Fostered partners are partners formed by KKN group III students in Rato Village, Bolo Subdistrict while business actors are those in the village of Rato with the type of business, namely typical regional snacks. This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of this activity show that flower pangaha MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The Griya Harapan Difabel Social Service Center (Pusyansos GHD) offers guidance programs for people with disabilities, encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. One of the successful outcomes is the production of batik, which has gained wide recognition and contributed to the growth of local SMEs. This community service project focuses on providing comfortable facilities for massage skills training for people with disabilities. Currently, the training space needs a redesign to enhance comfort and safety for its users. The proposed solution involves a disability-friendly design with unique aesthetic features. It is expected that this improved training facility will enhance massage skills, create new business opportunities, and provide a sustainable income source for the community.

Perspektif Administrasi Publik dan hukum 2025 Asosiasi Peneliti Dan Pengajar Ilmu Sosial Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of workers' rights due to unilateral termination of employment (PHK) in outsourcing companies in Gorontalo City. The focus of the study covers two main aspects, namely the form of fulfillment of workers' rights affected by layoffs and the inhibiting factors of the Gorontalo City Manpower, Cooperatives, and SMEs Office in providing legal protection. The research method used is an empirical legal approach with data collection through interviews, document studies, and observations. The results of the study indicate that the fulfillment of workers' rights includes severance pay, long-service bonus money, and replacement money in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, the relevant agencies play a role in providing mediation services and facilitating dispute resolution. However, the implementation of this legal protection faces various obstacles, such as low legal awareness of workers, limited human resources and budget in the Manpower Office, and weak supervision of outsourcing companies. This study emphasizes the need to strengthen labor regulations and increase the effectiveness of supervision to ensure optimal protection of workers' rights. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for policy makers and related parties in improving the legal protection mechanism for workers affected by layoffs.

Because of the speed and intensity of cybersecurity, particularly internal threats, SMEs must conduct regular vulnerability assessments. Insider threats to cyber security are a major issue in today's environment. Insider threats come in a variety of flavours, one of which is the unintended insider threat, or UIsT. This type of threat is a real one, and it is important to understand who and how they can become an insider threat.

The main objective of this study is to present a comprehensive perspective on the interrelationship and impact of financial literacy, financial digitalization, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the growth and adaptability of SMEs in today's dynamic business landscape. This research uses a systematic literature observation method to collect, analyze and synthesize relevant findings from various published literature sources, especially selections in the Scopus database. The primary focus of this study is to examine the correlation between financial literacy and financial digitalization, and how they impact SMEs' financial management capabilities and utilization of available financial technology. The findings show that financial literacy and financial digitalization are important areas of study that have received increasing attention in recent years. This research highlights the challenges in accessing finance and reducing collateral demands, indicating the struggles that SMEs are currently facing.

Doing business, big or small, is bound by ethical issues. Ethics refer to what a person should do morally. The partners of the PKM activity are SMEs engaged in creative craft products made of acrylic/mute and knitted materials. located in Serang Banten. The PKM activity aims to provide knowledge to partners about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. plus the partner's business is located in a densely populated area. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. the method offered to partners/SMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . This research aims to analyze the level of English proficiency among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kecapi, Jepara, in the context of Islamic finance. English proficiency becomes important because many documents and information related to Islamic financial products are conveyed in English. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 50 MSME actors. The research results show that the majority of MSME actors (60%) have a limited understanding of English, while only 15% are able to communicate effectively in the context of international business. Although 70% of respondents recognize the importance of English proficiency to access Sharia financial services, they face obstacles in accessing relevant training. These findings indicate the need for English language training programs that align with the business needs of SMEs, particularly in the sharia finance sector. This research provides practical implications in the form of strategic recommendations for Islamic financial institutions and local governments to support the improvement of English language proficiency among MSME actors, in order to strengthen their competitiveness at the local, national, and international levels.

