Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, plays an important role in the legal system, including in the context of anti-terrorism law. This study aims to explore how the principles of Pancasila function as pillars in the formation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the main method, which includes analysis of academic literature, legal documents, and interviews with legal experts. The results of the study indicate that the principles of Pancasila Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, Unity of Indonesia, Democracy Guided by the Wisdom of Deliberation and Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People provide a moral and ideological framework underlying the creation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. Pancasila ensures that counter-terrorism efforts remain in accordance with the values of humanity, social justice, and national unity. However, challenges such as potential human rights violations and abuse of authority need to be addressed to ensure that anti-terrorism law remains in line with the principles of Pancasila. This study recommends strengthening the enforcement of human rights, inclusiveness in policy making, and periodic evaluation and revision of anti-terrorism policies to improve their effectiveness and conformity to the country's core values.

From a religious perspective, diversity is God's gift and will; If God wills, it is certainly not difficult to make His servants uniform and of one type. But He really wants humanity to be diverse, into tribes and nations, with the aim of life being dynamic, learning from each other, and getting to know each other. So, isn't diversity very beautiful? Grateful for the diversity of the Indonesian nation. Apart from diverse religions and beliefs, within each religion there are also diverse interpretations of religious teachings, especially when it comes to religious practices and rituals. Generally, each interpretation of religious teachings has adherents who admit and believe in the truth of the interpretation they practice. The problem is, why do people divide and claim the truth from each other even though the basis is only from religious interpretations. Mutual claims to truth actually announce untruths. If mutual claims to truth are used as a basis for legitimizing divisions on the basis of religious truth, it is very dangerous in the future life of the nation. Religious moderation is a way that can be used as a link to unite those who are divided due to religious interpretations.

Religious beliefs and culture cannot be separated from one another because religion exists within a particular culture, and local culture influences religion. Although religion is supposed to encourage humanity to create peace and prosperity on Earth, it has instead become one of the factors causing violence and the destruction of humanity, necessitating actions to prevent these issues from arising. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an educational, social, and participatory role in the life of a pluralistic society. Essentially, PAK is an effective learning medium to instill Christian principles in every member of the church, serving as a foundation for their existence in society. The method used in the writing of this paper is a descriptive qualitative method.

The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world, has always been an interesting theme and invites debate, both among theologians and secularists. Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various skeptical views, rejections and refutations, including suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate against that view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time an answer. This study aims to test the truth that during His mission in the world, Jesus was a true sinless human being, using a method using a qualitative approach using secondary techniques through literature studies. The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world has always been an interesting theme and has invited debate, both among theologians and secularists. Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various views of skepticism, rejection and refutation, not least the suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate regarding this view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time the answer that Jesus' human nature is real and during the mission of His redemptive work Jesus acted with His sinless human nature. The results of the study concluded that Jesus' humanity was real, and during his redemptive mission, Jesus acted with a sinless humanity. This study confirms that even though Jesus experienced a full human life, including suffering and weakness, He still lived without sin and without moral fault. This is an important belief in Christian theology that emphasizes that Jesus' humanity does not diminish His purity and holiness in carrying out his redemptive mission for humanity.

Customary law reform in Indonesia in the context of globalization raises significant challenges and opportunities. The values of Pancasila, as the ideological foundation of the nation, play an important role in ensuring that customary law reform remains relevant, fair and rooted in local culture. Globalization encourages the modernization and homogenization of the legal system, which often contradicts the principles of customary law based on local wisdom. This article examines how Pancasila values, such as humanity, social justice, unity, and deliberation, can be integrated in the process of customary law reform to remain relevant amid global dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with the methods of literature study, interviews, and document analysis. Literature study was conducted to understand the theoretical context of customary law reform and Pancasila values, while interviews were conducted with legal experts, academics, and traditional leaders to obtain empirical perspectives on challenges and opportunities in customary law reform. Document analysis was conducted on policies and regulations relating to customary law and the implementation of Pancasila values in Indonesia. The results show that customary law reform based on Pancasila has great potential to deliver a legal system that is more inclusive and responsive to the needs of local communities. Key challenges identified include difficulties in harmonizing customary law with national and international law and homogenizing pressures from global standards. However, opportunities are also found in the ability of updated customary law to provide more culturally and locally relevant dispute resolution alternatives. The integration of Pancasila values is believed to strengthen the position of customary law within national and global legal frameworks.ract

The doctrine of Christ or Christology is the core part of Christian teaching that studies the person and work of Jesus Christ. As the core of the Christian faith, Christology discusses who Jesus is, both in His divinity as the Son of God and in His humanity who was present in the world to atone for human sins. A correct understanding of Christology is very important because it influences how Christians understand salvation, the sacrifice on the cross, and the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. However, in an increasingly modern and pluralistic era, this doctrine often faces quite complex challenges.

Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

After the enactment of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020 regarding Covid-19 and PSBB, many public services experienced disruption, including marriage services. To avoid crowds at the District KUA, the number of marriage ceremonies is limited to eight couples per day. However, the Kabanjahe District KUA reported an increase in marriage requests in recent times, especially during the pandemic. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on marriage contracts at the KUA Kabanjahe District in 2022, with a focus on the implementation of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020, especially the principle of mashlahah murlahah, is considered impermissible because it can cause harm or damage to humanity. This legal determination is based on the principle of ushul fiqh which states that "rejecting damage must take precedence over bringing benefit". In this context, the damage referred to is the risk of spreading Covid-19 among the Walimatul 'Ursy participants. Meanwhile, bringing benefit means continuing to carry out walimatul 'ursy as a form of notification to the public about the existence of a bond between the bride and groom's families. Supporting factors for this include good coordination between the KUA and assistants such as the Covid-19 officer unit, health educators and community leaders who are aware of social restrictions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of complying with regulations.

The emergence of telemedicine as a digital transformation in the healthcare industry is a remarkable innovation that merges cutting-edge technology with community involvement. The progress has been found to enhance the quality of healthcare services but also poses challenges to ethical values in medicine that must be upheld to safeguard human dignity. Consequently, there is a pressing need to reform laws that can safeguard both healthcare providers and patients. Suggested legal reforms include modifying medical practice regulations to ensure equitable legal protection for doctors and patients during telemedicine consultations and bolstering the use of medical records as evidence in conflict resolution. These measures are aimed at ensuring that technological advancements in healthcare align with the values of Pancasila, which prioritize scientific values, fairness, justice, humanity, and balance, as well as the safety and protection of patients.
