with df=39 and the correlation is significant at the 0.05 level and 2-tailend is 0.3081. reliability test results with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.756.

Every literary work has a message and meaning contained so that every reader can take lessons from the work, one of which is poetry. The purpose of this research is to analyze the elements or symbols of romance found in the Four Collections of Poetry by WS Rendra. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used came from a book entitled Four Collections of Poetry in the Romance section of the Kakawin Kawin chapter by WS Rendra, namely (1) Love Letters; (2) Green Serenada; (3) Blue Serenada; (4) Episodes; (5) Serenade Violet; (6) Under the Moon; (7) White Serenade; (8) Black Serenade; (9) Gray Serenada, (10) Red Serenada; and (11) Letter to Mother: About Her Prospective Son-in-law. While the data sought is a symbol of romance. Data collection was carried out by document analysis using the method of taking notes and literary analysis, while to test the validity of the data using theoretical triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that there are various romantic symbols in the book entitled Four Collections of Poetry in the Kakawin Kawin chapter Romance section by WS Rendra.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test  found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect  dependent variables.

Writing skills are a skill on which the text is carried on. Writing also has the advantage of being an indirect means of communication but only one - way communication between the writer and his reader. The flap book's lift leads to a teaching based on the creation of interactive illustrated books, and it has pictures and texts in it by means of a paper technique that can close or can be referred to by a windowless book. The purpose of this study is to know the increasing skill of writing the story from the flap book of the class iii students in the teachers' swing. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a type of experimental design quasi with a non-invasive control group design. The design has two randomly selected groups, each given the same treatment in pretests, treatment and posttests. The study subject is a class iii student of 52 children with details of 26 children as an experiment group and 26 children as a control group. The validity of the instrument using brivate Pearson. The data collection technique used is the tests and observations used to measure the students' storywriting skills. The normality and homogenity tests Shared colmogorov snov and the levene test for equality. Hypothetical testing USES the independent formula of t-test samples with help SPSS 15 for Windows with value value < 0.05. Hypothetical testing identified the value of sig. (2-tailed) by 0.004 < 0.05, the basis for decision-making in the independent test of t-tests can be concluded that there is a significant and correct difference between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental groups get a much higher value increase compared with the control group. The experimental group with a 10/15 27 pretest while its posttest scores rose to 14.08. The control group pretest scores 10.12 while its posttest scores are 12.23. This proves that the flap book's elevator teaching materials can provide an increased listening skill for class iii students. With the use of the flap book's lift, students are able to re-foster students' attention, interest, and creativity in learning, sharpening and getting used to storywriting skills.

The study has a goal, namely to find out and analyze the validity of buying and selling transactions of houses in the perspective of the Civil Code. Juridical-normatic is used as a research method whose approach is in the form of laws and literature studies. The result of this study is a house sale and purchase agreement, namely a special agreement whose rules are contained in Article 1457 of the Civil Code. The validity of this sale and purchase refers to Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the legal terms of the agreement. Buying and selling houses is carried out through various stages, namely the preparation of PPJB, payment of seller and buyer taxes and the process of transferring the name in AJB before a notary. Legitimacy can occur if the making of this agreement is not because there is a forced withdrawal from any party,, does not violate the provisions of laws and regalutions, decency and the public interest.

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.  

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD through validity activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by providing an instrument in the form of LKPD, where the data in this study was in the form of data from the validation results of LKPD. The results of research on the validity of LKPD are based Problem Based Learning it can be seen that the average value of the total validation is 84.38% with a very good category. LKPD Physics based Problem Based Learning in class X Newton's Law material can be said to be valid and can be used as one of the teaching materials to support the physics learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality characteristics of Bank BSI on student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey techniques. A total of 33 students from UIN SMH Banten received the question sheets. The analysis of the collected data was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Product Features Bank Syariah Indonesia's digital product, BSI Mobile aims to facilitate customer transactions and provide information to customers through the features offered. The second most important factor is feature development because product features are undeniable product benefits and characteristics that customers can directly use. Simple linear regression tests, t-tests (individually), F-tests, and validity tests were used to demonstrate and analyze. These results indicate that since the corrected elemental overall correlation is greater than 0.3, the product characteristics related to student satisfaction have been accepted as valid. The BSI Mobile-Product Mark is known to have a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which indicates that the significance value of the BSI Mobile-Product Brand is less than 0.05 (= 5%). Therefore, this shows that H0 will be rejected and H2 will be accepted. The main result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten with product features of BSI Mobile.  

This research discusses marketing that occurs in the existing Shopee Marketplace in connection with the current implementation of Islamic business ethics, Shopee sellers must maintain integrity and honesty. The phenomenon that occurs is honesty, where the seller displays an accurate and honest product description. using primary and secondary data methods. Informants in this research include sellers at the Shopee Marketplace in the city of Sampang and outside the city of Sampang. Using an approach with qualitative research methods. To check and test data validity techniques, use the Triangulation method. Data analysis in this research was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as the final goal. The research results show that in Islamic Business Ethics in marketing on the Shopee Marketplace it is important to prevent practices of manipulation, intimidation or immoral behavior towards buyers which include: Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility Responsibility), and Truth. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in marketing activities at the Shopee Marketplace has not been fully implemented in its entirety. The importance of applying Islamic Marketing Ethics by interacting with sellers in the marketing process to provide a deeper understanding.

The sale and purchase of ships carried out by institutions with Indonesian citizenship and foreign countries must pay attention to various basic principles regulated by the government. These basic principles are used and must be established for the preparation of a contract so that the parties avoid things that can harm both the seller and the buyer in terms of administration in government. The administration of buying and selling ships is included in the class of buying and selling goods whose legality of ownership must be in accordance with the standards set by the government. When buying and selling or procurement contracts are regulated based on international private law which contains several theories related to the preparation of an agreement or contract. If a ship purchase agreement does not fulfill one of the administrative elements set by the government, the agreement is considered invalid or canceled. The validity of an agreement that has been made by the parties according to Gunawan Wijaja, namely the agreement must contain validity, both the validity of which is questioned by one of the parties or other matters. In implementing the sale and purchase agreement of ships between Indonesia and foreign countries, it must be by the provisions of the sale and purchase agreement that has been determined, which can refer to agreements in international private law.