Traditional SMEs face significant challenges in surviving the digital era, particularly in product marketing. One proposed solution is utilizing TikTok as a digital platform to expand market reach. This community service activity aims to empower a cassava cracker SME through the implementation of TikTok-based digital marketing strategies. The methods used include initial observation, creative content creation training, technical assistance, and performance evaluation of the TikTok account. The results show an increase in product visibility in the digital market, with significant video views and positive audience responses, including increased product demand. These findings highlight the importance of digital innovation in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional SMEs. In conclusion, empowering SMEs through TikTok can be a strategic step to connect local products with a broader market, promoting business sustainability in the digital transformation era.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, including Kirimi dessert, a home store located on Jalan Noja I, Kesiman Petilan Village, Denpasar. This study aims to identify problems and provide solutions for Kirimi dessert MSMEs in facing challenges during the pandemic. The business, which focuses on making mille crepes and various desserts, faces several main obstacles such as limited production space, inability to fulfil orders when demand is high, and lack of promotion and personal branding. The research methodology used a qualitative approach through interviews and discussions with the business owner. The solutions offered include the development of MSME innovation, business expansion, and increased promotion through logo design, packaging, and social media optimisation. The implementation of this solution is expected to help MSMEs increase market reach and sales during the COVID-19 pandemic.

. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in driving economic growth, innovation, and employment creation, especially in developing countries. This study employs a bibliometric approach to analyze trends, themes, and scholarly contributions to SME research in these regions over the past five years (2020–2024). Drawing on 485 publications from the Scopus database, the analysis reveals significant trends in scholarly output, key citation metrics, influential authors, and emerging research topics. The findings indicate a steady growth in scholarly interest, with the highest publication output observed in 2022. Research topics such as entrepreneurship, digital transformation, green innovation, and financial management are prominent, reflecting their critical importance to SME development. Additionally, sustainability and Industry 4.0-related themes are identified as having high citation impact, underscoring their relevance to contemporary challenges and opportunities for SMEs. China, the United Kingdom, and India are the leading contributors to the field, with substantial contributions from emerging economies such as Malaysia and Indonesia. This study contributes to the understanding of SME research dynamics by highlighting key areas of focus, identifying influential contributions, and mapping the global landscape of SME scholarship. By providing insights into recent trends and thematic priorities, the study offers practical implications for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners seeking to enhance the resilience, innovation, and sustainability of SMEs in developing countries. The findings underscore the need for targeted strategies and collaborative efforts to address emerging challenges and foster inclusive economic growth through SME development.

In this digital-based era, it is widespread in all circles to flock to become umkm actors from teenagers, adults and even parents. The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend. The latest data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs notes that the number of MSMEs in 2024 will exceed 65 million units, with a very wide range of sectors, from culinary to digital technology. In this study, we will discuss in one MSME sector, namely in culinary, sometimes there are many MSMEs that only focus more on sales and income, for this reason, this study will discuss the analysis of the calculation of the cost of production in Es Dawet Idola MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct observations at the business location and in-depth interviews with business owners. The main objective of this research is to analyze the calculation of production costs of ice dawet idol so as to provide recommendations for the development of the business.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of SOP Iga Jeletot Terazz MSME in Karawang which is considered not optimal in increasing competitiveness and expanding the market. The research method used is qualitative with an explanatory survey approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with MSME owners and employees. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy of this MSME is still conventional, does not utilize social media in a structured manner, and has not implemented data-based marketing. The main influencing factors are limited human resources, lack of understanding of digital marketing, and the absence of a customer loyalty program. In the discussion, this problem is associated with decision-making theory, including the stages of problem analysis, alternative selection, and implementation and evaluation of decisions. More effective marketing strategies include planning social media content, using digital advertising, and implementing loyalty programs. In addition, training human resources to improve digital marketing competency is an important step. This study concludes that with the adoption of technology-based marketing strategies and careful planning, SOP Iga Jeletot Terazz MSME has the opportunity to increase competitiveness and expand market reach.

This study aims to analyze how business model innovation and organizational structure play a role in increasing creativity in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through the Open Innovation approach. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach on several SMEs that apply the principle of open innovation. The results show that the flexibility of organizational structure and the adoption of innovative business models are key to creating a sustainable innovative ecosystem. This study also underlines the importance of external collaboration, business model adaptability, and leadership that supports creativity. These findings provide practical implications for the development of SME policies and strategies in the digital economy era.

