This research aims to analyze the trade-off between unemployment and inflation, as well as government policies from an Islamic perspective. Inflation and unemployment issues remain primary challenges for governments in maintaining economic stability. Unlike conventional economic perspectives that accept the trade-off between these two variables, Islamic economics offers a more integrative and holistic approach. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes various literature related to the relationship between unemployment and inflation from both conventional and Islamic economic perspectives. Research findings reveal that in conventional economics, the Phillips Curve depicts a trade-off between unemployment and inflation in the short term, though its validity is questioned in the long term. In contrast, from an Islamic economic perspective, there is no dichotomy between reducing unemployment and controlling inflation, as both can be addressed simultaneously through a just economic system aligned with Sharia principles. Islamic economics offers solutions through strengthening the real sector, profit-sharing financial systems, and implementing zakat, infaq, and waqf instruments that can create employment without generating inflationary pressures. This research provides insights into government policies that align with Sharia values in addressing current macroeconomic challenges.

The rapid growth of urban areas has triggered the rise of unlicensed development or illegal buildings that have a negative impact on spatial planning, the environment, and the social life of the community. Controlling illegal buildings is a big challenge for local governments, especially in applying administrative sanctions effectively and fairly. This article analyzes various problems faced in applying administrative sanctions, including structural constraints, weak legal culture, and socio-economic impacts of the crackdown. Using normative and empirical juridical approaches, this research evaluates the effectiveness of administrative sanctions in a number of cities such as Surabaya, Bekasi, and Pontianak, and highlights the need for regulatory reform, strengthening the capacity of the apparatus, and participatory approaches to the community. The results show that the effectiveness of administrative sanctions is still limited due to slow bureaucracy, lack of coordination between agencies, and low public legal awareness. Therefore, a comprehensive and collaborative strategy is needed to improve administrative law enforcement that is consistent and has a real impact in creating an orderly, sustainable and socially just urban space.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the monetary and fiscal policy mix on Indonesia's economic growth during the COVID-19 pandemic in the period 2013-2023. Using the Simultaneous Regression method (Two-Stage Least Squares/2SLS), this study tests two simultaneous equations, namely the effect of exports, unemployment rate, and inflation on economic growth (GDP), as well as the effect of exchange rates (exchange rates), interest rates, and GDP on inflation. The results of the study indicate that exports and unemployment have a significant negative effect on economic growth, while inflation has a significant positive effect on GDP. Meanwhile, the exchange rate and interest rate have a significant effect on inflation, but GDP does not have a significant effect on inflation. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed and the autocorrelation test does not detect any autocorrelation, so the model used is valid. The effectiveness of monetary policy through the exchange rate channel on economic growth was found to be positive, although not statistically significant. This finding emphasizes the importance of coordination between fiscal and monetary policies, maintaining exchange rate stability, controlling inflation, and efforts to restore the real sector and reduce unemployment to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. This study provides recommendations for the government and monetary authorities to strengthen policy synergy in facing economic challenges, especially during times of crisis, to ensure more effective national economic stability and recovery.

Hyperuricemia is a condition of increased uric acid levels in the blood that can develop into various metabolic disorders, including gouty arthritis and kidney disease. Physical activity is known to play an important role in controlling uric acid levels by increasing excretion and inhibiting purine production. This activity uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach which includes checking uric acid levels using the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) method in 91 productive-age individuals, as well as education about the importance of physical activity. The results were obtained directly and presented to the participants along with interpretive explanations and preventive recommendations. The average uric acid levels of the participants were recorded at 3.78 ± 0.60 mg/dL with a range of 2.5 to 5.6 mg/dL. All participants (100%) had uric acid levels within the normal range. Physical activity contributes to the regulation of uric acid levels, so proper education remains important even though the examination results show normal values. Vergence movement is an important mechanism in eye coordination to maintain visual focus. The neural pathways controlling vergence involve complex interactions between various brain structures, such as the mesencephalic nucleus of the oculomotor nerve (CN III), the abducens nucleus (CN VI), the reticular pontine formation (PRF), and the visual and motor cortices. Disorders in this system can lead to convergence insufficiency, esotropia, exotropia, as well as diplopia which impacts the quality of binocular vision. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the neural pathways that play a role in the vergence system. This research design is a study that uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. 5 articles were obtained using a method of secondary analysis of literature review through scientific database portals such as SINTA, Scopus and Google Scholar published in 2015-2025 both national and international articles. The results of the analysis show that vergence disorders are common in children and the elderly, with various causes ranging from benign factors to more serious neurological conditions. Studies show that activities in the parietal eye field (PEF), frontal eye field (FEF), superior colliculus (SC), and PRF have important roles in vergence coordination. In addition, vergence deficits were also found in Parkinson's patients, who showed prolonged latency and reduced vergence gain. In the context of technology, research on virtual reality (VR) shows that vergence errors often occur when users interact with virtual environments, leading to visual fatigue and incorrect depth perception. This study also highlights that neurotransmitters such as GABA, glutamate, and dopamine have a role in the modulation of neural signals that control vergence. A deeper understanding of the neural pathways of vergence is crucial in ophthalmology and neurology, especially in the diagnosis and therapy of binocular vision disorders. In addition, research on vergence also contributes to the development of visual technologies, such as VR and eye tracking systems, that are more adaptive to human physiological characteristics.
