The results of the research describe the answers of the informants and the data obtained from the field. The results of this study include the application of operational standards procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. The development of air transportation, the airport as an aviation service provider company must balance with quality human resources, especially in the quality of employee performance. The quality of performance of an employee depends on the duties and responsibilities imposed on him. In addition, employee performance also depends on incentives, motivation and workload obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods using questionnaire data collection techniques through Likert scale. And the sample taken in this study amounted to 63 respondents from Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The results showed that partially the three variables of incentives, and workload on employee performance got positive and significant results, while the motivation variable on employee performance got results that did not have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, this study obtained equally positive and significant results with the value of the calculated value of the fcalculate > ftable, which is 119.61 > 2.761, and for the coefficient of determination obtained the result of the rsquare value of 85.9%.

This study discusses the Implementation of Health Insurance Administration Agency Policies at the Durai District Health Center, Karimun Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyse the juridical sociology review of illegal racing cases in Kupang City. This type of research is empirical juridical research. The type and source of data used are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location through direct interviews with respondents. The data is analysed descriptively qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause a lot of illegal racing in Kupang City are sociological factors consisting of environmental factors and betting factors. Psychological factors consisting of adolescent personality factors and hobby factors. Efforts made by investigators against the perpetrators of illegal racing in Kupang City are carried out in two ways, namely, preventive efforts and repressive efforts. It is hoped that teenagers have legal awareness and it is hoped that police officers, especially traffic police, will be more assertive in sanctioning teenagers who often commit traffic violations, especially illegal racing violations, so that there is a deterrent effect for the perpetrators.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the banking industry in Indonesia. This research focuses on evaluating service quality, customer loyalty and security in improving customer satisfaction. This research is an empirical research built with primary data by distributing a questionnaire survey and getting 204 bank customers involved in the research. Furthermore, the data was processed using the SPSS program version 25 through validity and reliability testing. The findings showed that all variables studied affected customer satisfaction in the banking sector in Central Java. This research produced findings that show there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer loyalty to customer satisfaction; The findings also showed a negative correlation between security and customer satisfaction. The findings in this study provide additional new insights into studies related to service quality assessment in the banking sector in Central Java and Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, security, promotion risks on the decision to use shopee paylater in Solo Raya. This research is a quantitative study, the population used is shopee paylater users who are in Solo Raya. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques totaling 97 respondents. The data of this study were taken using a questionnaire. Meotde data analysis used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests using the spss23 program. The results of this study show that partially convenience does not have a significant effect on usage decisions, while security, risk, promotion, have a significant positive effect on usage decisions.

The results of the study show that aviation security officers carry out management functions including: (1) planning (planning) including objectives, duties and responsibilities of aviation security officers; (2) organizing (organizing) includes human resources, division of tasks, facilities and infrastructure; (3) directing includes communication, development, and guidance; (4) supervision (controlling) includes direct supervision and provision of motivation. This research aims to analyze whether the internal control of merchandise inventory at PT Mitra Fajar Selaras Surabaya is effective and efficient according to the COSO ERM Integrated Framework. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, and the data collection methods used include observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results of this research show that the internal control of merchandise inventory implemented by PT Mitra Fajar Selaras Surabaya is quite effective and efficient. However, there are still findings regarding several aspects that do not fully comply with the components of the COSO ERM Integrated Framework.

The high interest in packaged food products in Indonesia, as a country with a predominantly Muslim population, requires halal packaged food products in accordance with Islamic law to use its products. Therefore, even though every product has a halal logo for consumer safety, the presence of a halal label on packaged food can influence consumer buying interest in purchasing packaged food products. The purpose of this research is to find out how Muslim consumers buy interest in packaged food products that do not have halal certification. The method used is descriptive analysis method and the results obtained are analyzed qualitatively. Data acquisition resulted from questionnaires distributed randomly to people who are Muslim. The results of the study show that the public's understanding of halal label certification is quite good. Halal label certification is a very important element in a packaged food product. Every food product must include a halal label. The issuance of halal label certification is sufficient to influence people's decisions in buying packaged food products, with the existence of halal label certification it gives a sense of security and confidence to the public in buying packaged food.

The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system.
