The songkok industry in Lamongan has quite a large economic potential, but still faces various challenges in increasing competitiveness, especially in facing increasingly tight market competition. Some of the main obstacles found are lack of innovation, limited access to wider markets, and low utilization of technology in production and marketing. This study aims to explore strategies to increase the competitiveness of local songkok products through a creative economic empowerment program using the Chambers Theory perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, field observations, and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively with three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the creative economic empowerment program plays a significant role in improving craftsmen's skills, encouraging innovation in design, and expanding the marketing reach of songkok products. By applying analysis based on Chambers Theory, this empowerment contributes to increasing power within (craftsmen's confidence and awareness), power to (individual capacity to innovate and develop businesses), power with (collaboration between craftsmen in the community), and power over (ability to face competition and external constraints). Based on these results, it can be concluded that empowering the creative economy is an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness of Lamongan songkok products. Therefore, close cooperation is needed between the government, the artisan community, and the private sector in order to create a sustainable creative industry environment.

This study analyzes the symbolic meaning in the lyrics of the song "Halu" by Feby Putri using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic approach. The purpose of the study is to reveal the relationship between the signifier and the signified in the song lyrics to understand the emotional and cultural messages contained therein. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a focus on linguistic signs in the lyric text. The results of the study show that the song "Halu" utilizes metaphors (such as "candu" and "bayang-bayang") to represent one-sided love, illusion, and emotional alienation. The lyrics of the song are not only a personal expression of the creator, but also reflect the collective experience of the younger generation in interpreting unrealized relationships. This study concludes that popular music, through its semiotic structure, functions as a complex medium of cultural communication. Suggestions for further research include exploring the interaction of musical elements with lyrics and the application of other semiotic theories to enrich the analysis. These findings also emphasize the importance of media literacy in understanding music not only as entertainment, but also as a cultural product that is full of meaning.

In the learning process in Elementary Schools (SD), the use of audio media is one of the innovative approaches that can increase the efficiency and interactivity of learning. The purpose of this article is to thoroughly study the use of audio media as an interactive learning tool in SD. This review includes ways to implement it, the benefits obtained, and the problems and solutions that arise when implementing it. The discussion method is carried out by conducting literature research and analyzing learning practices applied in several elementary schools. Audio media, such as podcasts, educational songs, audiobooks, and sound recordings, can increase student engagement, strengthen their understanding of the material, and support auditory learning styles. In addition, this media can be used in various fields of education, especially English, Indonesian, and Religious Education. However, there are still several problems that hinder the use of audio media. These include limited facilities, lack of teacher instruction, and student readiness to listen actively. As a result, the right approach is needed. These strategies include creating interesting audio content, incorporating it into learning activities, and improving teachers' ability to utilize educational technology. Audio media can help elementary school students get a fun and meaningful learning experience if used in a targeted and creative way.

This article discusses the lyrics of the song “Rasa Ini” by Vierratale as a representation of hidden feelings of love, emotional wounds, and doubts in relationships. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory and Grice’s implicature theory, this article analyzes the figurative meaning in the song lyrics, especially the use of metaphor, symbolism, signs, connotation, denotation, and emotional narrative structures that emerge through a first-person perspective. The findings show that the lyrics of this song not only convey messages verbally, but also describe a strong inner mood through visualization of imagery, melody, musical nuances, and supporting poetic emotions. The presence of the background of the songwriter, Kevin Aprilio, also enriches the intertextual meaning that is manifested in the authenticity of emotions. This song is also a mirror of popular culture that reflects the dynamics of love in Indonesian society, especially love that is not conveyed directly, internalized in personal experiences, the psychology of the listener, and expressions of cultural identity.

This study aims to examine the effect of varying the length of oil palm empty fruit bunch (EFB) fibers on the mechanical properties and macrostructure of Palmfiber Reinforced Concrete (PRC) as an alternative to Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC). EFB fibers were selected due to their abundance, eco-friendliness, and potential to enhance the mechanical properties of lightweight concrete. The methods employed include flexural testing and macrostructural observation using five fiber length variations (3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, 6 cm, and 7 cm). The results show that a fiber length of 5 cm produced the highest flexural stress of 11.78 kg/cm², while a length of 4 cm yielded the highest modulus of elasticity at 162.2 kg/cm². Macrostructural observations revealed good bonding between fibers and matrix in most specimens, although performance differences were observed due to fiber distribution and manual compaction processes. In conclusion, fiber length affects the mechanical performance of PRC, yet production process optimization is necessary to achieve more consistent results.

The research method used is quantitative with an experimental design through pre-test and post-test to determine the effectiveness of song media in improving English vocabulary mastery. The research results showed that before the application of song media, student learning outcomes were in the poor category with a completeness level of 54.54%. After implementing song media, there was an increase in student learning outcomes until they reached a completion level of 90.90%. This demonstrates that utilising music can aid learners in grasping and retaining English vocabulary with greater efficiency. Apart from that, the results of the confirmation questionnaire also showed that the majority of students gave positive responses to the application of song media in learning English. Therefore, song media can be used as an alternative learning method that is interesting and effective in improving student learning outcomes in mastering English vocabulary.

This research uses qualitative research methods with Roland Barthes Semiotics theory with data on the lyrics of the song “Duration” by Feby Putri which dissects signs in two levels: denotation and connotation, as well as the myths contained in the song text. The main data source in this research is the lyrics of the song “Duration” which is accessed by YouTube on the official Feby Putri NC account, while secondary data is obtained from the website article www.RRI.co.id, music reviews and a podcast entitled “Feby Putri surgical song Duration with Indra Aziz |Dalem banget” on the youtube account VokalPlus by Indra Aziz. The data collection technique was done through documentation. The results showed that denotatively, the lyrics of this song describe the feelings of someone who realizes that being together with the person he loves has a time limit, whether due to circumstances, fate, or changing feelings. Connotatively, this song represents Feby's life story as an overseas child feeling lonely overseas when he returned to his hometown he found significant changes in his family, especially his mother who was getting older. Meanwhile, at the mythical level, this song reflects Indonesian cultural values about the importance of returning to one's hometown because family and loved ones are something very valuable, moments together must be utilized as well as possible because time keeps running and will never be repeated. Thus, the lyrics of Durasi are not just a melancholic song, but also a symbol of universal life reflections that are relevant to many individuals.
