       Proportion of women aged 10-19 years has been pregnant 58.8 percent and 25.2 percent are pregnant in Indonesia. The purpose of writing is to determine the role of health promotion about adolescent pregnancy on adolescent knowledge in Manado. Research model by using intervention (treatment) on research subjects to determine the results of changes after being treated intervention. The instruments used were questionnaires distributed before and after health promotion (pre-post test) to see the level of knowledge of adolescents, questionnaires containing 20 questions about teenage pregnancy. The results of the study found that there was an influence of providing health promotion about pregnancy on knowledge in adolescents in Manado City.

Background: During the appendectomy procedure the patient will receive anesthesia which has several side effects, one of which is postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV). Nonpharmacological therapy that nurses can do to reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting is with ginger aromatherapy. .Purpose: This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving ginger aromatherapy to nausea and vomiting in patients with post-appendectomy. Methods: The method used in writing is a case report with ginger aromatherapy intervention carried out for 3 days. Results: The results of this case study showed that after 3 days of ginger aromatherapy intervention, there was a decrease in the RINVR score from 15 (moderate nausea and vomiting) to 2 (mild nausea and vomiting). Conclusion: Ginger aromatherapy is effective in reducing nausea and vomiting in post-appendectomy patients.

The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. By doing this strategy can provide a desire of patient hope. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ​​and expectations of patients will increase.

In this case the pharmacist is responsible for creating good service quality according to consumer expectations and satisfaction with services. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers. They will tend to make repeat purchases and become product promoters, which in turn will increase the pharmacy's revenue. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literature and how to analyze the quality of franchise pharmacy services on customer quality. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review, namely the analysis of pharmacy quality on customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service quality, price, emotional factors and cost easiness. It was concluded that after being analyzed from various theories and literature, customer satisfaction is one indicator that is widely used in measuring the service quality of a product, both goods and services. Service quality can also affect customer loyalty directly and affect customer loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of pharmacy services. For pharmacies that provide pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve service quality standards. One important aspect that needs to be considered to maintain the consistency of pharmaceutical services is to maintain the attributes of each dimension of service quality provided to customers. Customers will be satisfied if their needs are met according to their expectations. In addition, it is also necessary to evaluate each service activity.

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Facing the JKN era is not easy, especially for private hospitals. Private hospitals need strategy, understanding, understanding and mutual agreement throughout the internal hospital, both doctors, nursing staff, general staff and management. The strategy for promoting health services in hospitals and other health facilities is not much different from the marketing strategy in general. It aims to promote and introduce the Hospital and the services provided. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view how the strategy is carried out by private hospitals in this JKN era. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. It then learns more about a subject in theory or research and helps readers understand it better and with implications. The results of this theoretical study are private hospital services by implementing strategies and principles for implementing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) such as mutual cooperation, non-profit, openness, portability, membership, trust funds, and management. It can be concluded that the strategy for promoting health services in private hospitals is to implement them in accordance with established standards and laws. The health service quality strategy is also the main key to service promotion to increase patient satisfaction in receiving care. It is expected that hospital institutions will continue to provide excellent and comprehensive health services and meet the basic health needs of patients.

At the point when the students are assessed, they are demanded to work to publish scientific writing. This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

One of the main focuses of the Merdeka Curriculum is literacy skills. Indonesian is a subject that teaches literacy skills, one of which is the sub-aspect of writing poetry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the acrostic technique in improving the poetry writing skills of class X at SMKN 1 Magetan. The research method used is a quantitative research that compares the results between the two cycles. The results of the study found that the acrostic technique increased students' poetry writing skills. Based on the findings, the researcher suggestthator teachers use the acrostic technique as an alternative method of teaching poetry writing skills because it has been proven to be able to improve students' competence and learning activities.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

One of the goals of learning Indonesian is that students can write. Writing is an activity of expressing ideas that are in the mind which are obtained through reading, speaking, and listening activities which are described in a word to become a sentence. One of the abilities that students must have in learning Indonesian is writing review texts. The review text is one of the texts that is learned in class XI at the senior high school level. Writing review texts has not obtained optimal results following the minimum school completeness criteria. So we need a learning model that can facilitate students, namely the cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning model. The purpose of this study was to obtain results of improving the ability to write review texts through the cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning model. SMAN 1 Saradan became the research location. As many as 28 students in class XI MIPA 3 in the 2022/2023 school year were the subjects of the study. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a research design that goes through four research steps namely planning (plan), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection through two cycles. Tests and observations become instruments in research. Data analysis was carried out through a qualitative approach by calculating the class average value using the percentage of classical completeness. Students who get a KKM score of ≥75 are declared complete. The results of the study were that the ability to write review texts without going through cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) at SMAN 1 Saradan was 82.2, meaning that there were 23 whose grades did not exceed the KKM. While the results of the study were able to write review texts through cooperative reading and composition (CIRC) in cycle I 67.9% or 19 students in the less category. Whereas after being given cycle II it showed a result of 3.6% or 1 student in the less category. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that students' ability to write review texts through cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) can be increased.  

Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

Writing articles in this journal aims to describe the service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit and its sub parameters which include descriptions tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empaty. The writing method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source is the primary source of Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit passengers and the secondary data source is documents at the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit company. Collecting data by observation and interviews with a questionnaire as an instrument. The discussion on the level of service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit uses an analysis of the average percentage value through the sum of the scores achieved divided by the expected score multiplied by 100 %. Determining whether the quality of Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit service is good or not by determining very good 0.00-24.99%, good 25-49.99%, not good 50-74.99% and bad 75-100%. The findings of the discussion of the results of the analysis are that the level of service quality for the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit is very good and also for several sub-parameters tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empaty are all very good level. However, there are several dimensions of the five service quality parameters in the unfavorable category. The conclusion from the findings of the discussion of the analysis of the service quality of the Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit is very good in its management so that it can realize the satisfaction of the people of Semarang City and its surroundings.  

Education in elementary schools is the initial momentum for students to improve all the abilities inherent in children. Starting at the time of learning in early childhood (kindergarten ) and then continued and strengthened in elementary school. Habits that children carry out every day, both in the home, community and school environment, are important in forming natural potential, especially in the field of children's language. Language skills that are expected to be assisted, grown, and used as development material for elementary school teachers include listening or listening skills, speaking, reading, and writing. These four skills are so important to be given at the elementary school level as a form of teaching Indonesian according to the current education curriculum. Learning activities in schools are also expected to be able to integrate this unified language in all intra- and extra-curricular activity programs so that their benefits are increasingly visible and meaningful in harmony with the social life of students.

Writing this thesis aims: 1) To find out student learning outcomes in class volume cube material; 2) To determine the effect of unit cube teaching aids on student learning outcomes; 3) To find out whether there are differences in the learning outcomes of class students who use unit cube teaching aids with classes that do not use unit cubes. This thesis uses a quantitative method with the type of quasi-experimental research. The samples used are two classes, namely class 5 A and class 5 B. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews and tests. This study used instrument test analysis Then data analysis techniques were used using tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: 1) There were differences in grade 5 student learning outcomes between classes that used unit cube teaching aids and those that did not use unit cube teaching aids with the calculation results t test obtained tcount 2.374 and ttable 1.672 so the result is tcount > ttable meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. 2) There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using unit cube teaching aids based on hypothesis testing with the control class results obtained at 0.61. It can be concluded that the improvement in control class learning outcomes is in the moderate category. While the n-gain test for the experimental class obtained results of 0.70, it was concluded that the increase in learning outcomes for the experimental class was in the high category.

IT infrastructure is a long-term asset which is often referred to as an asset that creates value for an organization. This article thoroughly examines the theory of information technology infrastructure management, by writing this article using the literature research method, it is expected that we can better understand and apply it properly related to information technology infrastructure management.

The Word of God is said to be perfect because the source of inspiration and the main Author is God who gave the true words to be written by the writers of the word that He wanted. A certain group or some people may doubt the Bible as the word of God or consider the Bible as an old book that is no longer relevant to today's developments. This research aims to narrate the Bible as the true word of God and is very relevant to the development of technology in this era. The research methodology used for research and writing is qualitative methodology and literature. The findings show that the Bible is the true and perfect word of God, so that it cannot be doubted by anyone, be it theologians, historians, scientists, psychologists, psychiatrists or ordinary people

The purpose of this study was to describe the structure and use of diction in anecdotal texts for class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data of this study are the structure and diction accuracy of anecdotes. The data source used in this study was anecdotal texts by class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection technique in this study is the fishing technique. Analyzing the research data, namely by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, in writing anecdotal texts, class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang used the five anecdotal text structures, namely abstract, orientation, crisis, reaction, and coda. Most students are able to write anecdotal texts with a complete structure. However, there are still some structures that students write incorrectly. Second, it was found that the accuracy of diction was more dominant based on writing errors, formation and accuracy of meaning in the writing of class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang.

Education is increasingly advanced and even varied, and so should Christian Religious Education teachers. Christian Religious Education teachers are required to be creative in educating and creating a lively classroom atmosphere. The influence of the teacher in the classroom is very important. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative method so that the results of the research can be developed further. Christian Religious Education is an education that is carried out to bring students to Christ, because the main center of Christian Religious Education learning is Christ. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an understanding for Christian Religious Education teachers that in the learning process they can use the locomotor movement method, so that students are not bored with monotonous learning. The role of Christian religious education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning with the locomotor method is very important. Locomotor movements are an important part of physical education and sports programs, and the development of locomotor movements also helps learners acquire the basic motor skills needed to live healthy and physically active lives.
