Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through bold questionnaires via Google Form to 190 respondents who understand sharia financial products. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on behavioral finance theory. The research results show that there is a positive influence of sharia financial literacy on investment decisions in sharia financial products. Perceived quality and religiosity do not moderate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, but have a direct effect. The implication is that sharia financial literacy influences positive investment decisions. This systematic literature review evaluates the existing research on capital structure and financing decisions within the property and real estate sector of Southeast Asia (ASEAN). Despite the sector's dynamic growth and substantial investments, the financial strategies specific to ASEAN remain minimally explored. A methodical review of scholarly articles from ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar spanning from 2000 to 2023. Our analysis identified prevalent themes and trends, notably the application of traditional capital structure theories such as pecking order and trade-off theories to more developed markets. However, the review highlights a significant gap in empirical research focusing on the unique economic, regulatory, and market conditions in ASEAN that crucially impact capital structure and financing choices in the region's property sector. The findings emphasize the need for more targeted empirical studies that account for the socio-economic diversity and specific institutional frameworks of ASEAN countries. These studies aim to enhance understanding of the financing behaviors in their property and real estate markets, thus aiding policymakers and investors in crafting informed strategies and policies.

This study aims to explore the impact of bilateral political volatility on the investment decisions of multinational corporations (MNCs) through a qualitative literature review approach. The analysis reveals that instability in bilateral political relations significantly influences investment decisions, particularly through regulatory uncertainty, geopolitical risks, and disruptions in stakeholder relationships. Companies with strong political connections are better equipped to manage these risks compared to those without similar networks. Mitigation strategies such as geographical diversification and strategic partnerships are identified as key solutions for addressing geopolitical instability. While providing valuable strategic insights, this study is limited to specific geographical and sectoral contexts. These findings highlight the need for further research with broader geographical and sectoral scopes to support strategic decision-making by multinational corporations in increasingly dynamic geopolitical environments.

This study aims to evaluate the application of a new methodology in investment decision-making, specifically using the regression tree approach on stock market indices. This approach is expected to enhance prediction accuracy and assist investors in making more informed investment decisions, especially in volatile and uncertain markets. Based on the literature review, regression trees offer advantages in identifying non-linear relationships between market variables that are often undetected by traditional models such as the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Despite its advantages, the application of regression trees also faces challenges, such as overfitting issues and the need for large and complex data. This study concludes that regression trees can improve investment decision-making, but careful attention is required regarding model tuning and data quality.

Profit growth is important for businesses as it can be used to forecast future business plans. Earnings growth is difficult to separate from the company's financial performance as measured by financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover on profit growth. This study has a population of 17 companies over three years (per quarter), and a sample of 204 collected through purposive sampling method, and this study uses data analysis methods, namely multiple regression analysis and panel data with Eviews 12 software. The analysis shows that ITR has a positive and significant effect on earnings growth (Ln), while RTR, CR, and DER have no effect on earnings growth (Ln). All independent variables, namely RTR, CR, DER, and ITR, affect earnings growth (Ln) simultaneously. Earnings growth (Ln) is influenced by the four independent variables by 9%. This literature study aims to introduce the main fundamental analysis and stock valuation methods that daily equity traders apply in choosing stocks for their active equity portfolios. Daily equities traders rely mostly on technical charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest potential activity without assessing a stock’s intrinsic value for trading decisions. Chart analysis is designed to find trades with high probability outcomes by establishing precise price targets. The goal of this technical paper is to emphasize the significance of fundamental analysis in the investment choices of daily traders. Fundamental analysis is based on the careful comparisons of a stock’s intrinsic value to the current market price. If the stock’s intrinsic value is higher than the market price, it is reasonable for a fundamental investor/trader to purchase the stock. This paper endorses the idea that using both investment techniques would result in more successful investing decisions for equities traders.