This study aims to determine the implications of accounting information systems (AIS) as a business strategy for SMEs in Madiun City. Economic digitalization has a major effect on SMEs. One of the implications (Angelina Wijaya Tan et al., 2024) of this economic digitalization is the transformation carried out by SME actors into the digital era, including the use of Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Efficiency is needed by SMEs in order to keep up with the changing times. The use of this AIS can improve the reporting process and business processes carried out by SMEs. Another advantage (Ari Rohmana & Hwihanus Hwihanus, 2023) of using this AIS is to avoid recording errors and reduce waste. It can be seen that AIS has an important role in the business processes carried out by SMEs. The research method used is qualitative research. The respondents used were SMEs in Madiun City.

Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) continue to encounter a range of obstacles, particularly in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. The 2020 survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs indicates that Indonesia still has substantial challenges in terms of education quality, especially in rural and underdeveloped urban areas. Several factors, such as the availability of high-quality education, access to educational resources, and the level of teaching excellence, can significantly impact individuals' capacity to effectively manage their enterprises and promote innovation (Kemendikbud RI, 2020). This study investigates the link between knowledge sharing practices, innovation, and employee performance within Indonesian MSMEs. Through exploratory analysis, it offers fresh insights into how innovation and knowledge sharing behaviour can affect employee performance in Indonesian MSMEs. The main objective is to analyse and explore the impact of innovation and information sharing behaviours on employee performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Based on this research and its findings, several strategies have been identified. These strategies aim to explore the complex relationship between an employee's performance, their willingness to share knowledge, and their ability to demonstrate innovative behaviours in MSMEs. Future study could focus on improving the quality of human resources, specifically in areas such as knowledge, expertise, competence, and entrepreneurial attitude. Investing in the development of human resources yields benefits for both MSME business owners and the overall well-being of workers..

This study aims to determine how much influence of financial literacy to the performance of the financial on the MSMEs and control cost in Bojonegoro District. Research this is research quantitative. Collection the data done by spreading question naires and then processed using the SPSS application. Total sample is 38 the sample actors MSMEs ssector culinary in sub-district bojonegoro. Results here are in fluence positive and significant Financial literacy variables on the cost control of reseresearch shows that. The influence positive and significant variable literacy Finance onthe performance ofthe financial SMEs. Tarch on the effect of financial literacy on MSMEs performance have very broad implications, both theoretically and practically. There is no significant effect of mediation between financial literacy variables on financial performance through cost control. The results of this study can enrich the Khazanah science, provide better policy recommendations, and help MSMEs in improving their financial performance. This study contributed a very valuable to the development of MSMEs in Bojonegoro.

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital, digitalization skills, and financial management on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Bojonegoro Regency. The method used is quantitative. The research sample consisted of culinary MSMEs in Bojonegoro which were taken using random sampling techniques. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results of the study show that capital, digitalization skills, and financial management have a significant positive effect on MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. Adequate capital provides opportunities for business development, digitalization skills increase competitiveness through efficiency and market reach, while good financial management supports business stability and sustainability. These findings provide practical implications in the form of the need for training, facilitation of access to capital, and increasing financial literacy for MSME actors. This research also provides a basis for local governments to formulate policies that support the development of MSMEs in the digitalization era.

This community service is carried out with the aim of improving marketing skills in using social media or internet media in the Pesantren sub-district community, Mijen district, Semarang. Digital marketing has become crucial for business actors in the digital era, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who want to increase their market share effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this service is to help SMEs in Semarang City understand and implement digital marketing strategies, and digital advertising. Through training and coaching, SMEs learn the importance of producing high-quality content, interacting with customers online, and utilizing analytical data to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The results of the activity show that SMEs have become more knowledgeable and proficient in handling digital platforms, and that the implementation of recommended strategies has increased engagement and revenue.

The purpose of this research is to study how personal branding and value creation impact the business performance of noodle SMEs in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data from a number of MSME actors in the area through questionnaires. According to the research, personal branding and value creation have a significant impact on the company's performance level. Strong personal branding can enhance the company's reputation, while value creation serves to provide additional relevant value to customers. The results of this research emphasize that effective personal branding and value creation strategies are crucial for supporting the sustainability and development of SMEs. The conclusions of this research can be used by entrepreneurs to create better marketing strategies.
