Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. The aim of this research is to look at the cognitive development experienced by the character Yoonjae in the Novel Almond. The work taken is entitled Almond by Shon Won-Pyung. The problem of this research is how the cognitive development of the character Yoonjae in the novel is. The method used is qualitative descriptive research using Piaget's theory of cognitive development. The results obtained indicate an increase in cognitive development in the form of development in the operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage in the character Yoonjae in the novel.

The communication relationship does not need to be active but at least its existence can be determined. This means that the communication that occurs can be through social media.

Work period is part of the workforce characteristic factors that make a person's behavior more familiar with the conditions of the workplace environment based on the length of work, if nurses are familiar with the environmental conditions of the workplace and the dangers of their work both for themselves and others, the workforce will comply with the safety of themselves and others, especially in preventing patient falls. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. The method used in this study is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach. The sample obtained was 33 subjes using total sampling technique. Data collection uses observation sheets. Data was analysist used the Chi Square test with a level of significance (α < 0.05). The results of  chi square test obtained a value of ρ = 0.203 ​​(ρ > 0.05). This means that there is no significant relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. The conclusion from this study  there is no relationship between the nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. Suggestions can be used as a source of information regarding the relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk.

Elections are an important moment in the democratic life of a country, when citizens have the opportunity to choose their own leaders and representatives. The campaigns carried out play a role in printing which plays an important role in delivering campaign materials such as leaflets, posters, banners and booklets. Therefore, now that it is the digital era, many printing industries are also facing various challenges and intense competition with their competitors. Then, in terms of marketing, the printing industry must pay attention to its strengths and threats, such as environmental, technological and other factors in facing this election. Therefore, the research that will be carried out aims to examine the marketing strategies used by the printing industry so that it can outperform the competition and what strategies will be implemented if there is a surge in demand. The method used for this research is a qualitative method, which means the researcher analyzes in detail a problem with the printing industry. The researcher used observation and interview techniques for data collection techniques in the printing industry so that they could analyze and collect data in detail. The results of this research are that the MD Draftika printing industry took part in the auction conducted by the KPUD by choosing the place, time and maximum promotion on social media. As a strategy to deal with the surge in demand, MD Draftika made changes to operational hours, added machine technology, added temporary additional employees and maximized supplies of raw materials from suppliers. The objectives of this study include: (1) To find out the transformation of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. (2) To find out the opportunities for macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. (3) To find out the challenges of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era. This type of research uses field research. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection analysis uses interview analysis, literature study, and literature study. The results of interviews with Sharia Economics students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan regarding the transformation of macroeconomic consumption in the digitalization era show a significant impact on economic growth, income distribution, and industrial structure. In addition to pointing out the great opportunities in the digital era, such as increased operational efficiency and market access, it also discusses the challenges faced, such as inequality of internet access and the possibility of job loss. Discussions also addressed positive impacts, such as innovation and economic growth, as well as negative impacts, such as the digital divide and income distribution. To ensure a fair and sustainable impact of digitization in the long run, the importance of balanced regulation, consumer protection, and data security was emphasized.

Financial performance is an important indicator used to evaluate the financial condition of an entity, such as a bank. Financial performance evaluation provides an understanding of an entity's financial health, operational efficiency, profitability, and financial sustainability. This research aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of financial literacy on employee performance and its impact on financial performance in the Islamic banking environment. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees at BSI KCP Blangpidie, namely 35 people. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence in improving financial performance at BSI KCP Blangpidie, this is because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (9.074 > 2.034). Likewise, from the calculations that have been carried out, it is known that the direct effect is 0.346 and the indirect effect is 0.591, which means the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect.

Internal Auditors who are not directly involved in operational activities can, therefore, assess all activities. Internal Auditors also provides objective information  regarding sales data that will be the basis for management decision making. The purpose of this study is to: determine whether the internal audit on sales activities conducted by the company has been done adequately; determine whether the internal control over sales has been implemented effectively; and determine the role of internal audit in supporting the effectiveness of internal control sales. The authors perform hypothesis testing by doing descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Based on the results, the effectiveness of internal control can be explained by the Internal Audit role of 63.2%.

STBM is a comprehensive approach that not only includes sanitation infrastructure development, but also emphasizes changes in community behavior and sustainable waste management. Thus, in the implementation of STBM, the 3R Waste Disposal Site (TPS) is a key component in sustainable waste management. TPS 3R refers to waste management with the 3R principles, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. However, in this case Menur Pumpungan Village still does not have a 3R-based waste processing facility. So it is necessary to plan the optimal design of TPS 3R to be applied in the future and be able to make a significant contribution in efforts to realize Community-Based Total Sanitation. To calculate the number of TPS 3R services as the basis for design, data on the population in 2023 and the waste generation rate of 2.6 liters/person/day were used. Based on the calculations made, in an effort to support the implementation of the Community-Based Total Sanitation program. The construction of TPS 3R, which is planned to be able to serve the domestic waste processing of the entire Menur Pumpungan urban village community, is expected to reduce the amount of waste entering the landfill. The total land required for operational facilities is 511.85 m2 with a TPS 3R design consisting of a 440.85 m2 waste processing area and 96 m2 of other supporting facilities..

