This study discusses the arrangement of queue lanes in the supervision of weighing freight transportation at UPPKB Singosari to improve service efficiency. Based on the analysis of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM), three main indicators, namely compliance, conformity, and implementation, have reached 100%, while the accuracy indicator has only reached 50% due to the duration of weighing exceeding the set time limit. The main factor causing long queues is the lack of clear lane markings, making it difficult for vehicles to be directed without an officer. In addition, the parking area of 3,330.6 m² has not been utilized optimally. Improvement efforts include the implementation of queue lane markings to reduce dependence on officers, optimization of facilities such as Pos 2 which is parallel to Pos 1, and improvement of human resource management to suit operational needs. The use of Weight in Motion (WIM) technology is also recommended to reduce workload and accelerate the supervision of freight transport vehicles. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that services at UPPKB Singosari can be more efficient, transparent, and in accordance with applicable standards.

In this study, the population growth rate of Pematang Siantar City during the period 2022–2025 is discussed through an improper integral approach. Population growth patterns must be analyzed and predicted in the long term. Linear, geometric, and exponential growth models are used to analyze data taken from the Statistics Center. The calculation results show that the population growth rate changes every year, with an average change of 0.10% per year. The prediction for 2025–2026 shows a growth of 0.59%, indicating an increase in population. However, through an improper integral approach, it is found that a population that experiences a decrease in growth rate over time will reach a limited cumulative total population value, even if the population continues to increase. These results indicate that a long-term downward trend can lead to population shrinkage, uncontrolled growth can lead to population density. As a result, this study is expected to provide a scientific basis for population policies and sustainable development planning in Pematang Siantar City.

In today’s global economy, accurately predicting foreign exchange rates or estimating their trends correctly is crucial for informed investment decisions. Despite the success of standalone models like ARIMA and deep learning models like LSTM, challenges persist in capturing both linear and nonlinear dynamics in highly volatile exchange rate environments. Motivated by the limitations of these individual models and the need for more robust forecasting tools, this study proposes a hybrid ARIMA-LSTM model that integrates ARIMA’s strength in modeling linear trends with LSTM’s capability to capture nonlinear dependencies, using historical USD/NGN exchange rate data from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) spanning 2001 to 2024. The research hypothesis posits that the hybrid ARIMA-LSTM model will significantly outperform standalone models in forecasting accuracy. By comparing these models against state-of-the-art approaches, the study highlights the advantages of hybridizing statistical and deep learning methods. The findings demonstrate that the hybrid model achieved the lowest Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 2.216 and the highest R² of 0.998, indicating superior forecasting performance. This study fills a critical research gap by demonstrating the effectiveness of hybrid deep learning in financial time series forecasting, providing valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and financial analysts. Future research will extend this work by incorporating the latest dataset and evaluating model robustness during the recent surge in the Naira/Dollar exchange rate from 2023 to 2024.

This paper examines the implementation of the value of ta'awun (cooperation) in the process of collecting the Qur'anic manuscripts during the time of the companions as an inspiration for the development of an inclusive and equitable sharia economy. The collection of the Qur'anic manuscripts was a collective effort involving the companions, qira'at experts, and writers of revelation to maintain the purity of revelation and prevent division of the Muslim community. The value of cooperation reflected in the process is in line with the basic principles of sharia economics such as distributive justice, empowerment of the community, and inclusiveness. By using the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach, this study found that the application of the value of ta'awun can strengthen sharia economic practices through a fair partnership model and investment oriented towards collective welfare. In addition, this value also encourages the creation of an economic system that is not only based on efficiency, but also on ethics and sustainability. Thus, this study provides a conceptual contribution in linking Islamic traditions with contemporary economic practices, creating a harmonious ecosystem between spiritual values and material goals.

Red snapper (Lutjanus sp) in Brondong waters, Lamongan Regency, is one of the main sources of livelihood for local fishermen. To increase the catch, optimizing the use of fishing gear, including setting time, is important. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in setting time on hand line fishing gear on red snapper catches. The study was conducted using the experimental fishing method, by dividing the setting time of hand line fishing gear into 2 treatments, namely morning 08.00-11.00 and afternoon 15.00-18.00. Based on the T test on paired samples, the average catch at 08.00-11.00 WIB was 2,131 with a total of 34.1 kg, while at 15.00-18.00 WIB, the average catch reached 6.4 with a total of 102.4 kg. The T-test results show that the t-count is greater than the t-table, so the null hypothesis is rejected and it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the red snapper catches in the two time periods. Red snapper tends to be more active in foraging in the afternoon to evening, in line with its nocturnal nature. Several studies have stated that predatory fish such as red snapper hunt more when the light begins to dim. However, other factors such as food availability and physical conditions of the waters can also affect fish feeding activity. These findings provide additional insight into the feeding behavior of red snapper and the factors that influence its presence in the waters.

