The maritime industry is rapidly evolving due to technological advancements and increased emphasis on sustainability. This research aims to develop a specialized maritime management curriculum that aligns with the needs of the port, shipping, and logistics sectors while incorporating emerging technologies and sustainability practices. Through qualitative research involving 5 maritime professionals, 5 lecturers, and 5 graduates, this study investigates the current gaps in maritime education and the essential competencies needed in modern maritime professions. Using descriptive analysis, the research provides insights into the integration of applied management studies, technical skills, and innovation into the curriculum. The study identifies key areas where existing curricula fall short, including the underrepresentation of technological and sustainability competencies. By examining the experiences of industry professionals and educational experts, a new curriculum framework is proposed, aiming to enhance graduate readiness for modern challenges. The curriculum effectiveness is evaluated using key performance indicators (KPIs), with a 9/10 score on alignment with industry needs. Comprehensive tables illustrate the scoring across various curriculum components, including technology integration, sustainability, and managerial skills. The findings suggest that the proposed curriculum model can significantly improve the employability of graduates, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the dynamic requirements of the maritime industry. Continuous curriculum development, with feedback from industry stakeholders, is recommended to maintain alignment with evolving industry needs.

This research explores the impact of using the application on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Semarang in the context of digitalization and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence. (AI). Research data were obtained from a survey of 100 MSME actors and in-depth interviews. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive. The research results indicate that the application can potentially enhance MSMEs' operational and marketing efficiency through a digital system. However, it still faces the challenge of low digital literacy among MSME actors. The discussion shows that this innovation can improve the competitiveness of business actors in the digital era, especially in understanding consumer behavior and logistics management. The research conclusion emphasizes that implementing the application can be a solution to increase MSME income, help them adapt to market changes, and effectively utilize digital technology.

House. Event Management is the process of planning, organizing and implementing events with the aim of creating a memorable experience for event participants. Many things are regulated in event management, such as determining location, budget, marketing, logistics, security and other operational activities. In the context of this tournament event, event management is very important to ensure that all elements of the event run smoothly and according to participants' expectations. Sinar Inti Telaga was founded in 1986, then transformed into PT Serasi Autoraya in 1990 by introducing the trademark "Toyota A Car". PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) is an international subsidiary. Tbk which is now widely known as one of the largest transportation and logistics service companies in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) in this research uses independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The sample used the Puprosive Sampling method, data collection by collecting questionnaires online with Google from to 50 respondents. The method in this research uses quantitative statistical methods. Quantitative statistical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis. Other hypothesis testing includes classical assumption tests, including data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 25.0 photo windows program. The test results of the T (Partial) test on the compensation variable (X1) show that the sig 0.004 < 0.05 and t value 3,028 > 2,010 (t table) test results on the T (Partial) test on the work discipline variable, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and t value 6,081 > 2,010 (t table). The test results of the F test (Simultaneous) show that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value is 49,966 > 3.19 (f table) and it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y).

Research was conducted to analyze the effect of work environment, work stress, workload on turnover intention through organizational commitment. Sampling based on purposive sampling technique as many as 120 respondents with the criteria of project logistics division employees at PT Pos Logistics. The results concluded that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; work stress and workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The effect of organizational commitment as an intervening variable shows that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; work stress price and workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases that is considered dangerous due to its susceptibility to complications. This disease is caused by high blood sugar levels in a person's body, which makes the blood more alkaline and slows down the metabolic process. In this study, we observed 8 variables that are considered influential in diabetes and will build a regression model that can predict the response variable (y) through Logistic Regression Analysis. Logistic Regression Analysis is a statistical analysis method used to describe the relationship between a dependent variable with two or more categories and one or more independent variables that are categorical or continuous. Good logistics management of medicines is one of the factors so that medicines can be managed well. The pharmacy unit of the Kolaka District Health Service has problems with inadequate storage or storage of medicines and delays in the arrival of medicines. The aim of this research is to determine the Analysis of Drug Logistics Management at the Kolaka District Health Service. The research uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observations and observation guides. The results of the research show that at the drug planning stage using the consumption method, drug procurement using an e-catalog system, drug storage is still not good because the warehouse is not large enough for drug storage. Suggestions for the Kolaka District Health Service.