The study of the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in protecting banking customers is an important topic in the context of consumer protection and the stability of the financial system. OJK has the authority to end operational supervision procedures related to bank and non-bank exchange transactions, as well as providing legal certainty for customers. It is an Islamic economic perspective, OJK also has a role in protecting sharia banking customers. Legal protection for depositing customers has been regulated in various laws and regulations, including Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning OJK. OJK also has an important role in resolving consumer complaints in accordance with those regulated in the Consumer Protection Law. In addition, OJK is also involved in regulating national economic stimulus policies that have an impact on the spread of COVID-19. Through regulations such as OJK Regulation No. 48/POJK.03 Year 2020, OJK plays a role in loving the guarantee for financial losses felt by depositing customers. Thus, the role of OJK in protecting banking customers is very important in maintaining public trust in the financial system.

PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo is a manufacturing company that produces concrete products and provides services, where the products produced definitely produce a high environmental impact. The application of environmental accounting itself is needed to support the company's operational activities to identify, measure, evaluate and report environmental accounting as control over the responsibility for negative impacts from the company's operational activities. The triple bottom line concept is also a theory that looks not only from the profit aspect but also from the people and planet aspect.  This research aims to find out how environmental accounting is implemented in relation to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve sustainability at PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach.  The data in this research was obtained from observations and interviews by researchers with parties related to the research.  Based on the results of research at PT. Varia Usaha Beton, it is known that the company has implemented environmental accounting, but the recording carried out does not yet have a separate account.  The company has been responsible for managing and minimizing environmental costs to improve company performance, which is related to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve company sustainability through managing waste and the products produced.

Mandangin Island is one of the islands in Sampang Regency which has an area of 1650 km 2 with a population of around 3000 people. Most of the people on this island, the majority of whom work as fishermen, generally travel around 12.2 km to Sampang City to buy daily necessities by boarding traditional wooden boats at the Tanglok Sampang port. According to information conveyed by the Head of the Sampang Regency Transportation Service, most or almost all of the passenger ships that dock at Tanglok Port are traditional wooden ships whose actual function is to transport goods, not passengers, which are quite old. The Transportation Department considers the existing ships to be less safe and comfortable and therefore require refreshing. Besides that, wood as the main material in nature is decreasing in quantity so the price is increasingly expensive. The method implemented in this community service is to carry out a fiber glass boat operational training program for traditional boat operators. With this activity, it is hoped that the continued use of fiber glass boats can begin to be used and reduce the use of wooden boats which are relatively more expensive.

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

In order to boost participation and encourage student participation in homeschooling activities in SMPN 1 Bengkulu, this research aims to: establish plans and regulations; move; control; check the effectiveness of implementation; and remove any barriers that arise during that process. This study employs documentary techniques, observations, and interviews to conduct a qualitative descriptive study. The researchers will investigate and determine whether or not the management of the PJJ program has been implemented successfully. Kushendar model analysis was employed. Data is reduced, presented, concluded from, and verified by researchers. The conclusion is as follows, based on data analysis: (1) Planning is done by creating operational work plans and objectives. (2) Methods for regulating the use of resources, methods for socializing the work plan, and mechanisms for regulating the execution of a work plan that go along with the delegation of tasks and powers are established.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

This study reveals how internal audit can be a valuable asset in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risk, and improving operational efficiency. Using qualitative research methodology and in-depth case studies, this research identifies internal audit best practices that can be implemented by financial sector companies. The study results show that internal audit has a strategic role in providing confidence to the board of directors and external stakeholders regarding corporate governance. Internal audit is not only a compliance checker, but also a strategic partner who provides recommendations for improving processes and policies. This research highlights the importance of coordination between internal audit, risk management and compliance to achieve common goals in improving corporate governance. Apart from that, this article also emphasizes the need to adopt audit technology and data analysis as an effort to more effectively support decision making. Thus, this research provides an in-depth look at how internal audit can play a strategic role in improving corporate governance, providing valuable insights for practitioners, researchers and stakeholders in the financial sector and related industries.

UMKM play a crucial role in the national economy as primary contributors to economic activities. According to BPS data, approximately 1.5 million Indonesian MSMEs operate in the food sector. The aim of this research is to understand the determination of selling prices to optimize business profits, considering production costs, operational expenses, and other factors. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data collected directly by the researcher. Analyzing all costs incurred in the production of "Ayam Geprek" at Lesehan Lala, the findings indicate that the establishment's pricing strategy does not maximize profits. Lesehan Lala sets its selling prices based on market rates without considering the overall production costs, operational expenses, and other relevant factors.

During childhood, the development of a child involves several key aspects. Firstly, the physical development aspect encompasses the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as the development of motor skills. Secondly, health and safety become important focuses by providing adequate physical exercise to meet national targets and prevent children's inactivity. The processing of information and intelligence in cognitive development emphasizes repetition, organization, comparison, and the emergence of information. The division of intelligence into emotional and spiritual intelligence provides an additional dimension to understanding child development. Piaget's approach, particularly the concrete operational stage, describes a phase in which children use operations and logical reasoning in concrete situations. Lastly, in cognitive development, language becomes an important tool for communication, both in oral and sign forms.

Most of the residents of RW 01 Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya, make a living as fishermen. Shrimp paste is the main product for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the area, made from fish and shrimp. The sale of shrimp paste MSMEs in the area is limited to promotion through WhatsApp or simply word of mouth, so there is a need to develop MSMEs to improve the local economy. In the activity of the SDG’s KKNT Work Program for Group 1 of Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, MSMEs are developed by obtaining NIB (Business Identification Number) and PIRT (Food and Beverage Production Permit). By obtaining NIB, the business will be legally guaranteed to meet the requirements for Business and Commercial or Operational Permits. The function of PIRT itself is to increase customer confidence, as product safety and quality are ensured.