A gift is a gift from someone to another without any compensation. In the hadith of the Prophet there is the permissibility of accepting gifts from non-Muslims, but in several other narrations we find information about the Prophet's reluctance to accept gifts from non-Muslims. This is the background to the hadith study, whether this hadith can be accepted or rejected based on the calibre and comprehension of the hadith. through assessing the calibre and comprehension of hadith. This study is an example of a qualitative library research project. The book Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfazh al-Hadith al-Nabawi was utilised to trace the hadith based on word pronunciations, employing the takhrij hadith method as the data gathering strategy for this study. The data analysis technique, on the other hand, employs Yusuf Al-Qardhawi's ma'anil hadith method, which consists of three steps: comprehending the hadith in accordance with the Qur'anic instructions, comprehending the hadith by gathering similar hadith, and comprehending by taking into account the situation's conditions and goals. The outcomes of hadiths of receiving gifts from non-Muslims found in the books of Sunan Abu Dawud and Sunan Tirmidhi are considered to be Hasan Lighairihi's sanad lines due to the quality of Ahmad bin Hanbal's authentic Musnad sanad lines. Meanwhile, the understanding of the hadith regarding accepting gifts from non-Muslims is that the Prophet's reluctance in accepting gifts from non-Muslims is closely related to the situation and conditions at the time the hadith appeared, namely the aqeedah which was still not strong, they were worried about their offering material and they were afraid that the gift would be bribery element.

This study is motivated by several problems that: Employee performance is still low, this is due to several factors, namely the quality of work produced is still not good, lack of leadership direction to subordinates, high employee attendance rate and declining work performance. Low employee work motivation, as evidenced by the amount of time spent during working hours that are not used optimally, still low motivation to increase understanding of work duties and responsibilities, as well as motivation to improve skills in terms of work mastery which can help make it easier to carry out work. The promotion of positions at the Ciamis Regency Education Office is considered to have not fulfilled the predetermined procedures. There are still structural positions that are filled by people who do not have a formal education background or are not in accordance with their competence, this is due to the lack of competent human resources in their fields because people with appropriate formal education, ranks and classes have not been able to occupy structural positions so that they are filled by officials with a formal education background that is not their competence. The implementation of rotation is still optimally organized, it can be seen in the reality that the implementation of rotation often occurs in a spoil system. The spoiler system is a rotation program based on family or based on acquaintances or connections. The results of the study inform that: (1) there is a positive influence of rotation on work motivation. This means that if there is an increase in rotation, it will be followed by an increase in work motivation. (2) there is a positive influence of position promotion on work motivation. This means that if there is an increase, it will be followed by an increase in work motivation. (3) there is a positive influence of rotation and promotion of positions on work motivation. This means that rotation and promotion of positions is one part of formal employee development which aims to provide motivation to employees of the Ciamis Regency Education Office. (4) There is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance. This means that Motivation is closely related to performance or performance. Employees who have high work motivation can improve performance, on the other hand, employees who do not have motivation to work will reduce performance so that the goals of an agency will not be achieved. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, including data analysis techniques, namely validity test, reliability test of descriptive analysis, verifiable analysis, multiple linear analysis, f test, t test and path analysis.

The recovery process requires involvement from all parties, both family and the surrounding community, especially the involvement of the patient which is very basic. And it cannot be separated from the role of health workers and the government. The recovery process is carried out together, because of their mutual dependence on each other. Recovery for patients with mental disorders cannot be done alone. It requires involvement from all parties. Both the family, the surrounding environment (neighbors), and also the local government and health workers. This involvement is related to the support provided. Such as peer support, medical support, policies with rehabilitation that can be carried out in the local environment. Understanding non-linearity is very important, because this recovery requires a very long time and also a lot of material. A strength base is really needed by the client in using coping mechanisms, and the family needs to support the coping mechanisms used by the client positively, because this can increase self-confidence and also good hope for recovery.