Elections serve as a crucial pillar of democracy, allowing citizens to participate in the selection of leaders and shaping national policies. In Indonesia, the General Election Commission (KPU) is responsible for organizing elections, ensuring that the process is transparent, fair, and accountable. Understanding public perceptions of the KPU's performance is vital for evaluating the success and legitimacy of the democratic process, particularly in regions like Benowo District, Surabaya, which reflects the broader dynamics of local democracy. This study employs a qualitative methodology to explore and interpret the views and experiences of the public regarding the KPU's performance in the 2024 Election. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with community leaders and direct observation of the election process. The qualitative approach allows for a comprehensive analysis of the complex and nuanced perceptions held by the community. The findings reveal that the public in Benowo District generally holds a positive perception of the KPU's performance, appreciating the orderliness, transparency, and efficiency of the electoral process. However, challenges such as logistics management were identified, indicating areas where the KPU can improve in future elections. These insights are crucial for enhancing the quality of electoral administration and strengthening the democratic process in Indonesia.

This research aims to apply the K-Means Clustering method in grouping consumer interests regarding the use of services at the Binjai Post Office. The Post Office is part of a state-owned enterprise in North Sumatra Province with the main task of providing postal and logistics services. Postal services remain one of the most important means of communication, especially for sending packages, letters, and documents. However, with various services and diverse consumer needs, post offices can provide more effective and relevant services. The K-Means Clustering method is a classification technique based on machine learning algorithms used to identify patterns present in consumer interest data. The data used in this research includes various related variables, namely the type of delivery, total cost, and delivery time. The results of the clustering process conducted using 3 clusters indicate that there is a grouping of consumer data based on preferences for using delivery services. In group 1, there are (21 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C1) 2; 4.3810; 3.5238. In group 2, there are (124 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C2) 3; 2.0565; 3.1452. In group 3, there are (387 data points) with a centroid at coordinates (C3) 3.6925; 1.1370; 1.7209. This research shows that the application of K-Means Clustering can enhance the understanding of consumer interests and assist in the development of more targeted strategies to optimally meet needs.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Implementating Warehouse Management System (WMS)  and Competence on the Employee Performance of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari. The  population of this research  is  all employees in the logistics department, totaling 60 employees.. The sampling technique used is in this research was the census sampling technique  which obtained 60 samples. Research data was  obtained  from  questionnaires  distributed  to  respondents. The  research  method  is  quantitative  using  the SPSS  25  software.  The research result show that WMS has a partial effect on employee performance, indicated by a T-value of 5.010 > T-table of 1.671 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Competence also has a partial effect on employee performance, with a T-value of 10.853 > T-table of 1.671 and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows an F-value of 93.698 > F-table of 3.16 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the independent variables of WMS  and Competence significantly affect the dependent variable of employee performance simultaneously. The coefficient of determination is 0.767 or 76.7%, while the remaining 23.3% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Challenges in sugar factory logistics management are often factors that hinder production efficiency and effectiveness. Kebon Agung Sugar Factory is one of the major sugar producers in Indonesia that has an important role in supporting the national sugar industry, a key factor in maintaining competitiveness. In addition, optimization of procurement of goods and services is also closely related to risk management. The implementation of a more modern procurement system is also expected to support aspects of sustainability and resource efficiency. This study uses a descriptive method. Descriptive research with data collection methods used in this study is observation to obtain data regarding the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang, interviews with Mr. Egi as the head of the logistics sub-section and Ms. Debby as staff in the service procurement sector, and documentation. The system is an important element that a company has to manage all components in the company. Likewise at PG Kebon Agung which has a system that applies to the procurement of goods or services. the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang has been operating optimally. With the existence of its Own Estimated Price and Service Procurement Request Letter. And after that there will be minutes, aanwijzing, negotiations and finally the process of printing SPK and partner signatures.

This research investigates the multifaceted factors influencing Indonesian sea transportation subsidy policies and their impact on regional economic growth. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, the study identifies key drivers such as political stability, regulatory efficiency, economic conditions, infrastructure development, and policy implementation mechanisms. Political stability was found crucial for ensuring policy consistency and investor confidence, while efficient regulatory frameworks streamlined subsidy allocations. Economic fluctuations, both global and domestic, significantly influenced resource allocations, underscoring the need for adaptive economic policies. Infrastructure investments emerged as pivotal in enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs, essential for fostering regional economic competitiveness. Effective policy implementation through transparency, accountability, and monitoring mechanisms was critical in maximizing socio-economic benefits. The findings underscore the importance of integrated policy approaches to address complex challenges and leverage opportunities for sustainable economic development in Indonesia's maritime sector.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of GCG and CSR on company value with company size as a moderation variable. The sample selection technique in this study uses the purposive sampling  method and was obtained from 20 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using  SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on the company's value, while the independent board of commissioners and CSR have a positive effect on the company's value. The size of the company is able to moderate managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the value of the company, but it is not able to moderate the influence of the independent board of commissioners and CSR on the value of the company. It is recommended that researchers further add other factors that affect the value of companies, as well as expand the scope of companies so that the sample will be more and more.

