Giving breast milk to babies is very important to support the baby's growth and development, and breast milk contains the best nutrition for newborn babies and is the only healthy food that babies need in the first month of life. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breast milk for their babies, this is due to the mother's inability to overcome breastfeeding problems in the early period due to several factors that influence breast milk production including socio-cultural changes, psychological factors, physical factors of the mother, increasing promotion of formula milk, staff factors. health, mother's diet, baby's birth weight, use of contraception. One method of care that can be given to mothers to support smooth breastfeeding is an Oxytocin massage during home care services. The research aims to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, Bulukumba Regency. The design used in this research was Case Control and the sample in this research was 10 respondents. And the measuring instrument in this research uses a measuring cup. The results showed that breast milk production before the oxytocin massage treatment was 0% smooth and after the oxytocin massage treatment the average increase in breast milk production was 0.4 with the amount of smooth breast milk being 100%. Meanwhile, in the control group there was no increase in breast milk production. The results of the statistical test using the dependent t-test showed that the value was p=0.003, meaning there was a significant difference before the oxytocin massage and after the oxytocin massage. Afterpains are a common physiological complaint experienced by mothers during the postpartum period due to uterine contractions that occur after childbirth. This pain can disrupt comfort, inhibit the involution process, and affect the mother's physical and psychological well-being. Non-pharmacological treatment efforts such as the Effleurage Massage technique are an effective alternative because they can increase relaxation and stimulate the release of endorphins that play a role in reducing pain perception. This study aims to determine the effect of the Effleurage Massage technique on the level of afterpains in postpartum mothers at Midwife Sulastri, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest without a control group. The study sample consisted of 45 postpartum mothers selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through observations with a numeric pain scale and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in pain levels after Effleurage Massage with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). These findings demonstrate that the Effleurage Massage technique is effective in reducing the intensity of postpartum afterpains. Consequently, this massage can be used as a complementary therapy in postpartum midwifery care to increase comfort and accelerate the mother's recovery process.

Perineal rupture is a common complication of normal delivery, especially in primigravida mothers, which can cause postpartum hemorrhage and increase the risk of maternal morbidity. One non-pharmacological method that can be used to prevent perineal rupture is perineal massage, which functions to soften the pelvic floor muscle tissue and increase the elasticity of the birth canal. This study aims to analyze the effect of perineal massage on the incidence of perineal rupture in third-trimester pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment design using a post-test only approach with a control group design. The study was conducted at the Penawar Bidan Yulidina Clinic, Central Aceh Regency from April to June 2022 with a sample of 30 third-trimester pregnant women divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed a p-value = 0.020 (p <0.05) which means there is a significant effect of perineal massage on the incidence of perineal rupture. Most mothers in the intervention group did not experience perineal rupture after routine perineal massage. These results indicate that perineal massage is effective in reducing the risk of perineal rupture and can be recommended as a preventive obstetric intervention to prepare pregnant women for a safe and comfortable delivery.

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia has not reached 80%. One of the causes of low breastfeeding coverage is the support of the closest people, especially the husband's knowledge. Efforts that can be made to provide smooth breastfeeding for postpartum mothers include oxytocin massage performed by health workers and husbands. The type of research used is an analytical type of research, namely a study that involves data collection activities to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. This study uses a cross-sectional approach by conducting observations or data collection. Of the 30 respondents, the husband's knowledge at TPMB Turasmiyati, most of them have good knowledge of oxytocin massage. There is a relationship between husband's knowledge of oxytocin massage and age, there is a significant relationship between husband's knowledge of oxytocin massage and education, but there is no significant relationship between level of knowledge and work. It is recommended to all related parties, both health workers and family members, to work together so that exclusive breastfeeding can be fulfilled.
