The use of non-cash payments is increasingly becoming a trend among Indonesians, both in urban and rural areas. Non-cash payment instruments are considered more effective in supporting transaction activities and contribute significantly as the main driver of national economic growth. The state, as the organizer of public welfare, is obliged to carry out various activities to achieve the welfare of the people, as mandated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In the beginning, money as a medium of exchange was in concrete form such as coins and banknotes. However, rapid technological developments encourage the birth of innovation in payment systems through electronic methods, to support the optimization of the use of non-cash payment instruments (less cash), so that a society with digital-based financial transactions is formed (less cash society). This research uses a normative juridical approach, relying on secondary data obtained from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The main focus of this research is to analyze the influence of the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) on social changes in the economic field. Based on the provisions of Article 1 point 3 of Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 16/8/PBI/2014 concerning Amendments to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 11/12/PBI/2009 concerning Electronic Money, it is stated that electronic money is a payment instrument that fulfills a number of certain elements related to its use.

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to education, revolutionizing the way knowledge is accessed, shared, and disseminated. It has provided a wealth of opportunities for innovation, convenience, and accessibility in learning. However, the rapid shift to digital platforms presents several challenges that may hinder the development of students’ critical thinking and exacerbate educational inequalities. Among these challenges are the digital divide, filter bubbles, and echo chambers, which can negatively impact students’ perspectives and deepen the educational gap between urban and rural areas. This research aims to analyze the effects of digital transformation on education, with a particular focus on Islamic education. It also explores the role of filter bubbles and echo chambers in shaping students' insights and understanding of various issues. The research method used is library research, involving the collection and analysis of literature from various scholarly sources such as Sinta, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar. The findings of the study highlight that digital transformation has facilitated the learning process through platforms like Google Classroom and Zoom, making education more accessible. However, it also introduces challenges, such as the spread of misinformation and hoaxes, which are amplified by filter bubbles and echo chambers. From an Islamic educational perspective, digital transformation aligns with the principles of seeking knowledge and justice. However, the digital divide contradicts the Islamic value of equal access to education for all. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve digital literacy, provide equitable infrastructure, and promote cross-perspective collaboration to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment. The findings aim to guide policymakers and educators in shaping better educational strategies.

The digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is crucial for enhancing competitiveness and sustainability in the digital economy era. However, MSMEs face significant challenges, including low digital literacy, limited financial resources, uneven digital infrastructure, and insufficient regulatory support. This study aims to analyze these challenges and propose adaptation strategies through a qualitative literature review approach. Data were collected from credible sources, including academic journals, government reports, and reputable articles, focusing on the period from 2019 to 2024. The findings highlight the importance of external support, such as training, mentoring, and government policies, in facilitating digital transformation. Key strategies include improving digital literacy, collaborating with digital platforms, and fostering product innovation. The study also emphasizes the need for government intervention in infrastructure development and policy reform to create a conducive ecosystem for MSMEs. While digital transformation offers significant benefits, such as operational efficiency, market expansion, and increased competitiveness, the digital divide between urban and rural MSMEs remains a critical issue. This research provides recommendations for stakeholders to ensure inclusive and sustainable digital transformation for all MSMEs in Indonesia.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Mobile banking, Internet banking, digital transformation of financial performance in banking companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2023. The sample size was set at 5 banking companies with observation data from 2019 to 2023. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that Mobile banking, Internet  Banking and digital transformation simultaneously influences financial performance; Mobile banking partially has a positive and significant effect on financial performance; Internet  Banking partially has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance; Digital transformation partially has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance. It is hoped that companies can implement and improve information technology infrastructure in services digital banking and can be implemented by banking companies to improve company performance.

Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Adopsi Teknologi Digital dan Integrasi Sistem Informasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Studi ini mengacu pada berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah terindeks dalam lima tahun terakhir. Metode SLR diterapkan dengan mengikuti protokol PRISMA, mencakup identifikasi, penyaringan, dan analisis literatur yang relevan dari database terkemuka seperti IEEE Xplore, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi digital berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan inovasi bisnis, sedangkan integrasi sistem informasi berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data dan pengambilan keputusan. Kombinasi kedua faktor ini secara langsung berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi transformasi digital, seperti hambatan teknis dan resistensi organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi transformasi digital yang lebih efektif.

Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun kontrol TI yang ada sudah memberikan perlindungan dasar, terdapat celah signifikan dalam integrasi praktik audit dengan tren digital terkini. Kerangka kerja yang diusulkan mengkombinasikan metode audit tradisional dengan alat penilaian risiko modern guna meningkatkan kepatuhan dan efisiensi operasional. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi organisasi untuk memperkuat infrastruktur TI dan menyelaraskan proses audit dengan lanskap digital yang terus berkembang.

The system features enhanced notification capabilities, streamlined order management, and a transparent payment integration framework that facilitates seamless transactions. A notable addition is the integrated spending monitoring dashboard, which enables real-time tracking of procurement activities and supports efficient product management. The platform's successful implementation hinges on thorough stakeholder preparation and systematic user training programs. These improvements are specifically designed to optimize procurement efficiency and elevate public service quality, with a particular focus on strengthening the healthcare sector's procurement processes.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether digital marketing media can influence consumer interaction with the Shopee marketplace. Online communication and sales are new things in the realm of marketing thanks to the rapid development of technology that allows individuals to make transactions through digital platforms. Currently, buying and selling transactions in the marketplace are in great demand and are popular with the public. One of the applications most often used by the public is Shopee. By using a digital marketing strategy in the Shopee marketplace, selling products without having to meet face to face with consumers becomes very easy. Business actors also try to apply efficient tactics to influence the level of consumer buying interest. In this study, the researcher applied a qualitative method that was explained descriptively by utilizing books, websites, and related journals. The quality and unique characteristics of the products being promoted  

This article discusses the transformation of international payments that continues to develop along with technological advances and increasing needs for efficiency, speed, and security in conducting cross-border transactions. This development is marked by the innovation of international payments with the existence of CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and its integration with fintech, as a digital currency issued by the Central Bank. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Where data can be obtained through informal group discussions, literature studies, and from various sources of information related to the transformation of international payments, CBDC, and the fintech ecosystem. The results of the study show that there has been a transformation of international payments that started from manual or cash transactions, until now it can carry out digital payment transactions using CBDC payment innovations. However, there are challenges or risks in using CBDC, namely related to data security and privacy, new financial technology regulations, changes in consumer behavior, and financial stability risks. This article is expected to provide insight for industry players to be able to utilize the potential of CBDC and fintech in building a more modern and sustainable international financial system.

Digitization has driven information technology to become a fundamental foundation in facilitating human tasks across various aspects, including governance. This study focuses on the implementation of the Online Public Service Application (PRO) Denpasar as part of e-government implementation in Denpasar City. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the PRO Denpasar application in improving the quality of public services, identify implementation challenges, and formulate improvement strategies based on a SWOT analysis. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method as the issues examined are social and dynamic in nature. This method enables researchers to explore phenomena in-depth by gathering information from various perspectives. The qualitative approach provides flexibility in understanding the social context and the dynamics of interactions between individuals or groups related to the phenomenon being studied. The results indicate that although the public satisfaction level with the application exceeds 80%, several challenges remain, such as uneven socialization, digital divides, and slow responses from relevant parties. The proposed strategies include developing a collaboration-based digital platform, enhancing data security, and implementing digital inclusion programs. This research underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration and continuous innovation to support the success of e-government.

Digital innovation in the agricultural sector is increasingly becoming an important concern as a solution to increase agricultural efficiency and productivity. This research discusses the comparison between open source technology and commercial technology in the agricultural sector, with the aim of understanding the advantages and challenges of each in the agricultural context in Indonesia. Using a comparative descriptive approach, this research involved 30 farmers who were divided into two groups, namely farmers using open source technology and farmers using commercial technology. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and field observations, then analyzed descriptively to describe the use of both types of technology.The research results show that open source technology is more affordable and flexible, but is limited by a lack of technical support and integration with existing agricultural systems. Meanwhile, commercial technology offers more complete technical support and more integrated systems, but high costs are a major obstacle for small farmers. In conclusion, choosing the right technology must take into account local conditions, economic capabilities and existing technical support. This research suggests the importance of policies that support the provision of affordable technology and training accessibility for farmers to maximize the potential of digital transformation in the agricultural sector.

This study aims to explore the concept of habituation in Islamic education as an effective strategy for shaping the character of elementary school students. Through a library research approach, this study analyzes relevant principles of Islamic education and their application in the context of modern education. The findings reveal that habituation based on Islamic values, such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and tolerance, significantly impacts character development in students. Consistently implemented habituation methods, through exemplary practices and daily routines, have proven effective in internalizing these values. Innovations in habituation, such as the integration of digital technology, Qur'anic literacy, and flagship tahfidzul Qur'an programs, strengthen the implementation of character education in elementary schools. However, challenges such as limited resources, parental involvement, and technological adaptation require strategic solutions, including teacher training and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This study emphasizes that habituation in Islamic education is not only relevant but also adaptable to the needs of modern education, making it a transformational strategy for shaping a generation with noble character, knowledge, and integrity.

