Apron movement control personnel must have a license or competency certificate to prevent human error from occurring due to negligence of personnel at work. Drivers who drive GSE vehicles exceeding the maximum limit do not know the rules on the Air side, officers who do not wear vests when on the apron, and taxi way charie under repair. This study aims to determine the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supporting flight security and safety at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, to find out the obstacles encountered by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. In supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport, and to find out the efforts made to improve the performance of AMC officers in supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport. In conducting research, the author uses qualitative research methods, which aim to find, analyze and manage data obtained from direct events that occur in the field by understanding social interactions through interviews and observations. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.

Presidential Decree No. 55 of 1993, Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2005 and Presidential Decree No. 65 of 2006 contain many weaknesses and are repressive in nature which harm land rights owners. Various cases of community welfare land acquisition development show various problems that arise in the implementation process. With the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government is trying to correct deficiencies in the previous laws and regulations regarding land acquisition for public purposes. Compensation for Land Acquisition Since the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government has assessed the value of compensation for each plot of land, including land, space above ground and basement, buildings, plants and land, for public purposes; and/or other things that can be assessed as Loss. The amount of compensation determined by the appraiser based on the results of the assessment becomes the basis for negotiating and determining losses.

Some areas in Indonesia are earthquake-prone areas, one of which is the Banda arc. The Banda arc has a complete tectonic system and is also an area with a high level of seismicity. One of the earthquake disaster mitigation efforts is by analyzing the a-values and b-values which are seismotectonic parameters. The a-values and b-values can be analyzed through the Gutenberg-Ritchter equation through the frequency-magnitude distribution. The gradient of the frequency-magnitude distribution is the b-value which is a stress distribution constant which indicates the level of fragility of the rocks in the area, while the a-value indicates seismic activity which is the seismicity constant. In determining the a-value and b-value depends on the Magnitude completeness (Mc). This study uses earthquake data from the USGS catalog from 2015–2020 and then uniformizes the magnitude to magnitude moment (Mw), declusters the earthquake catalog to eliminate the effects of foreshocks and aftershock to obtain the main earthquake data through ZMAP 6.0 software. After that, do a magnitude-frequency distribution plot to determine the completeness of the data in order to obtain the completeness of magnitude (Mc) which can be used to determine the a-value and b-value using ZMAP 6.0 software. The result of this research is the value of Magnitude Completeness (Mc) is 4.5, while the a-value is 9,07 and the b-value is 1,33. For the spatial variation of a-values and b-values, there are areas with a low a-value of 7 and a low b-value of 1,2 which have a chance of a large earthquake in the future due to the accumulation of energy that causes a high level of stress in the area.

Limbah hasil peternakan kambing yang berupa feses, urin, dan sisa pakan jika tidak diolah akan menjadi sumber pencemaran lingkunganProses pengelolaan limbah ternak kambing ini memilik 4 tahapan proses. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kegiatan non fisik meliputi parsitipatif, dan pendampingan, serta metode kegiatan fisik berupa demonstrasi plot (demplot). Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa peternak memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk meneruskan pengolahan limbah menjadi barang bernilai ekonomi.

Shallot is a horticultural commodity that has good market prospects because it contains high nutrition and can be used as spices and ingredients for traditional medicine. However, shallot production in Indonesia still often fluctuates and even experiences a shortage in meeting the needs of domestic consumers. To increase shallot production, this can be done through intensification efforts, namely by improving cultivation techniques, such as the use of organic fertilizers, proper fertilization, and the use of superior varieties. This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely factor I, fermented NPK ( F) consisting of 0 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml. Factor II was the variety (V) of the Brebes Bima variety, the Probolinggo variety and the Nganjuk variety. The parameters of plant observation were: plant height (cm) and production per plot (g). The data analysis method was a factorial randomized block design (RBD). The results showed that the application of fermented NPK and the use of varieties had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height (cm) and production per plot (g).

