Antenatal Care (ANC) examination is a series of activities carried out from conception until before the labor process begins, which is aimed at all pregnant women. Coverage of antenatal care visits is still low, which can increase maternal and neonatal complications as well as maternal and child deaths caused by high-risk pregnancies that are not immediately treated. In 2023, the highest birth assistance process by traditional midwives was in Gayo Lues Regency at 4.42 percent and Southeast Aceh Regency at 4.32 percent. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women and the frequency of antenatal care visits at BPM Syukriah, Langsa City, Aceh Province in 2024. This study used a Cross Sectional design, the research time was May-June 2024, with a population and sample of 34 people. The sampling technique used total sampling, the analysis test used the Chi Square Test. Obstetric emergencies are a major cause of maternal mortality, most of which can be prevented through prompt and appropriate treatment. Midwives, as health workers assigned to the Emergency Department (ED) of PONEK, play a strategic role in early detection and initial management of obstetric emergencies, thus their knowledge level is an important factor in determining preparedness for treatment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between midwives' knowledge level regarding obstetric emergency management and their preparedness for handling obstetric emergencies in the Emergency Department (ED) of PONEK of Muara Teweh Regional Hospital. This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 28 midwives selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire to measure their knowledge level and preparedness for handling obstetric emergencies. Data analysis was performed descriptively and inferentially using the Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that more than half of the midwives had a good level of knowledge and preparedness for handling obstetric emergencies. Inferential analysis showed a highly significant relationship between midwives' knowledge level and their preparedness for obstetric emergencies (p < 0.001). It was concluded that midwives' knowledge level was closely related to their preparedness for obstetric emergencies in the PONEK Emergency Department of Muara Teweh Regional Hospital. This finding underscores the importance of strengthening midwives' knowledge through ongoing training, clinical simulations, and routine supervision to improve clinical preparedness and ensure the safety of mothers and babies in emergency obstetric care.

This study aims to find out and analyze the legal basis for considering the regulation of fine sanctions of Kupang Mayor Regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning the health of mothers, infants and children under five and to find out and assess the effectiveness of the enforcement of Kupang Mayor Regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning the Health of Mother, Infants and Children under five through the regulation of fine sanctions. This type of research is empirical normative research using interviews and data analysis methods that are carried out qualitatively. In this study, the author uses a type of empirical normative research or legal research that examines written law from the aspects of theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, general explanation of article by article, formality and binding force of a law but not binding aspects of its application or implementation. The results of the study show the legal basis for considering the regulation of fine sanctions in Kupang Mayor Regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning the health of mothers, infants and children under five, because there are still incidents of childbirth outside health facilities in the working area of the Bakunase Health Center which can be at risk of maternal and infant mortality rates. This happens because there are still pregnant women who give birth at home because of impromptu childbirth so that childbirth does not occur in health facilities but outside health facilities or at home and childbirth is still helped by birth attendants. The risk of maternal and infant mortality can still occur. The effectiveness of the enforcement of Kupang Mayor Regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning the Health of Mothers, Infants and Children Under Five through the regulation of fine sanctions in the working area of the Bakunase Health Center has been effective for health workers. For the public, there are still many who do not know about the Regulation of the Mayor of Kupang Number 7 of 2013 concerning the Health of Mothers, Babies and Children under five so that there are still incidents of childbirth outside health facilities and childbirth assisted by shamans. Knowledge about childbirth, attitudes and family support in this study also has an important role in determining mothers to have a safe delivery. It is suggested that new regional regulations need to be socialized to the community so that existing regulations can run effectively. An obedient society is also a basic thing so that regulations can run effectively.

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women can cause children born with cognitive decline, risk of stunting, and risk of chronic diseases in adults. The problem of pregnant women in CED is caused by low nutritional intake. Pregnant women with anemia are at 4.13 times greater risk of giving birth to children with short birth length compared to mothers who are not anemic. CED in pregnant women can cause risks and complications including anemia, bleeding, maternal weight does not increase normally and contracting infectious diseases. CED in pregnant women can affect the growth process of the fetus and can cause miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, neonatal death, congenital defects, anemia in infants, intrapartum asphyxia, and low birth weight (LBW). Based on a survey conducted at the Cendana Putih Health Center, 45 pregnant women experienced CED (12.4%) in 2023. The problems that occur can be overcome by holding a collaborative program that can improve the health of pregnant women. This program can be used to address problems appropriately, namely by empowering pregnant women and cadres through GerCep CED. The design used in this program is community service activities carried out in the form of education in the form of providing pocket books and conducting direct counseling during the schedule of pregnant women's classes and assistance in making PMT from local food ingredients. The conclusion of this activity is that participants who initially had a low level of knowledge of KEK in pregnant women became more knowledgeable about KEK in pregnant women.

Deviations from normal that directly cause pain and death for the mother and baby. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by high risk, namely women with 4T conditions (pregnancies that occur at too young an age, too old an age, too close a pregnancy distance, too many children). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the 4T factors with pregnancy complications in the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center working area. The research design used in this research is cross sectional analysis. The sampling technique in this research was accidental sampling of 38 people. The results of research conducted on 38 respondents conducted in August 2024 showed that 22 respondents had sufficient knowledge with a p value of 0.002, where there was a relationship between knowledge and high risk pregnancy (4T) at the Tanjung Unggat Health Center. Meanwhile, there were 25 respondents who had a positive attitude and the risk of pregnancy complications with a p value of 0.000, where there was a relationship between attitude and high risk pregnancy (4T) at the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center. It is hoped that respondents will better understand the concept of high risk of 4T during pregnancy and be more concerned about the mother's health when planning the next pregnancy.

Combined care is a care system where babies and mothers are treated in one unit. In its implementation, the baby must always be by the mother's side from birth until he returns home. The advantages of combined care are that it promotes the use of breast milk, emotional contact between mother and baby is established from an early age, mothers can learn to take care of babies and mothers can immediately report strange baby conditions they encounter. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between postpartum maternal knowledge and the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This research method uses a type of analytical descriptive research with data collection techniques using a cross sectional approach and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The population of this study is all postpartum mothers at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin with a sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 30 respondents. The results obtained from the bivariate analysis of the chisquare statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 > ? = 0.05. The results obtained were that most postpartum mothers had insufficient knowledge, namely 15 people (50%) with most of them having a high school education of 14 people (46.7%), and never carried out combined care as many as 19 people (63.3%). The conclusion shows that most postpartum mothers have less knowledge about the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. This shows that a person's level of education also affects the level of mother's knowledge.