The service of container activity flow in the depot that is not carried out effectively will have an impact on the service users which can have a major impact on the company resulting in a reduction in service users in the company. To avoid service users feeling dissatisfied with the depot service, it is better to supervise the activities in the depot and it is necessary to add workers to activities that require fast processing time. The handling scheme for container activity flow in the depot at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik Belawan starts from container rental and the depot stacking yard. However, in the handling scheme for container activity flow at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistik Belawan, there is still a manual system so that there are often similarities in the numbers in the input lines and have an impact on repeating data input. And damage to the tools that often occur, such as damage to the Reach stacker (Heavy Equipment) which results in hampered activities in the depot. The method used in this study is the Library Research and Field Research methods.

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of PT MIF Surabaya, namely to find out what factors are the strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as knowing the opportunities and threats faced by the company and formulating the best and most suitable marketing strategy for PT MIF Surabaya by taking into account internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (threats and opportunities) to face business competition in the field of Domestic Forwarding and Logistics. One of PT Meratus Line's strategies in developing market penetration in Indonesia is through the formation of PT MIF which was determined by the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No.C2.734.HT.01.01 – 1991 dated March 6 1991, and published in Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 26 dated March 3 1992. During this period, it caused quite a lot of concern for other Forwarding Companies which had become Meratus Line customers. With commitment and proof from the Meratus Group that MIF is not permitted to compete for customers from Forwarding Companies that use Meratus Line services, PT MIF has succeeded in becoming "sales" or an extension of Meratus Line in bringing closer the relationship between Meratus Line and end customers. With the support of PT Meratus Line as a holding company engaged in inter-island shipping and has experience since 1957, PT MIF concentrates its business on shipping cargo expeditions. Indonesia is the country with the fourth largest number of internet users in the world, after the United States, with 212.9 million users in 2023. The development of technology and the internet has had a significant impact on people's lives, especially in terms of online shopping. E-commerce users in Indonesia have increased significantly in recent years. Shopee is one of the platforms that is often used by Indonesians to shop online easily, safely, and quickly. This platform supports customers with strong payments and logistics services, and can be easily accessed via smartphones. Shopee Express, as part of Shopee's e-commerce service, has advantages over other platforms because of the various offers provided. However, a number of Shopee consumers have complained about the delivery service, ranging from damaged goods to packages that arrive late. This study aims to determine the effect of  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality on Shopee Express Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with quantitative methods, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed were then analyzed using research instrument analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The statistical analysis tool used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The number of samples in this study was 385 people, selected through simple random sampling techniques. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially,  Customer Experience has an effect of 11.953, Security of 5.466, and Punctuality of 8.647, which have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously,  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of 389.559, with a coefficient of determination of 75.2%.

As rural areas undergo revitalization, e-commerce platforms play a pivotal role in the development of agriculture. Their impact is far-reaching, fostering diversification, adopting intelligent agricultural practices, and establishing e-commerce trading and delivery platforms. The number of respondents for this study was 390, with its focus on the intricacies of the e-commerce development strategy for consumer satisfaction in rural areas is of utmost importance. It aims to spotlight the logistics model and specific development strategies that will further the advancement of e-commerce in rural regions, all within the broader context of rural revitalization.

Combinatorial optimization is a fundamental area in operations research and computer science, focusing on identifying optimal solutions from a finite set of possibilities. This study explores the integration of branch and bound methods with heuristic algorithms to address optimization problems in graph theory and discrete mathematics. Python was employed for algorithm implementation due to its flexibility and comprehensive computational libraries, enabling efficient data analysis and visualization. Several benchmark problems were examined, including the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), Minimum Spanning Tree (MST), and Graph Coloring. Simulations were conducted using datasets of varying sizes (small, medium, and large) to evaluate performance across different scales. The results demonstrate that the hybrid approach achieves a balance between solution quality and computational efficiency, outperforming brute-force methods in terms of speed while maintaining near-optimal accuracy. Tabulated results and graphical comparisons highlight the reduction in computation time and improved scalability of the proposed method. The findings suggest that combining systematic search strategies with heuristics offers a practical and effective framework for solving complex combinatorial optimization problems. Recommendations for future research include testing scalability with larger datasets, incorporating advanced metaheuristics, and applying the approach to real-world domains such as logistics and network design.

Effective and efficient logistics management at the Nutrition Installation is an important factor in ensuring the availability and quality of food for patients. This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Logistics management at Nutritional Installations is carried out optimally by increasing the accuracy of planning food needs, procuring food ingredients appropriately, improving food storage standards, timely distribution of food, and carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, making it easier for health workers to carry out their duties and minimize undesirable events.
