Gender identity is part of human existence in society. In Indonesia, the diversity of gender identities other than male and female, such as waria (male and female), often causes social and cultural debates. Waria are a group that are biologically born as men but express themselves as women, both in appearance and behavior. The acceptance of waria in society is not uniform. On the one hand, some people show a tolerant attitude, especially in urban areas that are more open to diversity. On the other hand, negative stigmas against waria are still widely found, which are affected by their limited access to education, work, health services, and public spaces in general. This study uses a qualitative research type. The subjects of this study are waria in Jember City. In this study, researchers use qualitative methods in collecting data by conducting direct observations to obtain data by writing, recording and explaining what is happening to get the right information. In this study, the phenomenological method was also used by searching for data through face-to-face interviews with informants and meeting the agreed informants.

Pets and livestock play an important role in everyday life, both economically and socially. However, both require optimal care and health to ensure their well-being and prevent potential health risks to humans. Annajah Vet Care, Pet & Poultry Shop comes as a veterinary clinic that provides comprehensive health services, such as vaccinations, hospitalization, grooming, and provision of feed for livestock and pets. Despite operating for two years, the clinic does not yet have a strong and consistent visual identity, as evidenced by the use of two similar logos that do not reflect the brand image. Promotion is also still limited to physical media and conventional methods such as word of mouth, with no utilization of social media. Surveys show that the majority of people recognize Annajah Vet Care as an animal health service provider, but brand awareness of its role as a pet shop is still low. To overcome this challenge, concept design was conducted as a strategic effort to strengthen brand identity through the application of a consistent and representative visual identity. In addition, the use of social media was optimized to reach a wider audience and support effective promotional efforts. Rebranding is expected to increase brand awareness, improve public perception of the services offered. With the right branding approach, Annajah Vet Care is expected to be able to compete in the market.

Puskesmas is one of the health services whose traffic is difficult to determine, because it cannot be predicted that people will get sick and need health services. The queuing system at the puskesmas is implemented through several stages, namely the first stage the patient goes to the counter to get a queue number, after that the patient will be called according to the serial number to be served. This has a big impact on patients who were previously queuing because they have to be willing to wait longer to get service. This queue system often causes various kinds of problems and patient dissatisfaction. The Queue Management System at the Sindangkerta Community Health Center has several problems, including long queue waiting times which tend to be detrimental to patients who will receive services. Long queues cause longer waiting times. The queue is not easily accessible to prospective patients, making it difficult to obtain a queue number. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using direct observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the management of the queuing system at the Sindangkerta Community Health Center is quite good, but there are still problems, including long queue waiting times and difficulty for visitors to get a queue number.

This study investigates the impact of toxic parenting on the mental health of late adolescents in Benda Baru, South Tangerang. The background of this research is rooted in the increasing number of adolescent mental health issues linked to unhealthy parenting practices, including excessive control, verbal abuse, physical violence, criticism, and neglect. The study aims to analyze the underlying causes of toxic parenting from the perspectives of adolescents, parents, and other family members, as well as to identify its psychological, social, and behavioral consequences. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving late adolescents aged 18–22, their parents, siblings, and key community informants. The findings indicate that toxic parenting often originates from intergenerational trauma, unresolved stress, and socio-cultural pressures, leading parents to adopt coercive and destructive parenting strategies. These practices contribute to significant mental health problems among adolescents, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties in social adaptation, and tendencies toward self-harm. The study underscores the importance of preventive efforts through parenting education, psychosocial support at the community level, and the development of youth-friendly mental health services. The implications suggest that multi-sector collaboration involving families, schools, community leaders, and local government is essential to create a supportive environment that can break the cycle of toxic parenting and promote adolescent well-being.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the main challenges in the health sector in Indonesia, with a fairly high number of cases each year. This study aims to analyze the distribution of TB cases based on occupation and identify community groups that are at higher risk of spreading this disease. The data used in this study were obtained from estimates of the 2022 TB epidemiology report. The results of the analysis show that informal workers, such as laborers and traders, are the group with the highest number of TB cases, at 36.0%. This is followed by formal workers (21.6%), farmers/fishermen (17.3%), housewives (14.4%), students (6.5%), and unemployed or retired groups (4.2%). The high prevalence of TB in informal workers is caused by several factors, including an unhygienic work environment, limited access to health services, and unhealthy lifestyles. Based on these findings, a more effective strategy is needed in efforts to prevent and control TB, especially for groups with high levels of vulnerability. Health education, increasing access to health services, improving work environment sanitation, and early detection programs are important steps in reducing the spread of TB. Admission services in the emergency department (IGD) are an important part of hospital operations that require effective management to support health services. Optimal medical record management requires human resource planning according to actual workload. This research was conducted to analyze the need for admission registration at the Duren Sawit Regional Special Hospital (RSKD) with a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The research results show that RSKD Duren Sawit has Standard Operational Procedures (SPO) which refer to Minister of Health Regulation No. 33 of 2015 in planning health human resource needs (HRK). Health workload analysis indicates that the ideal requirement is seven admissions officers, while currently only five officers are available, so there is a shortage of two officers. Factors that influence the workload of admission registration include: Man, namely the limited number of officers in the medical records unit, Machine, namely the BPJS server down and power outages, Material, namely the mixed admissions work room with the cashier so the medical record files are still in one room, Method, namely the HR application process at RSKD Duren Sawit found no obstacles, Money, namely there is no budget planning for additional officers in the medical records unit.

This study analyzes the psychological impact of the armed conflict in Yemen by comparing urban and rural populations through a systematic review and meta-analysis of 47 published studies (N=28,463) from 2015 to 2024. The analysis reveals a significantly higher prevalence of PTSD in the urban population (42.8%, 95% CI [39.2-46.4]) compared to the rural population (31.5%, 95% CI [28.1-34.9], p<.001). In addition, multilevel regression analysis indicates a strong correlation between the level of exposure to conflict and the severity of depressive symptoms (r=.68, p<.001) and anxiety (r=.72, p<.001) in both populations. Additionally, when examining specific urban risk factors, calculations indicate that population density (OR=1.86, 95% CI [1.54-2.18]) and loss of infrastructure (OR=1.73, 95% CI [1.45-2.01]) are significant. Moreover, geographic isolation (OR=1.92, 95% CI [1.67-2.17]) and limited access to mental health services (OR=2.14, 95% CI [1.89-2.39]) also demonstrate prominent risk factors, thereby emphasizing the predominance of specific urban risk factors in rural areas. These findings contrast with the research conducted by Le & Nguyen (2023) and Carpiniello (2023), which focused solely on general impacts; thus, the novelty of this research lies in its success in identifying distinct patterns of psychological trauma based on geographic characteristics. In addition, this study successfully reveals the differing mediating mechanisms of social support between urban (β=-.42, p<.001) and rural (β=-.28, p<.01) populations in mitigating the impacts of the Yemeni war trauma.
