Penurunan (settlement) pondasi harus dihitung dengan hati-hati untuk memastikan stabilitas bangunan, menara, jembatan, dan struktur yang membutuhkan biaya tinggi untuk membangunnya. Hal yang menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya penurunan adalah deformasi dari tanah. Dalam praktiknya, setiap perencanaan bangunan dilakukan analisa penurunan yang akan ditimbulkan akibat beban permanen dan operasional dari bangunan tersebut. Dari analisa tersebut dapat diketahui estimasi seberapa besar penurunan yang akan terjadi. Analisa ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan-persamaan matematis closed-form ataupun melalui pemodelan matematis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer. Salah satu kasus penurunan tanah terjadi pada lokasi Stone Crusher Plant di Maloko, Parung, Bogor. Bangunan Stone Crusher yang sudah selesai dikonstruksi dan berdiri dengan tegak kemudian mengalami settlement tidak merata pada salah satu sisi tumpuan bawahnya, sehingga bangunan menjadi miring. Program penyelidikan tanah dan monitoring dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer dari lokasi penelitian. Perilaku penurunan tanah dievaluasi dengan menggunakan finite element software yaitu PLAXIS 2D, dengan berdasarkan data tanah dan monitoring yang ada. Selanjutnya, penurunan pasca-konstruksi dan saat operasional struktur diprediksikan. Desain perbaikan dengan menggunakan Jet Grouting juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui efeknya terhadap pola penurunan yang terjadi. Jet Grouting cukup efektif dalam mengurangi penurunan yang terjadi sehingga kemiringan yang akan terjadi pasca-konstruksi dan saat operasional berkurang.

Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 110, sampling used a combination technique of accidental sampling and purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula to get a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 22 software.Based on the results of this study there is a partial influence between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) which is significant. we can conclude that t count, 5.292 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of the product quality variable is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that product quality (X1) partially influences consumer satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, there is a partial effect between Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). which is significant. We can conclude that t count is 4.251 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of Brand Equity is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Brand Equity (X2) partially influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) on Consumer satisfaction (Y). Statistical data analysis shows. The simultaneous significance value of Product Quality and Brand Equity is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57.997 > F table 3.101. This means that Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the output results of SPSS 22, there is a coefficient of determination or R square of 0.577 or 57.7% . This shows that the independent variables studied (product quality and brand equity) have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 57.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

Arsitektur tropis adalah sebuah konsep bangunan yang merupakan sebuah upaya mengatasi iklim tropis. Iklim tropis biasanya terjadi di daerah garis khatulistiwa dengan panas, kelembapan, curah hujan yang tinggi, dll. Rumah dengan konsep ini akan memperhatikan hal-hal seperti tata ruang, sirkulasi udara, pencahayaan dan material yang digunakan untuk mendukung hal ini. Sehingga penghuni rumah tidak perlu khawatir terhadap elemen-elemen cuaca di iklim tropis karena huniannya sendiri telah beradaptasi untuk memberikan kenyamanan terbaik. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini meliputi; bagaimana konsep arsitektur tropis diterapkan pada ruangan rumah minimalis dan bagaimana pengaruhnya konsep tersebut terhadap kenyamanan thermal di bangunannya. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan menguraikan, simulasi dan mengkaji semua data dan informasi, dari observasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. Analisa ini menggunakan analisa kualitatif dengan membandingkan antara keadaan yang ada dilapangan dengan kajian dan informasi yang didapat dari literatur serta analisa kualitatif karena berhubungan dengan besaran ruangan yang digunakan dalam menganalisa menggunakan software Ecotect. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan mengenai kenyamanan thermal sebuah bangunan yang dihitung menggunakan software berbantu.

This study's objective is to assess the expenses and logistics coordinator for the kinerja karyawan hotel in Makassar. The respondent to this study is a hotel karyawan located in Makassar. Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

Pemetaan wilayah wilayah pemasaran menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu kegiatan usaha untuk mengetahui sasaran yang tepat dalam pelaksanaannya di wilayah kerja tertentu. Penelitian ini mencoba merancang pemetaan wilayah pemasaran, diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan rencana strategis pemasaran yang tepat sasaran. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen Dealer X cabang demak dalam menentukan kebijakan pemasarannya. Dalam pemetaan ini menggunakan software QGis untuk pemetaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peta keluaran yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagian pemasaran untuk memetakan wilayah pemasaran yang ada di wilayah yang ditentukan.

The purpose of this research is to test and prove the factors that influence the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. The variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, and liquidity as independent variables, while the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements as the dependent variable. The population in this case research is a retail trade sub-sector company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data taken is company data for the 2015-2019 period with using purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained is 7 companies. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that profitability and leverage did not affect the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, while liquidity affects the timeliness of financial statement presentation.

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the behavior of using accurate online in computer accounting subjects based on the acceptance model and use of UTAUT technology. The results show there is a significant positive indirect effect between performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence towards the behavior of using accurate online with behavioral intention as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

This design aims to determine the cash receipts system for new student registration in order to support the effectiveness of cash receipts for new student registration at SMP KARTIKA XI Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach while the software development method uses the water fall method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and library studies. Design information system using visual studio and ms.access. Based on the observations made, it turns out that the accounting information system for cash receipts for new student registration is still not perfect. The problems that occur are that the system used is still manual, the reports produced have not been presented quickly and accurately, the files presented are still in the form of hard files. The suggestions that the author gives, it is hoped that the school can manage finances using a good internet network and server. Thus, prospective students can access the software and servers more optimally.

Peristiwa kebakaran merupakan kejadian yang sangat umum terjadi, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, di antaranya ialah; hubung pendek arus listrik, kebocoran gas, putung rokok. Kebakaran yang terjadi pasti akan berujung pada kerugian baik itu kerugian materil maupun korban jiwa. Pencegahan sejak dini sangat diperlukan yaitu dengan penerapa sitem pendeteksi kebakaran atau alarm kebakaran. Rancangan alat pendeteksi kebakaran terdiri dari flame sensor sebagai pendeteksi api, sensor MQ-2 sebagai mendeteksi adanya asap dalam ruangan. Serta dilengkapi dengan mikrokontroler Arduino. Berdasarkan kedua sensor indikator kebakaran ini akan ditampilkan melalui LCD dan apabila terjadi kebakaran akan di iringi dengan suara peringatan dari buzzer. Uji coba sistem terlebih dahulu melalui software proteus 8 profesional dengan tujuan membangun suatu alat pendeteksi kebakaran secara otomatis menggunakan flame sensor dan sensor asap MQ2, yang dilengkapi dengan LCD LM016L berbasis mikrokontroller arduino. Hailnya mampu memberikan gambara kepada kalayak umum bagaimana sistem kerja dari alat pendeteksi kebakaran/ alarm kebakaran yang dapat di representasikan memalui software proteus.