Aquaponics consists of fish farming and plant maintenance. Water, which is a medium for fish cultivation, is used as a source of nutrition in plant maintenance, while plants function as a biofilter for water. This study used red onion seeds of the Sanren variety. This study was an experimental study using a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 1 treatment factor and 5 blocks. to get 20 research plots. Planting Media Factor with a symbol (M) which consists of 4 levels, namely: M1: Compost, M2: Chaff Charcoal, M3: Cocopeat, M4: Rice Husk. The results showed that the use of several growing media in the floating raft aquaponic system had a very significant effect on plant height (cm) and the number of leaves (strands).

Response of Eco Enzyme Administration and Rhizobium Isolation on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascolonicum L). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation as well as the interaction of eco enzyme and rhizobium isolation on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascolonicum L). This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors, 16 treatments, and 3 blocks. The results showed that the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation had an effect on the parameters of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tubers per sample (tubers), wet tuber production per sample (g), wet tuber production per plot ( g), dry tuber production per sample (g), dry tuber production per plot (g). The interaction between the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation had no effect on plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tubers per sample (tubers), wet tuber production per sample (g), wet tuber production per plot (g), dry tuber production per sample (g), dry tuber production per plot (g).

In the residential area of ​​RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, many people have vehicles, especially 4-wheeled vehicles, which cannot be accommodated in their yard due to limited land or plots owned. On the other hand, there are public facilities at RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City which are neglected and not utilized which are later expected to become communal parking areas for community members. The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

Kawasan Hutan Mangrove sebagai habitat merupakan sumber alam yang kaya sebagai ekosistem tempat bermukimnya berbagai flora dan fauna. Kondisi Substrat atau tanah daerah mangrove yang terdiri atas kondisi tanah subtrat lumpur, berpasir serta liat ini sangat dimanfaatkan sebagai habitat berbagai moluska salah satunya gastropoda. Gastropoda juga memanfaatkan batang mangrove bagian bawah sebagai habitatnya. Mengigat pentingnya gastropoda memiliki peran ekonomis dan ekologis bagi manusia, maka kawasan hutan mangrove perlu di jaga dan dilestarikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan komposisi gastropoda pada kawasan hutan mangrove Induha Kabupaten Kolaka. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel terdiri atas 3 line transek yang mencakup seluruh wilayah hutan mangrove dan masing-masing tarnasek terdiri atas 5 plot dengan ukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil identifikasi gastropoda terdiri dari 5 famili dan 9 spesies. Indeks keanegaragaman sebesar 2,057 (kategori sedang). Analisis indeks keseragaman secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,9366 (kategori tinggi) , indeks dominansi 0,143 (rendah). Hasil pengukuran parameter lingkungan seluruh transek pengamatan mendukung kehidupan gastropoda.

Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. Populasi diambil dari seluruh karyawan PT. Federal Internasional Finance Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. dikarenakan jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang, maka penulis mengambil seluruh jumpa populasi untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah jenis data subjek dan sumber data bersifat primer. Hasil uji instrumen diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y setiap butirnya dinyatakan valid karena nilai Corrcted item total lebih besar dari nilai r kritis (0,30) dan antara variabel X dan Y dinyatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha berada diatas 0,60. Dari uji analisis asumsi klasik diperoleh data penelitian terdistribusi normal karena pada grafik histogram berbentuk lonceng, pada grafik P-P Plot di atas, dapat terlihat sebaran data dekat dengan garis diagonal dan pada hasil uji statistic kolmogorov- smirnov menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,200, hal ini berarti nilai sig lebih besar dari 0,05 yang artinya seluruh data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi  normal) Dari hasil pengujian data, diperoleh hasil nilai t hitung < t tabel maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Evaluation of the performance of the intersection needs to be done to find out the current performance of the intersection, so that anticipatory steps can be taken so that the performance of the intersection can be maintained and maintained in good condition. In this study, an analysis of intersection performance will be carried out using the Vissim software. In this study, an assessment of the unsignalized intersection of Pasar Butun, Balikpapan City was carried out. The data needed for input into the model include traffic flow data at rush hour or peak density hours, intersection geometry data. The output or results generated by the model are intersection performance information in the form of queue length and delay time parameters  Degree of Saturation (DS) for the existing condition is 1.70 and for the next 5 years it is 2.20. Parameters of queue length and time delay in existing conditions are 33.0 m and 3.65 sec/pcu and for the next 5 years projection are 87 m and delay time is 187.s/pcu

