The fast development of information technology, especially in handheld communication devices (smartphones) is undeniable that it is difficult to avoid massively by the public. Its existence will be a tool of personal reconstruction in society. Not only as a means of communication, but far beyond the basic functions of smartphones. The important role of technology is what brings human civilisation into the digital era. The digital era has brought various good changes as a positive impact that can be used as well as possible. Through a smartphone, users can show their activities and build their social identity, both in the real and virtual world. Deviant sexual orientation makes it difficult for gays to interact and communicate like a dominant society, it makes gays need an alternative media in order to interact and communicate with the aim of meeting their social and sexual needs. The result of this discussion is that in the digital era it is no longer a taboo for most teenagers to find out information about the whereabouts of gay men. Gay youth communication on social media is divided into two types, namely verbal and non-verbal. The existence of verbal and non-verbal communication in social media can support the realisation of meetings in real life.

This research aims to determine foreign currency transactions that occur at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in its financial reports is because countries have different currency values. Foreign currency transactions at this company involve the sale and purchase of currency to support business needs and control company risks. The data collection technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the discussion stated that, PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk noted that foreign currency transactions occur due to import-export, foreign funding and foreign investment. Foreign currency transactions are important in company risk management as a source of good financial strategy.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. The results obtained from this study are digital-based marketing strategies carried out by Batik Tedjo to market its products using digital marketing. Teachers' strategies plays important roles in teaching. However, one applicable strategy in a certain context might not be applicable for another teaching context. This research was conducted at MAN 1 KEBUMEN for one month. The subjects of this study were English teachers and eleventh grade students. The purpose of this study was to explore the strategies used by the teachers in teaching speaking at the eleventh grade. This study also provided questionnaires to students to determine students' responses to the strategies used by the teachers in teaching speaking. The research method used descriptive qualitative to describe the strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking. In addition, the research also described student responses to the strategies used by the teachers. The data was collected by using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study found: First, there were six strategies used by the teachers in teaching speaking, namely role playing, dialogues, discussion, picture description, playing cards, and brainstorming. Second, it was found that the students were happy with the strategies used by the teachers.

This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the "kurikulum merdeka" (independent curriculum). Educational institutions are now encouraged to implement a "kurikulum merdeka" that is oriented towards liberation and independence. The "kurikulum merdeka" serves as an educational approach aimed at granting students the freedom to develop their own potentials and interests, as well as preparing them to face real-world challenges. This research falls under the category of literature review, conducted by utilizing literature sources such as books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Based on the findings and discussions related to the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" in educational institutions, it can be concluded that evaluation is an integral component of the ongoing curriculum process. Steps involved in the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" include establishing evaluation goals, identifying performance indicators, data collection, data analysis, discussion and collaboration, formulation of recommendations, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" should involve the participation of all stakeholders and be open to changes and continuous improvement. Thus, evaluation becomes not only a necessity but also an instrument to continually advance educational institutions towards improvement.

This socialization or community service aims to provide knowledge to the community about the importance of the role of parents in children's education. Through this socialization, it is hoped that the community will pay more attention to their children's education, not depending on the teacher alone, but rather on collaboration between the teacher and the child's parents. The method used in this socialization is a discussion method where there is someone as a presenter and there is someone in the audience who asks questions and is answered by the presenter. The results of observations carried out by researchers in Mattirotasi village showed that parents did not contribute enough to their children's education, which had an impact on learning motivation and also the quality of children's education in Mattirotasi village. The impact of the lack of parental contribution can be seen from the large number of children whose cognitive level does not match the child's own age or educational level, there are still many children who behave negatively towards their friends, for example hitting and making fun of their classmates.

The findings underscore the paramount importance of efficiency in Shariah Mobile Banking and highlight the pivotal role of network concepts in augmenting this efficiency. The discussion also identifies hurdles encountered in optimizing Shariah Mobile Banking services and proposes viable solutions to overcome these challenges. This research contributes valuable insights for financial institutions and providers of Shariah Mobile Banking services to improve their service efficiency through network optimization. Additionally, it broadens the understanding of the customer benefits derived from Shariah Mobile Banking. The outcomes are anticipated to inform strategies and actions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience of Shariah Mobile Banking for customers.  

This article was created by reviewing the acquisition case carried out by PT Semen Indonesia of PT Holcim Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the impact of the acquisition carried out by PT Semen Indonesia. This research uses the literature review method as a research approach. The information that will be used in this research is optional, obtained not through direct insight, but through the consequences of exploration carried out by experts in the past. The results of this article illustrate that the acquisition occurred when PT Holcim, which is owned by Lafarge Holcim Ltd, clearly stated its hope of being able to sell 80.6% of its portion which was ultimately purchased by PT Semen Indonesia. The conclusion from the discussion of the article is that PT Semen Indonesia's acquisition of PT Holcim Indonesia will result in a decline in the company's financial performance and an increase in company value which occurs due to expanding production limits, increasing products and developing market share at PT Semen Indonesia.

Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) are guidelines for the preparation of corporate financial statements in Indonesia. There is a component of the Financial Accounting Standards that has an important role in business combination is the Presentation and Disclosure Principle (PPP) in the Financial Accounting Standards. A business combination occurs when one or more companies merge to form a new business entity separate from the merging companies. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis through the development of data related to the topic of discussion collected by reviewing the financial statements of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk which can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The result of this study is that PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk has carried out business combination activities by identifying the party to be acquired and measuring the value based on a predetermined acquisition price in obtaining control in accordance with the percentage of ownership. This study aims to explain the application of business combination accounting based on PSAK 22 at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. This research is intended as an effort to develop the knowledge obtained by the author in order to obtain an optimal solution in exploring the combination operation process carried out by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.

