PT. Garuda Utama Persada is a company that provides security and loss prevention services to clients in related fields, mining, offices, housing, airports, power plants, factories, hotels, restaurants, banks, hospitals, shopping centers, warehouses and high-rise buildings. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of training and development programs on employee performance at PT. Garuda Utama Persada. The research was conducted for 3 months (April – June 2024). The data collection method was through interviews and questionnaires which were distributed to 105 respondents. The analysis method is quantitative statistics. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this research show that the training program partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count 3.114 > t table 1.98350 and sig value 0.002 < 0.05). Partial development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Garuda Utama Persada (t count 3.992 > t table 1.98350 and 0.000 < 0.05). The implication of the results of this research is that providing good training and development programs will improve employee performance.

Population growth in Sidoarjo Regency has increased quite high every year. This then causes an increase in the need for land as residential land to meet the population’s housing needs. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed from the Sidoarjo Regency Government through development planning and development of residential areas. This research discusses the application of Interactive Planning in development planning and development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency as well as coordination between relevant stakeholders in developing residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the application of interactive planning in development planning in Sidoarjo Regency as well as the coordination carried out between stakeholders in implementing the development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The theory used in this research is the Interactive Planning theory put forward by Ackoff Russel. The Method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are that the application of interactive planning in development planning and development residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency is already underway but hasn’t been implemented optimally. This is based on the success factors of interactive planning which include participative principal, continuity principal, and holistic principal which are still not optimally fulfilled. Apart from that, coordination between stakeholders in the implementation of residential area development is still not optimal.

The provisions requiring an Independent Worker to become a participant in the implementation of Public Housing Savings (Tapera) are felt to be inadequate/or unfair. If this continues to be forced, then at least 2 (two) problems will arise in the future, namely: First, how will the participation of Independent Workers continue. Second, whether the provisions requiring the participation of Independent Workers are in accordance with the principle of utility (utilitarianism) in law. The aim of the research is to contribute ideas to regulatory or policy makers regarding the implementation of Tapera. The research method chosen is normative legal research, which is related to doctrinal research or legal teachings by conducting literature reviews, through a legal philosophy approach with the thought framework of Jeremy Bentham (utilitarianism) and a legislative approach. The results of the assessment (thinking) are as follows: First, the continuity of Independent Worker participation will have a high risk of being resolved until the end. Second, Jeremy Bentham's principle of utilitarianism/benefit (happiness) justice is not implemented, considering the norm which requires Independent Workers to follow Tapera, it is felt that it is unfair in the event that Independent Workers already own a house (either by paying in installments, building their own house, getting a house from from gifts and inheritance).

The next problem faced by Mang Ngat UMKM service activity partners is that they require knowledge of the machine operation process according to procedures so that the operation is safer for the operator and the machine. Apart from that, Mang Ngat UMKM also need knowledge of the maintenance process for the salted egg washing machine so that the machine can last longer. long. The aims of this study are: to find out the factors that lead to a murabahah contract in the financing of a purchase griya at BSI KCP Gatsu Denpasar and to find out the process of financing the griya purchase at BSI KCP Gatsu Denpasar. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. data validity technique with the triangulation technique. The results of the study found: 1) There are factors that cause a murabaha contract to occur, namely the presence of the object of the contract; 2) The murabaha contract process by submitting asset documents to the consumer as a sign of consent qabul with the consumer. This research analyzes the role of priests in social dialogue related to the implementation of the Public Housing Savings Program (TAPERA) in Riam Batang Parish and its impact on the lives of the people. TAPERA, as an Indonesian government initiative, aims to facilitate livable house ownership for low-income people through savings and financing schemes. In Riam Batang Parish, priests not only function as spiritual leaders, but also as facilitators of social dialogue and agents of change. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies, collecting data through in-depth interviews with priests and congregation. The research results show that imams play a key role in increasing people's awareness and understanding of TAPERA, as well as helping overcome bureaucratic and economic obstacles. The Imam plays an active role in providing education and outreach regarding this program, helping the congregation access its benefits, and being a mediator between the congregation and government agencies. However, several challenges such as lack of understanding of the people, complicated administrative processes, and economic limitations are still significant obstacles. This research highlights the importance of effective social dialogue built by priests in supporting the implementation of TAPERA, as well as the need for collaboration between the church, government and local communities to overcome these challenges. Thus, the role of the priest in a social and economic context becomes essential in improving the welfare of the people and achieving the goals of a more inclusive and sustainable public housing program.