Kesuksesan sebuah organisasi tidak terlepas dari kinerja pegawainya. Kinerja pegawai akan tinggi apabila memiliki komitmen yang baik terhadap organisasi. Pada dasarnya setiap pegawai memiliki komitmen yang berbeda, salah satu penyebab perbedaan tersebut adalah dikarenakan perbedaan karakteristik pegawai. Untuk itu organisasi sebaiknya melakukan pembagian tugas yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik pegawai untuk dapat meningkatkan komitmen pegawai dalam bekerja dan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dampak komitmen dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah yang beralamat di Jln. Raja Junjungan Lubis Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitaian dilakukan pada bulan April 2022 sampai dengan bulan September 2022 Untuk penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 43 orang. Populasi diambil dari seluruh pegawai Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang, maka penulis mengambil seluruh populsdi untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Dari perhitungan instrument penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X, X2 dan Y setiap butirnya dinyatakan valid karena nilai Corrcted item total lebih besar dari nilai r kritis (0,30). Dari perhitungan instrument data penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y dinyatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha berada diatas 0,60. Dari uji normalitas, seluruhnya menunjukkan bahwa distribusi data tidak menyalahi asumsi normalitas yaitu berbentuk lonceng dan sebaran data dekat dengan garis diagonal dalam kurva normal P-P Plot serta nilai sig pada tabel non paramertik lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga untuk variable. Terdapat hubungan positif antara komitmen dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,742 dan komitmen dan hubungan karakteristik individu dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,297. Dari uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dan dengan membandingkan antara nilai t hitung dengan nilai t tabel didapat bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang diterima adalah hipotesis alternative (Ha).

The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

This article is a discussion of the analysis of the short story special gift by Honest Prananto which uses an objective approach, namely an approach that focuses on a literary work in a thorough and structured manner. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that focuses on what is thoroughly, deeply and broadly researched. By providing the results of the discussion in words and sentences as well as quality meanings without being compared with the results of other analyses. Thus the results obtained from this study are in the form of intrinsic elements: theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, character, style of language, and message from the short story special gift by Honest Prananto. The research population was 32 students. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and researcher notes. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the reception of female gender and male gender has similarities and differences. This is because the female gender carries her feelings while the male gender focuses on the impact of an event on the plot. In line with that, Yudhi Herwibowo's novel Sang Penggesek Biola has an ideology of heroism that can be seen through the thoughts of the main characters

This study analyzes the intrinsic elements of a novel that is widely read by the Indonesian people because it contains Teenlit and Chicklit simultaneously. This research uses a type of literature study research. Data collection was carried out by the method of documentation from primary sources in the form of a novel entitled "The Forbidden Heaven". The data were analyzed by reading, recording, classifying, and analyzing the seven intrinsic elements. The results of this study show that; 1) The theme of the novel is quite interesting, and strongly inspiring with contradictory diction. 2) Characterization involves sixteen roles, consisting of the main character and auxiliary with the role of the protagonist and tritagonist. 3) The setting of setting presents several places in Jakarta, Bogor, Kuala Lumpur, and Palestine, but is more dominated by Betawi culture, campuses, and proselytizing organizations. 4) The plot presents a story of togetherness that results in love between Najma and Faisal, is separated by studies and eventually proposed by the one who is also the older brother. 5) The style of the novel language is more dominated by the language of the parable the diction used although less touching, but the reader can feel the emotions built with the spiritual narrative of ruhani. 6) Point of view, the author presents various events with a single and second-person first-person point of view, a singular and plural first-person point of view, as well as a mixture. 7) The main mandate of the novel includes three things, namely; a) Intelligent understanding between qadar and taqdir, through mujahadah, endeavor, prayer, and taqarrub because a soul mate is a difficult thing to predict and part of His (Allah) provisions, b) Keep learning and studying wherever and whenever the breath is still blowing, c) Being an inspirational human being, benefiting others, equip themselves for a more eternal hereafter.