Biology learning demands learning competencies in the realm of high-level understanding, so many students find it challenging to develop their critical thinking skills and, therefore, have difficulty completing various concepts in biology. For this reason, a particular way of learning is needed so that it fosters students' critical thinking skills through creative and collaborative thinking skills so that they can be well-honed in order to be able to solve various complex concepts in biology. Therefore, this research aims to determine the creative and collaborative thinking abilities of class X SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi students on Animalia material, focusing on their creative and collaborative thinking abilities. This type of qualitative research describes data obtained from a rubric containing research indicators. The research results show that the profile of students' creative and collaborative skills shows good development based on the indicators obtained. Indicators of creative and collaborative thinking abilities are at scores 3 and 4, which shows that students can give excellent and precise answers to both questions through discussions and written tests. Based on these results, the analysis of creative and collaborative thinking abilities in class X12 students at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi is in good ability results.

It cannot be denied that corruption is a special crime that threatens the survival of the state and nation, hinders development, and causes high economic costs and other negative impacts. This article's research method uses a qualitative analysis method, descriptive analysis combined with library research methods, to analyze laws and regulations related to the main problem. The discussion focuses on the scope of policies and regulations relevant to the business world and best practices for prevention efforts that can be carried out by the business world. Regulations prohibiting corporate criminal acts are clearly regulated, and business entities that commit corporate criminal acts can be held criminally responsible. Companies can implement anti-corruption programs in various ways. To increase the effectiveness of efforts to prevent corporate corruption, corporate anti-corruption programs need to be risk-based, communicative, dynamic, and continuously evaluated through measuring the success of appropriate internal steps and collaborative activities.

Decision Number 2205 K/Pd/Sus/2022 The Supreme Court again upheld the acquittal decision of Samin Tan as the owner of PT Beneficial Ownershiprneo Lumbung Energi & Metal (PT BLEM). The panel is of the opinion that the giver of gratification cannot be punished because the Corruption Eradication Law is not designed to punish the giver of gratification even though Samin Tan's position as the giver of gratification is the ultimate beneficiary owner of PT BLEM. The research method used in this research is using normative juridical research methods and using literature study techniques to answer the problems in this research. The result of the discussion of the first problem formulation is that Samin Tan cannot be held criminally responsible because the person giving the gratification is not criminalized under the law even though Samin Tan is the ultimate beneficiary owner who has the potential to commit this act because it is in the interests of his company. The result of the discussion on the formulation of the second problem is that the judge's considerations in the decision did not prioritize a sense of justice and expediency because they only prioritized legal certainty which resulted in Samin Tan being able to escape the demands of the public prosecutor.

This research aims to analyze the design of Instagram content, focusing on Colar Living products. The methodology involves discussions, interviews, and observations to comprehend the design concept. Research findings reveal four key aspects influencing the visual appeal of Instagram content: color selection, typography, product photography, and layout composition. The importance of color consistency with the brand image, clear typography, high-quality lifestyle product photography, and layout arrangement following design principles. With the right design strategy, Instagram content can enhance brand awareness and influence audience purchasing decisions. Recommendations are provided to optimize Instagram as a tool for digital promotion, particularly through the Instagram feed in the era of the creative industry.

Discussion of language acquisition cannot be separated from the factors that influence it. Language acquisition is a process of acquiring a child's first language without any special learning about language. A child will only respond to utterances that are often heard from the surrounding environment, especially utterances from the mother. In the process of acquiring language, a child cannot be separated from communication activities involving the interlocutor. In this study researchers conducted research on language acquisition, especially on a 5 years old child. This research was conducted with the following objectives; 1) To describe language acquisition in the components of syntax acquisition, semantic acquisition, phonology acquisition, and morphology acquisition in 5 years old child; 2) To describe the factors that influence 5 years old child language acquisition. The results of this study show that language acquisition at the age of 5 a has reached four components, namely syntax acquisition, semantic acquisition, phonology acquisition, and morphology acquisition. Apart from that, there are three factors that influence the language acquisition process as follows; 1) natural factors; 2) cognitive development factors; and 3) social background factors

Colar Living is a part of the Colar Creative Industry that focuses on the sale of kitchenware products made from teak wood. The issue faced by Colar Living is that this brand is relatively new, having started its business for only 3 months, which reduces consumer trust in the products sold through e-commerce. Additionally, some product photos displayed on Tokopedia are less appealing. A more professional product photography process is required to attract buyers and enhance consumer confidence in purchasing these kitchenware products. The methods employed to address the issues faced by Colar Living include interviews, observations, and discussions. The results of the Colar Living product photography process increase consumer confidence when purchasing products and also boost the sales of Colar Living products. The findings of this research are expected to provide insights for Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) entrepreneurs who are just starting their businesses to pay attention to product photography.  

Lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at secondary school level is a serious challenge in developing students' knowledge and skills in society, nation and state. The basic concepts of social science, which include aspects such as social processes, social interaction, and social contact, are an important foundation in Social Sciences (IPS) in schools. The interdisciplinary approach to social studies covers various points of study, such as basic concepts of sociology, history, geography, economics, anthropology and political science. However, along with the complexity of the material, there are factors that cause students' lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at the secondary school level. Causative factors include teaching methods that are less effective, such as using only discussion methods without adequate explanation of the material.