Provisions that protect human freedom in the continuation of their lives, as well as obtaining adequate housing, especially in maintaining what has belonged to them from the start. Parenting or parenting is a relationship between parents and children who are close and share effective parenting models. Technological advances in the era of globalization have greatly influenced the parenting process which is no longer limited to local culture. Various problems arise related to parenting and communication between parents and children. Interpersonal communication is communication carried out in two directions individually or in groups which elicits responses from both. This research aims to describe the application of digital parenting concepts by parents to children aged 2 -5 years in RT005/RW 007 Gunung Anyar Emas Housing Complex and determine the role of digital parenting in interpersonal communication between parents and children aged 2 -5 years. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The subjects studied were parents and children aged 2-5 years, totaling 5 people who implemented digital parenting. The research results showed that the application of the digital parenting concept includes: 1) implementing rules and agreements in using gadgets; 2) guiding and accompanying children; 3) use child mode as parental control; 4) balance children's play time. In this way, interpersonal communication between parents and children develops as expected. This means that children's use of gadgets does not have a negative effect. This cannot be separated from the role of parents in caring for children digitally.

In this article, the impact of urbanization on the lives of the people of Serang City is discussed. This article identifies various impacts due to urbanization through research and analysis carried out. Urbanization in Serang City affects many aspects of community life and the environment. One of the main effects of urbanization in Serang City is changes in land use. Green spaces and agricultural land have been converted into housing, shopping centers, offices and other urban infrastructure. Thus, productive agricultural land is reduced, biodiversity is lost, and environmental damage occurs. With economic growth and development of urban infrastructure, public services, and access to education, urbanization increases employment opportunities for local residents. However, urbanization also brings social and lifestyle changes, which can influence cultural values, daily habits, and social interaction patterns. With demand for housing increasing and a shortage of affordable housing. Apart from that, changes that occur in urban infrastructure and the impact they have on infrastructure access and traffic must also be considered. The method in this research uses qualitative interview techniques. By gaining a better understanding of these impacts, it is hoped that sustainable solutions can be developed to exploit the positive potential of urbanization and overcome the problems faced by the people of Serang City.  

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), housing is a physical structure where people use it for shelter where the environment of the structure is included as well as all facilities and services that are in the hospital, equipment that is useful for physical and spiritual health and good social conditions for families and individuals. A healthy house is one of the health facilities to achieve an optimal degree of health (World Health Organization). To find out the level of knowledge and behavior of the community towards healthy houses in the Land of Tamala, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research to obtain an overview of the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the community towards healthy houses in the country of Malala, Leihitu District, Central Maluku district.  The results of this study show that the knowledge of the people of Mamala has a level of knowledge in the Good Category of 83%, Sufficient as 15%, Lacking as much as 2%, The attitude of the people of Mamala has a good attitude as much as 100%, the actions of the people of Mamala have good actions as much as 53%, Sufficient as much as 47%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out in Mamala Country, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency, it can be concluded that the public's knowledge about healthy houses is in the good category with a presentation of 83%, the attitude of the respondents is in the good category with a percentage of 100%, and the action is in the good category with a percentage of 53%.

The aquaponic plant empowerment mentoring program at Emerald Garden Housing, Bumiayu, aims to improve community skills and welfare through environmentally friendly cultivation technology. Aquaponics is a system that combines the cultivation of fish (aquaculture) and plants (hydroponics) in a mutually beneficial environment. This activity includes several stages, namely socialization, training, technical assistance and evaluation. The methods used include outreach, direct demonstrations, and field practice involving all residents. The program results show an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing aquaponic systems, as well as a significant increase in plant and fish production. Apart from that, this program also has a positive impact on improving the household economy and local food security. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that there is high enthusiasm from the community to continue developing and utilizing this aquaponic technology. This program has succeeded in creating a sustainable community empowerment model that can be replicated in other areas. The challenges faced include limited land and the need for technical adjustments that require further attention

This study investigates how rapid urbanization affects social cohesion in growing cities, with a focus on the dynamics of community building, social integration, and inequality. Through case studies of megacities, the research examines challenges such as housing shortages, resource distribution, and community displacement. Findings suggest that while urbanization offers economic opportunities, it requires effective policies to maintain social bonds and prevent fragmentation.

The implementation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance requires community involvement to achieve its goal of providing livable houses for the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Assistance Program (BSPS) for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in Negeri Antara Village. As an implementation of the legal basis that has been mentioned, the government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) is forwarded to the Directorate General of Housing together with the Directorate of Self-Help Houses to make it easier for the community, especially low-income people, to realize the improvement of uninhabitable houses both from facilities, infrastructure, and public utilities by designing a policy namely Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS). The problem in this research is that there are still inaccurate beneficiaries and there are still beneficiaries who have stopped in carrying out house construction activities due to lack of self-help funds. The purpose of this research is to find out data related to the principles of accuracy and justice in terms of the Evaluation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Negeri Antara Village, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province, which is known that the BSPS program is a program of the Ministry of Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia in order to support poverty reduction and efforts to prosper the poor so that they can have a decent home in a healthy environment.
