One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.

In today's digital era, we often hear or see the use of slang words, both among teenagers and adults. We often find slang words on social media users, one of which is Twitter. The rapid development of communication technology in this digital era, so that social media is very easy to access, in general social media such as twitter most of its users are teenagers. In the end, it has a major influence on how to interact in social life both in cyberspace and the real world. Some experts state that the characteristics of the generation in the current era are different from the previous generation, one of the reasons is because the current generation was born and grew up in a modern environment and surrounded by digital technology. This study aims to identify the various forms of slang found in captions and comment columns on social media twitter.  The data in this study is in the form of slang words obtained by applying observation methods with screenshot and record techniques. The data sources used were @collegemenfess Twitter social media accounts and @kdrama_menfess. The results in this study are various forms of slang words in the form of (1) mager, (2) bucin, (3) baper, (4) gabut, (5) bm, (6) gaje, (7) gercep, (8) mode. The analysis showed mixed results, but most of the participants stated that they got slang words to interact with in social circles and obtained those slang words from memes and other social media. 

In the 21st century, there are many uses of new and foreign language terms, not even a few of these language terms have become normalized or normalized by the community for use in everyday life. The problem contained in this study is that the use of the slang term "well" is more dominantly used on social media, especially on social media tiktok and especially young people who tend to understand more about the term "well" slang. The purpose of this research is to find out why in the 21st century people, especially young people, are more interested in using the slang term "well" for everyday use and especially in social media tiktok. And also to invite or get used to using Indonesian more often . The method used in this research is qualitative data. The results of this study are to prove why the younger generation is more likely to use and understand more the Indonesian language in social media because Indonesian itself is an identity for citizenship. Based on the results of research that in the 21st century, people, especially the younger generation, are more comfortable and easier to understand the slang term "well".

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

This research is to uncover brand storytelling through a morpho-semantic approach to the tradition of kupat jembut syawalan in Pedurungan Semarang. This article is the finding of a descriptive study using Ogden & Richard's semantic approach, using Crespo's storytelling theory of the Syawalan kupat-jembut tradition in Semarang, then analyzing its morphology to see its essence. The results of the study show: that the kupat jembut is used as a medium to attract the community so that the Syawalan tradition of the Pedurungan Semarang community can be preserved for the next generation. The naming does not reduce the essence of syawalan which is an expression of gratitude and hospitality. The research implication, narrative experience brings understanding to the essence of Islamic tradition to be preserved. Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

This Community Service aims to increase knowledge and skills in planning, compiling and managing Islamic finance for students of MAN 2 Karanganyar. The students of MAN 2 Karangayar are Generation Z who play a role in this nation. The problem faced by partners is the first, limited knowledge of sharia-based financial planning. Second, the lack of skills and ability to prepare budgets for sharia-based financial management. The solutions to these problems include: first, training to increase knowledge about sharia financial planning. Second, training in preparing an ideal budget. It is hoped that with this solution, MAN 2 Karanganyar students will be able to plan and budget for Islamic financial management so that they do not have a lifestyle with the desire to follow a trend that is currently rife or developing which can lead to hedonism and other detrimental traits. The output of this activity is increasing knowledge and increasing skills in preparing personal budgets for sharia financial management by partners.

Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.

Youth play a strategic role in national economic development because their creativity, innovation, and energy can drive the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at both local and national levels. However, many youth groups face challenges in developing their businesses due to limited capital, managerial knowledge, marketing skills, and restricted networking opportunities, which hinder optimal profit generation. Business incubators provide a strategic solution to empower youth groups by offering mentorship, training, and facilities to expand networking and access to capital, enabling sustainable profit generation. This community service program was implemented by creating a business incubator for youth groups, including business management training, marketing strategies, financial management, and direct field mentoring. The results indicate improvements in managerial skills, business productivity, and actual profit generation, along with enhanced marketing networks and digital technology utilization to broaden market reach. The conclusion emphasizes that business incubators serve as an effective mechanism to create independent, productive youth entrepreneurs who contribute meaningfully to local and national economic growth.

Barong dance is one of Indonesia's cultural treasures that has great tourist attraction potential in Bali. This dance depicts the fight between good and evil in Balinese culture and has the beauty of dance movements, interesting costumes, and stories raised in the dance. Barong dance also has an important role in introducing Balinese culture to tourists and having a positive impact on the local economy. However, in an effort to preserve it, there are several challenges that must be faced, such as maintaining authenticity, quality of appearance, effective promotion, and management and maintenance of costumes and property. Therefore, joint efforts from the government, community, and tourism industry players are needed to maintain and preserve Barong dance properly. In addition, education and training for the younger generation also need to be improved to help maintain the sustainability of Barong dance as a valuable cultural heritage. By maintaining and preserving Barong dance, it is hoped that Balinese culture can continue to be known and appreciated by tourists, and have a positive impact on the local economy.

Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh emotional intelligence, kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi Y di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan mengambil sampel pegawai generasi Y di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora sebanyak 46 responden. Metode analisis data diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji partial (uji t), uji serempak (uji F), uji R square dan uji analisis jalur dengan mengunakan alat statistik SPSS 22. Hasil uji t sebagai berikut : emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kreativitas pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kreativitas pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel emotional intelligence, kreativitas pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji R square menunjukkan bahwa 82,9% variasi dari kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh emotional intelligence, kreativitas pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja dan sisanya sebesar 17,1% dijelaskan variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian, misalnya komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, dan lain lain. Hasil uji analisa jalur menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sedangkan pengaruh langsung kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil pengaruh total untuk meningkatkan kinerja akan lebih efektif apabila melalui peningkatan emotional intelligence.

The role of youth as the first generation of the Indonesian nation can be seen from the role of youth as agents of change. This study aims to provide a description of the role of youth in participating in the success of activities affiliated with political parties. The research approach used is descriptive with the type of research mixed method. The quantitative approach method uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method of hypothesis testing and analysis of variance through the two-way Friedman level. This study concludes first that the responses of the respondents, both youth and women, to activities affiliated with political parties are no different or the same. This means that activities affiliated with political parties are considered equally good by young people and women. Second, youths have significant differences in preferences for the four types of activities affiliated with political parties. In this condition, the youth as respondents considered that the four activities affiliated with political parties have different levels of advantages and disadvantages so that their preferences for the four are also different. There is a certain tendency in choosing activities affiliated with political parties.

The advancement of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) is transforming the way scientists conduct deep-sea exploration and environmental monitoring. AUVs equipped with sophisticated sonar, AI-driven navigation systems, and real-time data transmission capabilities can explore extreme marine environments where human intervention is impossible. This paper reviews state-of-the-art developments in AUV technology, including enhanced battery efficiency, swarm intelligence for coordinated underwater missions, and AI-based anomaly detection for marine biodiversity assessment. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AUVs in disaster response, such as oil spill detection and ocean pollution analysis. By addressing technical challenges such as communication latency, data processing in harsh environments, and energy efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the next generation of AUV applications.

In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking.
