Mental disorders are health issues that often go undetected in their early stages, especially in coastal communities with limited access to mental health services. Counseling and early intervention are strategic steps in preventing and managing mental disorders within families and communities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mental health counseling programs and early intervention approaches in detecting and managing mental disorders in the coastal community of Baubau. The research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature studies. Participants include families with members experiencing symptoms of mental disorders, healthcare workers, and community leaders involved in counseling programs. The results indicate that social stigma remains a major obstacle to early detection of mental disorders. Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) has posed a serious challenge to environmental protection in Indonesia. Cases such as Walhi vs PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa and PT Bumi Mekar Hijau vs the Government of South Sumatra Province and Walhi illustrate how SLAPP is used by corporations to intimidate and silence environmental activists. This article analyzes the mechanisms and strategies of SLAPP as well as its psychological and social impacts. The literature study method is employed to gather data from various sources. The conclusion is that SLAPP not only has legal implications but also imposes heavy psychological and social burdens on activists, including fear, isolation, and social polarization within communities. The development of food commodities in Banten province, with geographical conditions where the area is mostly agricultural and with a fairly large population, has an important role, one of which is as a food buffer on the island of Java. Many harvests are distributed directly outside the region, after which they enter the market through distributors and agents, so this is a point of weakness and deficiency for policy makers in regulating and distributing rice commodities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the rice distribution model using the Powersim application. The method used to create a food policy model/design for Banten province is the Dynamic System. The results of this research are that the output obtained from the rice food distribution model simulation is that each rice stock in the Gapoktan warehouse sends according to the amount requested in each district/city, with a total capacity that can be obtained at the food distribution center of 109,682 tonnes/yr, or 2,742 tons/harvest. Then, after carrying out a simulation model using Powersim software, it can be concluded that the rice food commodity in Banten Province can still meet demand. With the Banten Province Food Distribution Center, it can control the availability of rice.

The problem with this study is that many schoolchildren still complain about having trouble writing essays, texts, or stories. The issue with writing skills is that for students to write well, they also need a lot of extensive knowledge. The objective is to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the ability of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru to write negotiation text material for the 2023–2024 academic year. This will be done by measuring students' ability to write negotiation text material using class problem-based learning. This exploration technique is trial research. A scoring system for evaluating a person's capacity to write negotiation texts serves as the data collection method. The examination area is at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru. The information examination methods in this exploration are homogeneity test, ordinariness test and t test. Based on the calculations, this study came to the conclusion that, at the 95% significance level, or  = 0.05, tcount is 38.39 and ttable is 1.66. The research alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted because tcount is greater than ttable (38.39 is greater than 1.66). Therefore, the ability of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru to write negotiation texts is influenced by the problem-based learning model.

Surabaya as the second-largest city in Indonesia, faces serious challenges in waste management with daily waste generation reaching 1,800.05 tons in 2023, exceeding the capacity of Benowo landfill of 1,400 tons per day. Responding to this excess of 300 tons of daily waste, the Environmental Agency (DLH) of Surabaya City initiated the Zero Waste Village program. This program aims to increase public awareness about environmental cleanliness and waste management, implemented through collaboration between DLH and students from UPN Veteran East Java. The methods used include waste banks, composters, takakura, and processing into ecoenzymes. The program stages include sampling determination, initial waste weighing, intensive socialization, and final weighing. The results are encouraging, with a significant reduction in waste generation to an average of 0.19 kg per day per person after socialization. This success demonstrates the program's effectiveness in changing community behavior and reducing waste volume, providing hope for more sustainable waste management in Surabaya and reducing the excessive burden on the Benowo landfill.

Interfaith marriage is a complex and sensitive issue in Indonesia, presenting a conflict between positive law and religious values. Article 28 B of the 1945 Constitution guarantees freedom of religion, but its implementation is constrained by unclear regulations and different interpretations. Islamic law, as a source of law, provides a unique view on interfaith marriage, emphasizing individual rights and the principle of justice. To resolve this conflict, a holistic approach that integrates positive law and Islamic law is needed, as well as concrete steps such as the establishment of clear regulations, improvement of public understanding, capacity of legal officials, individual protection systems, interfaith dialogue, interfaith cooperation, and active community participation. Thus, it is expected to create a harmonious, inclusive and equitable marriage environment.