The transformation of fiqh principles is crucial in addressing the challenges of Islamic law in the era of social media and e-commerce. As technology advances, new phenomena such as digital transactions, online communication, and social media interactions significantly influence the social and economic dynamics of the Muslim community. In this context, fiqh principles need to be adjusted to remain relevant to the needs of maslahat (public interest) in contemporary times. This article aims to analyze how fiqh principles can be applied in the context of social media and e-commerce, and how they adapt to the changing times to ensure that Islamic principles continue to safeguard the welfare of the community. The approach used is a literature review, focusing on the adaptation of fiqh in facing digital technological advancements.

Information technology has an important role in the continuity of business activities for MSMEs. The application of technology to build a business is called effective and efficient digital transformation for MSMEs. One form of digital transformation is in the aspect of recording transactions and finances called Point of Sale (POS). POS is an application in the form of an online cashier with integrated electronic transaction service features which is aimed at increasing the sustainable development of digital entrepreneurs or Digipreneurs through digital transaction services to analyze administrative and financial matters which can help MSMEs. This research aims to prepare for the digital transformation of MSMEs in using digital POS system applications using the I-TOE framework. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 6 MSMEs in Salatiga, Central Java. From the interview results, it can be concluded that through the I-TOE framework, it is known that the readiness for digital MSME transformation is influenced by several aspects (1) Type of business, (2) Age of the manager. (3) Human resources and (4) Environmental demands.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in encouraging economic equity in Indonesia by encouraging economic growth, encouraging innovation and creativity, and reducing unemployment. Among the various MSME sectors, the culinary business stands out because it is very promising due to the universal food needs. One of the culinary businesses, Roti Bakar Bahagia, located in Medang Lestari, Tangerang Regency, shows significant growth potential but faces challenges in optimizing digital marketing and payment systems. To overcome these challenges, community service activities are carried out to increase the digital presence and digital payment infrastructure of the business. The assistance provided includes designing and making logos, designing and recreating menu lists, creating Google Maps lists, and integrating digital payment systems through QRIS. These efforts proved to be very beneficial, equipping Roti Bakar Bahagia to increase its competitiveness and sustain growth in the dynamic culinary market.

The implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia's development administration during the digital era presents a significant opportunity to build a system founded on inclusivity, fairness, and sustainability. Digital transformation plays a pivotal role in optimizing sharia-based financial technologies, empowering community economies, and enhancing resource management efficiency. Technologies such as halal e-commerce, blockchain, and sharia-compliant financial applications extend access to financial services in previously underserved remote areas. However, challenges such as low digital literacy levels and insufficient regulatory frameworks remain obstacles. Collaboration among the government, Islamic financial institutions, businesses, and communities is essential to ensure the effective implementation of this system. By combining sharia principles with technological innovations, Islamic economics holds substantial potential to boost Indonesia's economic competitiveness on a global scale.

This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in implementing information technology (IT) and digitalization. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners and managers in various sectors, the results show that MSMEs experience a number of obstacles such as limited financial resources, lack of technological knowledge, and inadequate infrastructure. However, the use of IT can increase efficiency, productivity and market access for MSMEs. External support such as technology training and subsidies from the government are important factors in overcoming this challenge. This research concludes that digital transformation is the key to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the ever-growing digital era. It is hoped that the recommendations will help MSME owners and policy makers formulate strategies to support IT adoption effectively.

This study evaluates the impact of Learning Technology Integration and Education Effectiveness on the Transformation of Educational Paradigms in the Digital Era. Learning Technology Integration refers to the application of digital tools such as e-learning platforms, online learning applications, and interactive media to support educational processes, while Education Effectiveness encompasses the ability of the education system to achieve optimal learning outcomes through efficient and relevant approaches. This research employs a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey distributed to 50 students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, selected randomly. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the two independent variables (Learning Technology Integration and Education Effectiveness) and the dependent variable (Transformation of Educational Paradigms in the Digital Era). The results indicate that both variables have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously. This study recommends enhancing learning technology integration and the effectiveness of education systems as key strategies to accelerate the transformation of adaptive and innovative educational paradigms in the digital era.
